Food was very poor, cold, not fresh without proper piri piri sause. Also potatoes were not fried properly. Stay away !!! Staff was super friendly though.

Piripiri chicken here is great, normal grilled chicken is okay - but the chips are so so. For €6 chicken, chips and drink you can’t knock it though!

Unfortunately must've come at a bad time as the chips were dry and cold. The chicken was nice and tasty but oily. The price of 6 euros for the chips, quarter chicken and a drink was decent but wouldn't have paid it for the old fries and oily chicken.

Trata-se de um espaço pequeno de comidas take away. Os preços são moderados tendo em consideração que a comida é ao peso. Se vai pagar muito ou pouco, além do prato, dependerá também da quantidade que leva.
Os preços de Kg estão bem expostos na carta diária e junto aos pratos expostos. Higiene do espaço parece bem cuidada.

There are various types of food but I guess the grilled chicken is the star here (you may have to wait in a queue for a few minutes). It's excellent, I recommend the spicy version (not too spicy). Good value for money and certainly worth it when you get tired of searching for decent affordable restaurants in Lagos. There is space to eat there or take out. It welcomes everyone (families, couples, singles...).

Horrible. The chicken was cold, and dry, as was the rice. The service was just as cold. A shame considering the place got good reviews, but I definitely do not recommend this place for Piri Piri chicken unless you really want to go there for cheap eats on a budget. Even Nando's back in Canada is better.

Die Hähnchen wurden Knusprig zubereitet, auch der Rote Bete Salat war echt gut, wer diese Churrasqueira in Lagos findet, sollte diese unbedingt aufsuchen, Übrigens ist diese am Sonntag geschlossen..

This place may not look like much, but it was really good. Chicken + Fries + a drink (alcohol or not) for 6 euros was a great deal and the food was especially good. The spicy chicken was much better than the lemon chicken.

Just passed by and took a shrimp pie, and some deep-fried tiger prawns. The pie was real nice and prawns ok as well. Good prices, friendly staff :)

La caja del pollo asado con patatas fritas y patatas por 6€ no esta mal...las patatas muy muy secas pero pasable, el pollo tipico estilo portugues aceptable, pero todo lo demás que pedi fatal muy seco, muy mala calidad y sin sabor...parecia todo congelado y fritura. Probamos la ensaladilla rusa y sin sabor, chocos fritos ( seran congelados de supermercado) muy secos, croquetas de bacalao insulsas.

Take away también puedes comerlo allí. Tiene una planta arriba cubierta muy agradable. 1/2 pollo asado con patatas y lata de bebida, 6 euros. El pollo estaba rico. Los baños muy limpios.

Arrivando a Lagos all'ora di pranzo abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina al parcheggio chiuso vicino all'entrata del centro storico. Appena entrati al centro storico sulla nostra sinistra abbiamo visto una fila di gente in questo posto. Siamo entrati per curiosità e davanti a noi una vetrina che ti invitava a mangiare tutto. Una vasta scelta di piatti tipici del posto cucinati con gusto. Per 4 giorni a pranzo è diventato la nostra attrazione culinaria. Abbiamo assaggiato quasi tutti i secondi ma il pollo alla griglia rimane il mio piatto preferito. Troppo buono. È ottimo per la pausa pranzo, 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Super lokales Geschäft für ein knuspriges Hähnchen und allerlei anderer lokaler Speisen. Verfügt auch über eine kleine Terrasse zum dort essen, allerdings eher als Take-Away ausgelegt. Für 6€ gibt's ein halbes Hähnchen mit Pommes und einem Dosengetränk.

Un asador de pollos diferente a los de España donde hacen los pollos a la brasa.Ni que decir que el pollo está buenísimo y el lomo también muy bueno. Un buen lugar para comer que no sea el típico bar para giris donde te clavan.

Hier habe ich das beste Hühnchen meines Lebens gegessen. Piri-Piri-Chicken. Mmmmhhhh… Aber auch die anderen Speisen sind frisch und lecker.

Algo más caro de lo habitual pero la gran calidad y sabor de la comida hace que merezca la pena. Se puede llevar o consumir allí donde se sirven además litros de cerveza local, dispone de pocas mesas pero limpias y acogedoras.

We expected a lot more as it smelled great from outside of the building. The chicken is ok but really nothing special. Most of the side dishes do not come with spices which, with only salt to change that, is pretty sad as the salad and the carrot looked great. Also the chicken was very small.

Brought us from the street to this place the amazing smell of grilled food when we were heading to the center. Super good prices and tasty! I went for half chicken and fries meal deal with drink plus an additional portuguese salad and just loved it! simple and tasty, I could eat there everyday thank you for making my vacation in Lagos better !

Pollo muy rico y a buen precio, muchas cosas típicas para probar. Las albóndigas muy ricas pero un poco caras (16kg el kilo). Recomendable para llevarte la comida.

Pollo a la brasa exquisito. Hay una oferta para llevar, medio pollo, patatas y bebida por 7€. Tb tiene más cosas, nosotros llegamos tarde y ya prácticamente no había nada. Hay un pequeño comedor y una terraza.

Very nice little place with cheap local food like fried chicken, fish, chips, some salads and sometimes soup. Their stock is a bit varied over the day. You can sit there, they have a toilet and a hidden little terrace with a lovely but quite short view over the neigbouring houses. Can always recommend!

Más alternativas de comida tradicional como ensalada de frijoles carilla con atún o de garbanzos con bacalao.
Delicioso, pollo jugoso con su punto exacto de piri piri.
Clientes locales y solo unos metros apartado de la zona turística.
No es solo para llevar, también puedes comer dentro o en su estupenda terraza con vistas a las “Porta de Lagos”

Great traditional food. We've been coming here for 9 years now and the food is great, particularly the piri-piri chicken special. Large portion of fries, great spicy chicken, and a drink (alcohol / non alcoholic) for only €6. Lots of locals which is a good sign, very popular in the summer with the surfers! Great place to buy good quality food at a decent price.

Great place to eat. Fear not my fellow tourists this place is great to get food for dinner or quick bite for lunch. I found this place on last day of holiday as they open midday and close around 2pm to reopen later. I always passed early and then went home around 3pm so missed it.

Un menu 1/2 poulet + frites + boisson à 6€, en plus avec le sourire, adresse au top bien en dehors des attrape-toutistes.

Super saftiges knuspriges Hähnchen! Anthony Bourdain würde hier auch herkommen und sich Grillhähnchen mit Dosenbier rein ziehen! Mega!!!
