Excellent food! Very delicious for a good price. We had the frango and bean soup and highly recommended it.
The restaurant is a bit hidden in parallel street to the harbors boulevard. But you can easily find it, if following the in and out going people carrying food!
The staff is really helpful as well, in case you do not know what to order

We went to this takeaway after hearing the piri-piri chicken was very good here. It is quite busy here, sometimes there is a line out of the door. The lady who served us spoke very good English and told us how much chicken to get, as it is weighed by the kilo. There is no seating here. Overall, it was the best chicken we have had in Lagos so far!

Sou super fã do frango. É uma autêntica delícia.
No geral todos os pratos são muito bons, comida típica caseira.
Já com algumas versões para vegetarianos.
Atendimento 5 estrelas.

Confecção do comer de alta qualidade, venda para fora ao quilo ou à unidade. Serviço muito simpático. Menu semanal mas com a hipótese de se poder pedir algo específico quando pedido com antecedência (aprox 48h).

We have visited this take away many times and would have given them 4 stars previously.
Today they were rude and unpleasant.
Having handed over our ticket and placed our order in English, we waited and waited until we felt embarrassed. On asking how our order was progressing, the head staff member told us that her colleague does not speak English (clearly not the case) and that the dish we ordered had run out an hour before. What's more that if we wanted to avoid problems, we should learn to speak Portuguese.
We left somewhere that we had viewed with affection both bruised and hurt.
AVOID if you are not Portuguese. They only choose to serve foreigners here when they need the business - we were welcomed out of season......

Diversos pratos, realsso o frango no churrasco, muito bom e outros pratos, chamados do dia assim como salgadinhos e todo o tipo de bebidas alcoolicas e não só. Recomendo. (Restaurante pronto a comer) take awei.

Comida para llevar. Muy bueno el frango. Razonables los bolos de bacalao. La sopa espesa y consistente. No probamos más cosas, pero parece muy casera. Repetiremos.

Popular local take-out restaurant. No seating here. Plenty of local business. Chicken is fresh,well seasoned. Lots of other take out dishes as well including Rice with duck.

We were staying nearby and wanted a quick bite to eat to hold us over until dinner so decided to have the frango. Timing was good as it was just coming off the spit. Chicken was sold by the kilo and was weighed in front of us. It was good and cheap but I wouldn't say it was the best chicken I had.
