Были 11.06.19 приехали погулять в lagos из Alvora.
Городок нам очень нравится.
Ресторан сам большой можнл зайти с разных улиц, т.е. 2 входа,есть места как внутри так т на улице.
Брали суп рыбный(вкусный),креветки в авокадо с острым соусом (на 4-) авокадо большой соуса много,а креветок надо ещё поискать,
Креветки (10шт)с чесночным соусом+ картофель по деревенски(на 5).микс из мяса(куриное филе, говядина,свинина,баранина) очень тонкие суховатые(не советую),брали микс из рыбы( 4 рабы средние + стейк из сёмги+ картофель+ зелень.(мужу понравилось) Порции большие.Дети брали нагетсы+картошка по деревенски.Счет вышел на 85 euro( ещё 1 бокал вина,2 сока апельсиновых и вода)

Les tourteaux mayonnaise commandés le matin au téléphone étaient pleins, parfaitement cuits et assaisonnés. Avec le vin blanc de la maison, ce fut un régal !
Le service était attentionné et efficace.
L'addition environ 60 euros avec les desserts pour deux.

A parte la tristezza del cameriere, quasi sempre in silenzio, più attratto dalla tv ke dagli avventori, è un locale in cui non si mangia solo bene, ma benissimo! Fino preparato sul momento, prezzo nella norma. Si esce indubbiamente soddisfatti e sazi!
Unico neo: il vino bianco: troppo datato x dissetare e sposarsi con le vivande!

No está mal. Productos frescos, precios razonables, pero la cara del camarero no era agradable. No se va a un sitio así ni se pide a la carta por necesidad, ya que estamos de escapada, se busca buen rollo y amabilidad, y en esta ocasión casi ni palabras, el tío parecía que le costaba dirigirse a los clientes.
Creo que no repetiremos, hay muchos sitios similares con profesionales agradables.

Piri piri Chicken was pretty good with a nice spicy sauce on the side.
The grilled prawns were very delicious as well.
So good we got takeout the second day we were in town.

Average food with poor table service. We had a set menu (number 1), a chicken salad and a children’s spaghetti meatballs.
The waiters were very moody and cold. Not at all what we are used to in Algarve. They were busy, but that’s no excuse. It didn’t improve when it got quieter either. Or, maybe they don’t like babies. Not sure. But we wouldn’t go back.

I ordered the chicken piri-piri it wasn’t fresh at all.
Fish mix - the salomon wasn’t fresh as well.
I would recommend to choose different place.

Had the mixed cataplanas, the atmosphere was a bit odd where we were seated and our server sort of hovered which was uncomfortable but the food was excellent. The portion was insanely large though. Granted we were two girls sharing it, but I was starving and left extremely full and we were unable to finish.

BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WHOLE OF LAGOS. The food is amazing this is the Number 1 thing to do while in Lagos. Please do book though as it could be very busy due to popularity. 10/10

Tasty food at reasonable price compared to other restaurants close by. Waiters were friendly though they forgot our bread. The portions were huge though so we were glad that they did :)

Nos recomendo o dono do apartamento onde estavamos hospedados. não gostamos mto a cerveja quente pedimos 1 peixe misto grelhado que estava bom no entando pedimos meia porçao de gambas fritas que creo que veio meia porçao pq tinha como 6 gambas e logo nos cobro uma inteira fui dizer ao garçao e disse que eu tinha pedido uma inteira e tive que pagar.

Tout d'abord, l'accueil n'y était pas très chaleureux.
Mon père voulait absolument goûter au fameux poulet Piri-piri, qu'il a trouvé bon et ma mère, des sardines, qu'elle a aussi trouvé bon.
Par contre, mon compagnon et moi avions pris d'autres plats : lui un simple spaghetti bolognaise et moi salade végétarienne.
Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de sauces par rapport à la quantité de pâtes et (selon mon avis ) cette dernière sauce avait une drôle de couleur.
Ma salade aurait pu être mieux aussi, le mélange était improbable : des légumes en Macédoine avec de la laitue, des tomates, du fromage frais mais aussi des fruits. Habituellement, j'aime les mélanges sucrés /salés mais ici le tout donnait un goût plutôt aigre.
Pour les plats typiques ce restaurant est encore bon , mais pour les autres, à deconseiller.
Aussi, ne vous installez pas dans la première salle du restaurant, le frigo à poissons est régulièrement ouvert et l'odeur peut réellement se révéler une gêne lors du repas.

What a jewel with wonderful authentic Portuguese food. We tried the Peixe Cataplana or mixed fish stew and it was great. The Piri - Piri prawn starter was even more special. Highly recommended.

Good food but nothing special
A traditional Portuguese restaurant with access from two parallel streets and outside tables in both streets. The tables inside give a little more elbow room than other restaurants. It appears the place is a little tired but you don’t eat the décor. The staff, although generally friendly attempted to provide us with an unwanted language course.
There is an extensive menu with a range of fish, seafood, meat and traditional Portuguese dishes. We ordered a delicious plate of Lulinas Freitas (Small fried squid) to share, bread, water and a bottle of Vinho Branco Casa. A plate of Peixe Misto Grelhado (grilled mixed fish) which was a little over cooked and a plate of Filetes Peixe completed a reasonable meal for a total of €40.30
Though slightly negative on a couple of points we are not discourage from a second visit to try something different from the menu, preferably without the language course.

