We were staying at the hotel and had a late dinner here. Burgers and sangria were good. There was only one other table dining, so it was quiet and we recieved quick service.

Pessoal fantastico e comida muito boa

Went there for dinner and ordered the nachos appetizer and two burgers, the salmon burger and the Comide na do or something like that which was the XL beef burger with mushrooms bacon cheddar lettuce tomato bbq sauce and onion rings. I specifically said NO bbq sauce and NO onion rings and I even speak Portuguese so there was no language barrier there. Well, my burger came with onion rings and BBQ sauce. I took off the onion rings and immediately asked them to replace the bun since it had bbq sauce. They took it back and while waiting, my husband asked for fries on the side since his plate came with sweet potato chips instead of fries which was supposed to be that way but he didn’t know. They seriously took 10 minutes or more to replace my bun. My husband’s burger of course got cold because he wanted to wait for me. (Gentleman I know). Well when they finally brought my food out, I politely asked the waitress if they remade the entire burger or just replaced the bun because it took so long. She said they only replaced the bun and recooked the fries. I have no idea why they did that but I’m guessing the waiter thought my husband asked to recook fries for my dish which wasn’t what we asked at all. We wanted fries for him on the side. Needless to say, my husband’s bun was cold and dense. My burger was actually very delicious but the fries were bland and to be honest, the nacho appetizer was a disappointment. The hummus was super thick and extremely dry, the guacamole was very liquidy instead of chunky like regular guacamole and it had a weird flavor of crab or something in there, and the salsa was clearly from a can and not home made. The price for everything with a beer and a water was €36. (€14 for my burger and €11 for my husband’s.) I honestly don’t think that is worth the money at all. On top of it all, the manager kept hovering to check on us and when we complained nicely about what had happened he didn’t offer a discount or anything. It wasn’t until we got out of our seats to leave that he asked if we wanted a digestive. We of course said no thank you. It was the worst service and we’re not going back. We much prefer a Tasca down the street. Their burgers are amazing, better priced, service is better, and their appetizers are great. Really wish we had a better experience here but what can we do?

Veal burger was cold and had little flavor. Appetizer sample platter was a mix of warm and cold. Fries were good and hot.

Local que não se aconselha ao seu pior inimigo. Após termos esperado mais de uma hora é Trinta minutos por uma hamburguer fui tentar saber se o meu pedido iria ainda demorar muito tempo sabendo que estava acompanhando de duas crianças.,a resposta foi me foi dada pela funcionária foi que ainda não tinha sido preparado o meu pedido porque estava um grupo com muitas pessoa na sala interior, motivo pelo qual estavam (um pouco atrasado)!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Para mim uma hora é meia sem dar qualquer tipo de satisfação não é um pouco atrasado. Demais tendo me apercebido que não existia qualquer grupo na sala interior. Por fim nem tiveram a cortesia de me oferecer a bebida que tomei enquanto aguardava. Nem la votarei e menos aconselho as pessoas a lá ir.

I always get excited when the waiter asks me how I want my burger cooked. I didn’t get disappointed, the meat was juicy and full of flavour. They had a great selection of craft beers to go with it. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere. I’d thoroughly recommend it!

Atendimento do melhor que há, uns hambúrgueres fabulosos e umas batatas a maneira, a sangria rose uma verdadeira maravilha, o único contra.....não ter coca cola e sim Pepsi....tirando isso do melhor que já fui a nível de hambúrgueria

Awful food. Christmas Day or not, no excuse, the worst chicken and fish burger ever...not to mention the Aldi onion rings that could bounce off the wall! Was never going to / would ever pay for that kind of “food”.

Os hambúrgueres não são nada de especial e o risoto de camarão estava péssimo apenas sabia a queijo. Preço muito elevado face a qualidade da comida e ao tempo de espera (1 hora para 9 pessoas). Espaço e design agradável embora estivesse muito frio no interior mesmo estando calor lá fora.

Service was friendly and efficient. Quite cool inside as well despite 34 degrees outside. Madeira bun nice and fries good too. Slightly pricey as part of hotel. Had a fly on my beer on second visit. Would have been there before beer added. Offered another one but offering to take off bill may have been more appropriate.
