Essen ist ok. Nichts, was einen umhaut. Der Blick aber ist toll und man kann sein Surfbrett im Ständer warten lassen. Schönes Strandcafè, wenn die Hightide einen vom Strand vertreibt. ;)

Same as the others: really expensive and the service is horrible #HipsterArrogance (specially the girl). They just can't smile, we felt they wanted us to leave as soon as possible! Seriously.

Service complètement nul. Des plats non pris en compte. La serveuse ne voulait rien entendre. Temps d'attente très long (45 minutes). Des prix complètement exorbitants. Le prix du poisson était au kilo et non communiqué sur la carte. C'était la surprise. Et pour finir des plats sur la carte manquants. Piège à touriste à éviter.

Service affreux, la serveuse n'est pas à l'écoute. .. Poisson dont le prix au kg n'est pas indiqué... On se retrouve avec un poisson de 55euros le kg et nous sommes informés au moment du règlement ! D'autant que nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir notre plat. D'autres clients ont été servis plus rapidement...Bref que de déception !!! Un vrai attrape touriste

A great place. Fantastic view just above Arrifana beach. Good food (from snacks to dishes) - amazing Tuna/Salmon tartar on weekends.

Bon, bien présenté mais prohibitif par rapport à la quantité, le cadre et bien ambiance surf encore une fois loing de justifier le coût de ce qu'on nous sert. Dommage. Touriste ne veux pas dire vache à lait

Am Ende unserer langen Wanderung entlang der Rota Vicentina haben wir uns hier mit der restlichen Reisegruppe getroffen und kurz entspannt. Es gab ein paar leckere Getränke und auch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen. War gut. Danke!

Only spot on the beach, the food is nice but for the price, the main courses are not exceptional. Try the salads instead, they're very tasty, and with a soup after surf it's perfect!

Das Restaurant da Praia am Strand von Arrifana ist klein aber fein. Direkt an dem Weg hinunter zum Strand gelegen, lädt es entweder zu einem kühlen Getränk oder aber auch zum Essen ein. Angeboten werden typisch portugiesische Gerichte, preiswert ist es jedoch nicht unbedingt. Auch abends kann man auf der Terasse essen und wunderbar die Aussicht über das Meer genießen. Einmal pro Woche ist auch Musikabend, zumindest über die Sommermonate.

Kleines aber feines Restaurant direkt am Strand. Haben Toast und Picanha gegessen, es hat super geschmeckt!! Super Personal, die sogar Deutsch gesprochen haben.

La vue sur la plage est magnifique!
On nous a proposé, en entrée, des oeufs de poisson avec du persil, des petits morceaux d'oignons et de l'huile d'olive.
Pour le plat, nous avons commandé une Masca de pesca, à partager (appeler la veille pour commander le plat ou attendre 3 à 4h le temps de préparation).
Le tout était accompagné d'une délicieuse sangria aux fruits rouges. Enjoy!

Best view in the region. As the restaurant has monopoly on the location, the prices are a bit high in relation to what you get. The seafood is great tho and the staff is always smiling and friendly.

aussicht, ambiente und personal bekommen 5 sterne. der koch sollte mit dem gedanken spielen, eine entsprechende ausbildung zu machen. spaghetti aus der mikrowelle, schokomousse aus der rührtüte. :-)

Klar, die Lage ist traumhaft, aber das wahrs dann auch. Essen sehr fad, kaum Geschmack ( hatten Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten und Pasta mit Gemüse). Die drei Cambas waren roh und das Blut vermischte sich schön mit der Soße. Da ich aber schon eine Menge Nudeln gegessen habe, bevor ich die Gambas schälte- wurde unsere Beschwerde nicht akzeptiert....da haben wir nur für Nudeln die ganzen 23 Euro bezahlen müssen!!!! Einfach unverschämt

A close local place to go to straight from the beach after surfing, during surfing. We had a coffees soft drinks and ice creams for around 12 Euros, not to bad.
Great place to sit and watch the surf evolve and the day go by!

Perfect spot to enjoy a beer after a day of surfing. I didn’t try the food, but the grilled fish smelled and looked very good on other people’s plates.

Just spent 14.oo € for a slice of bread split in 4, with some tasteless goat cheese a slice of tomato and oregano (€7.50) some Hoummous (not more than a full tablespoon(€1.80) and extra bread(€1.80) and a glass of beer (€2.20). Very pretentious prices for the portions they sell. Very disappointed and would not advice. And the waiter also advice to get extra bread to go with the”portion” of Hoummous!! We used one slice for the Hoummous....oh dear

Average food , totally overpriced! Tiniest quinoa salad with basically just some green lettuce and a few pieces of avo and mango for 14€!!! We left the place disappointed and hungry! Moreover the staff is Not really nice or welcoming! Can’t recommend this restaurant!

Great location, just few meters of the surf beach. However, the service is very impolite and the prices are absurdly high. We had to pay 2.7€ for a coffee with milk, that we had to get it ourselves, eventhough there was plenty of staff around without doing much but policing other guests where to sit.
Moreover, we had to sit it designated area since we were only drinking. If you are reading this is advise you to look for other place instead.

VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY BAD SERVICE. Yesterday 22nd July, I went with my partner to this restaurant to have dinner and we paid 54€ for just a small gilt-head bream when generally fishes in Portuguese restaurants aren’t expensive at all. Moreover, the two waitresses offered a very bad service and behaviour. NOT RECOMMENDED.

CARO Y MAL SERVICIO. Ayer 22 de Julio fui con mi pareja a cenar, me cobraron 54€ por una Dorada que no llegaba al kg de peso. Además las dos chicas camareras prestaron un mal trato y servicio, insistiendo en que pidiéramos y pagáramos rápido. NO RECOMENDADO.

Fish of the day was 65€ (dorade). Pretty good but too expensive since it was the only option to have fish after they had ran out of sardines at 1730. Overpriced but good location.
Forgot one dish and service was under par.

This place is excellent and the beach perfect for surfing. The fresh fish was amazing and vegetables of good quality, same for dessert. Be aware that the beach and restaurant are not easily accessible by car and a steep walk by foot.

Vue magnifique sur la plage d'arrifana et ses falaises. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Et les poissons sont très bons. Les filets de thon en entrée sont très tendres et copieux. Le poulpe avec la patate douce peut aussi faire un plat. Tous les produits sont frais et bien cuisinés. L'endroit parfait où diner après une belle journée de plage. Bien penser à réserver l'été.

Reserve mesa y nos colocaron en mesa compartida mirando a una pared, pedimos cambiar a mesas libres mirando.al mar y no quisieron.Despues llego gente sin reserva y tuvieron mejor mesa.
Comida normal sin mas, pero mas cara de lo habitual en Portugal. Han visto el.negocio pues estan bien situados en la playa, pero no cuidan al cliente

Atendimento impecável, música ao vivo e de boa qualidade anima muito este restaurante. Aconselho ir e ver o sol se pôr. Portanto, o peixe estava seco.. Mas os outros pratos estavam deliciosos, assim como a sobremesa e as entradas. O preço é meio caro.
