Very well organized hospital with short or no waiting times. Professional team managed to handle wound of child gently without pain. Physicians are very kind. I can recommend this hospital.

We are really grateful to all the staff at this hospital. We arrived very worried about our child (4 years old). Upon arriving, the reception team told us his European Social Security had expired a year ago but they still took care of him for free (we promised to send a copy of the new one, we will do so of course). Almost no waiting time at all (it was on a Sunday 4pm) and very friendly staff: reception, nurse and doctor. Yes, they might not speak English but they did a wonderful job where they are expected too. Big thanks to the ambulance driving team outside that even invited our boy into the ambulance and put on the lights and siren for him to see. A truly great experience, thank you to all the staff and medical team over there.

Worst place ever. Met a nurse after 5 min and explained my problem. Needed to wait for 4 hours before meeting a doctor. The doctor didn't speak English at all, I tried to explain what I told the nurse in English. Left the hospital without any help at all more than 4 hours later.

This ain't the nhs but not a bad experience. Used our euro medical cards so didn't have to pay for treatment and the staff were good seeing as we don't speak any Portuguese. Only down side was a long wait but we were in and out in three hours for a stomach virus.
