We had a small meal and coffee and it was really good. The service was prompt and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We enjoyed the "open air" seating and beautiful surroundings.

Ma famille et moi on s’est fais jeter dehors car nous avons des jumeaux et la poussette prenais de la place. Alors que la terrasse étais vide. Pas un bonjour de la part du serveur, il n’a pas chercher à nous placer... c’est juste de la discrimination.
Je déconseille ce restaurant qui n’a de bon que la vue... c’est la honte du portugal ! Il se permettent ce genre de situation car c’est un endroit touristique... et prennent les touristes pour des idiots.
Minha família e eu fomos expulsos porque temos gêmeos e o carrinho ocupou espaço. Enquanto o terraço estava vazio. Não um bom dia do servidor, ele não tentou nos colocar ... é apenas discriminação.
Eu nao recomendo este restaurante que é bom que a vista ... é a vergonha de Portugal! Eles se permitem este tipo de situação, pois é um lugar turístico ... e levar turistas para idiotas.

Pésima atención, aun consumiendo ni nos dejaron pasar al baño, y nos echaron si siquiera hacerse entender. No lo recomiendo para nada

I splurged and had the squid kabob. It was one of the best meals I had on our Portugal trip. Other items on the menu may not be 5 star quality but the kabob is worthy of 5 stars. We still talk about how good it was.

Pior atendimento. Acabou com a viagem ser tratado de forma tão absurda. NAO RECOMENDO!!! Os dois caras que atendem são dois bitolados! Pedi uma tosta sem fiambre, obtive como resposta: somente o que está no menu!... Qual a dificuldade de não colocar o fiambre na tosta?.. ignorância de sobra neste lugar.

The service was worse than the food, which is really saying something. Broken glass under our table which we asked them to sweep up and they didn’t so we ended picking up the pieces so that our children wouldn’t stand in it. Reminded again, but he went off to have lunch instead!

Embarrassing service and no respect for Vegetarians they have 70 sandwiches at the bar and not one of them is meat free, if you want to have a sandwich with only cheese they force you to sit at a table and order it (while there are plenty of sandwiches with cheese but always also meet at the bar) make yourself a favour and avoid this place and have some food in Lagos instead

Um excelente local para se almoçar ou petiscar com vista gratuita para o oceano.
Mas, também um local excepcional para se fazer fotografia, principalmente ao nascer do sol.
Vale a pena experimentar ...

Decided to eat here after sunbathing for the day at praia do carnival. We were hungry, and had the golden sea bream and a salad. Wow! Grilled over an open fire, the fish was amazing and came off the bone with ease. Highly recommend. They also have soft serve ice cream which was delightful for a hot day

Acabamos de estar en el local. Estéticamente es el típico chiringuito, que podría tener su gracia si fuera más atractivo visualmente, pero bueno. A nosotros nos atendió un señor muy mal educado, encarado, agresivo, sin modales. Parece que no sabe que es un camarero (sea propietario o no del local, que es irrelevante), profesión tan digna como cualquier otra, pero en la que es fundamental el buen trato con los clientes. Realmente desagradable. En el negocio hay una chica muy agradable y encantadora, que paso un mal trago con todo este irreal suceso que nos presento este señor desubicado. No tiene ningún futuro el local mientras mantengan a ese señor tan mal educado, violento y agresivo. Si lo ponen en algún puesto que no sea de cara al público, o mejor, que lo manden a su casa, porque algún día les va a traer problemas aún más serios. De verdad, quiten a ese energúmeno de la atención con la gente, no sabe tratar con personas (leyendo reseñas anteriores, las mayorías de las opiniones negativas hacen referencia a un señor encarado y grosero, por tanto, está claro).

Mai 2019: Sehr freundliche Bedienung und die Paella war lecker. Cafè und die Pastel de Nata (Blätterteig mit Pudding) waren auch wunderbar. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge auf den Felsklippen.

Nous avons rencontré des personnes a cet endroit, nous avons mangé ensemble un très bon repas,la brochette de crevettes et calamars c'est excellent, merci a Manu le patron pour son humour et sa gentillesse.

J'espère que ce commerce sera bientôt à vendre pour laisser la place à des vrais professionnels et une vraie carte de restaurant...meme de plage... Toujours la même chose partout sur les menus...bitoque...frango...lulas...costeletas...ffffff aucune originalité alors que la gastronomie est riche au Portugal... Pauvres touristes.

Cheap food and lots of choices on the menu. We ate swordfish for 12.5 euro and it was pretty good! Tables are basic.

We were told the kitchen was closing so they didn’t serve us food, meanwhile the table next to us received the food we were trying to order. (We’re assuming because we’re tourists). We then got a water surrounded by flies and got glared at when we tried to pay with a $20. Women’s bathroom did not have a toilet seat and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. Very uncleanly bathroom and flies everywhere. We never comment online but had to say something about how horrendous this place is.

Good enough bar. Had a squid kebab, which in fact was a squid/shrimps grilled skewer, tasty, with chips and salad. Busy place (as the only one in that stretch of the coast), hence service was a bit delayed. Slightly overpriced.