Sábado finales de junio y casi vacío para comer. Pedimos el pollo y apenas es medio y parecía del día anterior... El "cocktail"de aguacate es un aguacate a la mitad con dos gambas y salsa rosa, aceptable... No pedimos nada más porque nos quisimos ir cuanto antes. Camareros sosos y lentos. Las buenas reseñas serán de antes porque vamos... O poco Portugal conocéis...

O restaurante Piri-Piri, em Lagos, é uma boa opção para uma refeição tranquila a preços não proibitivos. A sopa de peixe e o bife de atum de cebolada estavam óptimos, assim como a tarte de alfarroba, absolutamente deliciosa.

War ein leckeres Essen, die Fried Baby Squids waren echt super. Steak von meinem Freund laut ihm das beste, was er in Lagos gegessen hat. Leider sind wir beide nicht satt geworden, aber mit Vorspeise sollte auch das kein Problem sein! Klare Empfehlung, ich würde sagen die beste Wahl in der Gegend.

Restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine, mais très bonne cuisine !! Nous avions pris un plat de palourde, une escalope de poulet aux figues et un porc à la l'antejana, nous nous sommes tous les 3 régalés!
Et le serveur était très gentil et avec de l'humour.
Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.

Pretty poor food. Not sure what cut of meat the steak was but it wasnt sirloin. Fish was overcooked. Random overcooked cold brussel sprout. Don't bother. Oh and the waiter was a bit odd as well

Haber, estuvimos esperando más de 1h para comer, les dieron los platos a personas que llegaron después que nosotros antes que a nosotros, en general está buenas la comida, yo me pedí el pollo frito al piri-piri, que es básicamente pollo con patatas y ensalada con una salsa picante, también nos sirvieron pescado del día y no estaba mal, de no ser por el retraso en traer los platos, sería un buen restaurante, el local todo y así es pequeño.

Really, surprisingly good! Outside looked very touristy-typical, with faded pictures on display of standard fare. But the food was excellent - had clams starter and garlic prawn mains. Also accommodating as they moved us inside when it got too cold. So not just chicken ....

Haven’t finished my meal. It wasn’t fresh at all, poor quality.. really bad meal, nothing was good, neither the soup, neither the fried chicken pire purity or the dessert. No free water, you have to pay for a small bottle.. wouldn’t recommend it!

Sehr nette Bediehnung gehabt. Essen war sehr gut, hatten Spaß weil wir mit Hilfe von Google versucht haben in Landessprache zu bestellen. Kellner hat sich darüber auch gefreut, so dass wir am Schluss sogar einen Dring ausgegeben bekommen haben.

Food was mediocre at best. Overpriced for "Piri Piri" chicken (which was really just dry rotisserie chicken without any sauce). The waiters were unbelievably rude. I must have offended one when I politely asked for a clean fork. But a different waiter was also rude when I tried to get a table. He said they had nothing available. Didn't even look up at me. I asked how long. He said 45 mins. Then my firend asked at the back and we were seated immediately. Suddenly he wasn't rude anymore when it came time to pay the bill. As a Canadian I still gave him a decent tip. Though I do regret that.

Food was okay grade. I ordered grilled fish with boiled potatoes and salad.
The fish was nicely done but the salad was completely unseasoned.
We were a table of six and 5 main courses came to the table and one of us waited extra 10 minutes for his course.
Service was simpathetic but rather slow.
Not vegetarian friendly.
All aspects of this restaurant are a solid 3 stars.

Es como volver a los años 60. Camareros muy pintorescos y muy majos, por ejemplo las cazuelas son las que usaba mi abuela hace años... recomendado!

Pesce semplicemente immangiabile.
La mia ragazza ha ordinato dei calamari fritti, panatura inesistente, immersi nell'olio, molli ed amari.
Come se non bastasse era presente un sacco di sabbia al loro interno.
Lo faccio presente al cameriere (scortese e che per tutta la sera ha sorseggiato vicino alla cassa una birra) che porta via il piatto scocciato.
Quindi, ordiniamo un hamburger con patatine.
Dopo qualche minuto arriva il piatto.
Hamburger non di manzo, PESSIMO e probabilmente di vitello, ed ancora, patatine molli.
Come se non bastasse il tutto condito da un abbondante contorno di verdure miste non specificate nel menù.

Reistopf mit Seeteufel war furchtbar. Fisch war zäh Gewürz total überdosiert.Habe den Geschmack noch am nächsten Tag im Hals. Hähnchen piri piri war fad, Pommes kalt, Hauswein rundet das auch noch passend ab.

I was with an organised group. We had soup followed by chicken and chips. I didn't try the dessert which appeared to be some kind of fruit blancmange. It was my first meal in Lagos and was disappointed not to have been offered an alternative to chips with the chicken. The chicken tasted good.

Estavamos de férias em Lagos e nao encontravamos um restaurante que nos tinham recomendado, entramos neste. A verdade é que saimos maravilhados.. a comida era deliciosa e a atençao que nos deram foi excelente.

Os empregados intipaticos passam 4 e 5 vezes pela mesa veem que falta alguma coisa chamam se pour eles e quando chegan dizem que nao e com eles. e com o outro

Schweinelende mit Pfefferrahm: Lecker und günstig.
Einen Tag später habe ich das Menü 1 mit Hühnchen Piripiri gegessen. Super!
