Actually, my meat-eating spouse found this gem so I owe him one This place has is it all from sweet owners and waitress and cozy space to its unique menu that is a definite palate pleaser. The pizza is fantastic and the eggplant croquettes yummy with a pineapple mint juice...perfect meal.

Brilliant. Fantastic for vegetarians & gluten free people! As one of each we have struggled a little in Faro to find a restaurant that fits both of us - this is it! Fantastic pizza, salads, and delicious desserts. Brilliant white wine from Douro to wash it all down as recommended by the chef - who called his mother in-law to confirm that the pudding she'd made had no cashews in it! Fantastic meal.

Die ungewöhnlichen Zusammenstellungen bereiten Geschmacksexplosionen und wahre Gaumenfreuden! 'True Food' zeigt, dass vegane und glutenfreie Ernährung nichts mit Verzicht zu tun haben muss. Auch die ausliegenden Kochbücher inspirieren den Gast, sich anders mit Ernährung auseinander zu setzen und offen zu sein, Gerichte neu zu denken. Das Paar teilt seine Erkenntnisse mit den Gästen, kocht mit viel Liebe und Kreativität, was sich auch in dem Menü wiederfindet: besonders die unterschiedlichen, nach Farben und Wirkungsweisen der Zutaten zusammengestellten Salate sind ein Genuss! Nur durch Zufall entdeckten wir dieses kleine Restaurant - es hat erst ganz neu eröffnet, und serviert nur komplett glutenfreie + vegane Speisen. Ein Traum für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten, einfach ohne Bedenken und Nachfragen a la carte bestellen können! Auch für alle anderen bieten die Gerichte eine kulinarische Horizonterweiterung - alleine die Idee, Erdbeeren mit Tomaten, Äpfeln, Radieschen und Rote Bete Samen in einem roten Salat zu kombinieren! Grandios! Auch die "meatballs" aus Walnüssen und Pilzen auf Zucchini Zoodles mit Tomatensauce waren ein Traum!! Zusätzlich zur Karte wird ein wechselndes Tagesgericht als Menü angeboten, ebenso eine Tagessuppe. Große Klasse, weiter so!

Espetáculo. A melhor comida Vegan da baixa de Faro. Além de tudo tem água alcalina 9,5 , produtos boo, legumes e verduras orgânicas e produtos sem glútem e sem lactose.

Staff were kind and friendly but the food was genuinely quite bad. I tried the pizza everyone here seems to love but it was very underwhelming. One particular food item was over loaded with salt and we sent it back and had to order something else. The 2 desserts they serve here are just awful and the signature smoothie they have made me feel sick after a sip. If you just need vegan food go here, but if you want to actually enjoy it, don't.

Amazing food! Simply the tastiest vegan and gluten-free food around. Very delicious. The presentation, flavours and freshness. Simply the best. I can't think of anywhere serving better food. Vegan or not. Highly recommended. A must if you're visiting Faro.

I'm gluten-free, not a vegan. I'm a natural health doctor and a blogger and always on the lookout for healthy food when I travel. I stumbled across this sign on a little back street and was so relieved after walking around for an hour. The little cozy spot lives up to it's name. Family owned and owned by passionate family who embrace healthy cuisine. The mother cooks with her heart and it was all delicious (pictured here: mushroom walnut meatballs on zucchini spaghetti). Her son was amazing at explaining options and making sure guests were happy. I even loved their organic wine. The desserts were so tempting but I couldn't fit in any more food! It is the perfect spot off the beaten path and they are one very big reason I want to return to Faro. :)

Não gostei de nada. Restaurante vegetariano com pizza de salmão e de bacon? Não faz sentido nenhum. Depois de comer trouxeram a conta num papel rasgado e escrito a mão. Ao pedir recibo foi foi dito para deixar o número de contribuinte e passar depois para ir buscar. Não percebo, só depois de receber o dinheiro disse não poder passar o recibo. Simpatia também não foi atributo visível. Não volto a este espaço

VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE HEAVEN Tiago and the rest of the family were super friendly, helpful and polite. The pizza was DELICIOUS! and the organic white wine was tasty too. Not easy to find a nice place that offers gluten and vegan options so tasty.

I had the best glutenfree pizza in town, I came there two times in two days. The restaurant is cozy and he's located in one calm street close to the main avenue. The staff is warm and friendly. A place to recommend!