Terrible burger. Flies all around you while eating. The waiter tried to flirt with my girlfriend while I was getting my wallet in the car. The cashier didn't want to split the payment just because he was mad at the waiters.
Avoid at all costs.

We didn’t expect that much and was better than we thought. Nice for a beer stop with bacalhau for sharing. No vegan neither vegetarian option in the menu.

Lugar inmejorable. Atención buena.El dueño " Manuel", muy servicial.Es un chiringuito playero pero tiene una buena cocina.Los precios no son nada elevados. Recomendable.

Extremely long waiting times, really crowded, more expensive than usual for what you get at other restaurants.
The toilets are also just barely doing their job. Be sure to check if there is any soap left of you care about hygiene!

Nous sommes venues manger et nous poser quelque temps après notre randonnée et le service à été déplorable. Le patron exécrable qui répond hyper mal aux clients, méprisant et qui les prend de haut. Il y a des façons de parler aux gens quand on travaille dans la restauration

Boissons chères.nourriture pas mauvaise mais rien d'exceptionnel.le service est extrêmement lent.la commande a été prise mais beaucoup d'oublis au service.idem en fin de repas.cafes commandes mais jamais servis.on a du aller les chercher nous même.reponse; ha j'ai oublié.

Ni bon ni mauvais. Service un peu long pour le midi (ce qui semble normal car c’est un endroit très touristique) . Mais prix néanmoins très abordable par rapport à la location du restaurant. La nourriture est passable et malgré les nombreux avis défavorables sur le personnel, il fut plutôt agréable avec moi (enfin moins désagréable que le portrait que dressent de lui les avis ) . Je le recommande pas forcément

We didn't expect much however it exceeded our expectations. Food was pretty good and price wasn't too bad. Service could have been better. But over all a positive experience. Considering the location I wouldn't be afraid to sit down if your in the area and hungry

Good place to sit for a cup of coffee before or after a trip. Not sure about the food, but the coffee is okay. Price is a little higher as you can expect in such location (cappuccino 2 eur, coffee with milk 1.70 eur).

Waren dort heute nur etwas trinken, um einem Regenschauer etwas zu entgehen. Dabei war alles gut. Die Getränke etwas teuer aber das macht wohl die Location aus.
Wie gut das Essen ist können wir nicht sagen.

Mega unfreundlich! Kamen bei strömenden Regen an und die Bedienung wollte uns nicht rein lassen, weil die Damen gerade erst den Boden gewischt haben und es jetzt sauber ist. Meine schwangere Frau wollte kurz die Toilette benutzen und hat sogar vorgeschlagen ihre Schuhe dafür auszuziehen, aber sie wurde nicht rein gelassen...
Unverständlich sowas... Wir hätten wegen dem Regen dort sogar noch einen Kaffee getrunken. Leider sind wir die 15 Minuten im Regen in Hotel gelaufen.

Nunca fui tão mal recebida num café. Queria tomar apenas um café com a minha família, incluindo um meu filho de 9 meses e para além de não me deixarem sentar dentro do café (lá fora estava a chover e frio e na esplanada pessoas a fumar) fomos recebidos por um senhor antipático que não consegue encarar as pessoas de frente, que nos disse que o café estava a fechar(isto às 17h20 da tarde) e não podíamos tomar um café ao balcão. Se não querem servir as pessoas que não dirijam um café, se calhar é por sermos portugueses.

A simple portugese bar with perfect location.
Don't expect more than basics - plastic chairs& tables, oldschool feeling and family serving behind the bar.
Didn't have fish but saw how it was prepared - looked very, very fresh and appetizing!
Check the pastry fridge with home made treats.
The non-sweetned, dense, wet almond, egg yolk cake roll is my recommendation!

메뉴 : 치킨 8, 맥주 큰 사이즈 2개 6.8 (사진 영수증 참고)
해안가 구경하고 간단히 요기 하기 괜찮은 곳이예요.가격도 시내에 비해 비싸지도 않고 치킨은 맛도 있네요!
피자는 전 메뉴 8. 5 인데 웬지 냉동피자 돌려 줄거 같아서(추측일뿐) 치킨으로 시켰는데 잘한 듯 싶어요!
밥이 아니더라도 음료나 커피, 빵 드시는 분들도 많이 있으니 힘들면 잠시 쉬어가도 괜찮을 듯요!

I am surprised by the rate below 4 for this place. A cheaper place compared to the ones in the city and the fish I had here was just the best of all during my trip in lagos. Sardinhas and mackerel were both quite good. Very good indeed, if you are not expecting a fancy restaurant but instead just eating after a hill trip to Ponta da Piedade.

Es un restaurante playero así que no esperéis un 4 tenedores. Pero en su rango la comida está bien y el servicio es rápido y bueno. Tienen variedad en su carta. Es barato.

Si tienes mucha hambre está bien, pero no es el mejor sitio para comer. No está mal la comida. Hay cerca otros restaurantes con algo más de carisma ;)
