Cucina portoghese leggermente più formale della media nell'impiattamento e con in aggiunta alcuni piatti più internazionali (esempio pizza e qualche insalatona). Buono il merluzzo in pastella e l'insalata di avocado, un po' troppo care le bibite e soprattutto gli alcolici. Ottime le patatine. Il dolce (torta al cioccolato) non mi è piaciuto.

Came across this place on the off chance due to a fuel tanker drivers strike and the car low on fuel .what a lovely surprise .the place is spotless and the food is excellent with good size portions .the staff very friendly and good for kids .our two boys who were very noisy were welcomed and entertained by the fabulous staff.will be back tomorrow.

Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was fab. The food surpassed expectations. The picture is of a delicious pork, chorizo and clam dish - very generous portion too.

Sehr nett und freundlich aber etwas zugig, Essen und Trinken sind OK. Bodenständig und solides Handwerk, daher den Preis in jedem Fall wert.

attente interminable, pâte de sardines servi dans son emballage d origine nous etions 5 la dernière personne a été servie 1/4 d’heure après tout le monde ,plat sans aucun intérêt vraiment rien d un restaurant portugais .

Spent 5 nights in Lagos with my wife and this was the best restaurant that we came across. Delicious food and excellent staff (I spoke both in Portuguese and English with them and heard a third language being spoken)

Wir waren in unserem letzten Urlaub im Restaurant Jardim und haben die Cataplana mit Fisch und Muscheln gegessen. Es war einfach vorzüglich!

Best meal I have eaten in Lagos. Very nice place and a wonderful garden. I can truly recommend this restaurant ! Also no speach barriers ( Deutsch, English and from what I saw at least one other ). Thank you

We loved this place ! We arrived late into Lagos and thankfully discovered this restaurant close to our apartment. The fish was freshly caught earlier that day and delicious. Would highly recommend !

Delicious lovely food and wonderful friendly owners.The best fishermen’s soup and vegetable soup.Great ambiance and atmosphere, beautiful garden.I highly recommend this place ❤️

Meine Frau war schon 1982 hier, gemeinsam kennen wir das Jardim seit 2006 und gehen hier immer wieder gerne Essen. Die Gerichte sind frisch und sehr lecker. Empfehlen kann ich eigentlich alles, von der Pizza über Frango (Hähnchen) PiriPiri (scharf), die Fleisch- und Fischgerichte.
Das Bier und die Weine sind lecker und der Nachtisch zum dahin schmelzen.
Liebe Grüße ans Jardim aus Norddeutschland.
Update 2019:
Wieder im Jardim, diesmal Pizza (hatten wir einfach Lust drauf). Das letzte mal Pizza hatten wir vor 4 Wochen bei einem Angesagten Italiener in Hamburg Eppendorf, diese Pizza hier hat meiner Frau BESSER geschmeckt.

Comme son nom l'indique on accède par un beau jardin bien agencé, le cadre est agréable comme la terrasse où nous avons dîner. Dîner en couple, nous avons choisis 2 soupe et un poulet grillé et des calamars grillés, c'était simple et bon, mais rien d'extraordinaire. Les prix sont dans la moyenne de ceux pratiqués dans les établissements voisins.

2 mal jährlich kommen wir in die Nähe. Anfangs geliebt und geschätztes, familiäres Restaurant. Später, ca vor 2 Jahren fing es an, in der Neben-Saion (Spätes Frühjahr/Früher Herbst) von der Qualität her abzufallen. Es kommt dann sehr auf den Koch/Küchemteam an. Für uns mega schade, denn wir schätzten das unkomplizierte, familiäre Umfeld sehr.

Comida horrível, Filetes de Pescada cheios de gordura a pingar óleo,ameijoas da cataplana de peixe repletas de areia,serviço mediocre,e horrivel era as osgas a passear nas paredes e na coluna de som,
Gostaria de deixar algum elogio mas infelizmente não consigo encontrar um motivo para o fazer

An der Meia Praia findet man weiterhin das ehemals O Jardim genannte Restaurant. Leider etwas lieblos weitergeführt, könnte man ohne viel Aufwand dem Gartenrestaurant mehr Flair einhauchen.
Küche ist durchschnittlich, Pizza sollte man beim Portugiesen nicht wählen. Bedienung OK. Fazit: keine Perle der Algarve... Muss man nicht gewesen sein.

Not to be rude, but the food was extremely underwhelming. I recommend to avoid eating here unless you want a cheeky beer in a cozy environment. Friendly service.

Wirklich nett gemacht, optisch schön gestaltet, gute und nette bedinung. Jedoch sind die Hauptspeisen nicht die aller besten, aber vegetarische Gerichte, deswegen finde ichs super!!! Sehr zum empfehlen :)

This restaurant is not far from our hotel went there one evening for a drink around 9pm we had already eaten . The owners made us very welcome and the service was excellent, have been again this evening and received the same wellcome and good service even though the restaurant was full of people having evening meals. Would definately recommend.

Very nice Garden-Restaurant with friendly owner, really good food many wines. "Jardim" heißt Garten und der Name ist Programm. Eigentlich ein kleiner Park mit Sitzgruppen unter Bäumen. Es liegt direkt Gegenüber der kleinen Bahnstation (40m) Maia Praia. Die Weinkarte ist umfangreich. Es gibt zusätzlich zur normalen Speisekarte eine Wochenkarte mit wechselnden Spezialitäten. Wirklich sauberes und gepflegtes Lokal. Bedienung multilingual und sehr freundlich. Also wer den Strand mal satt hat aber Hunger, der sollte hier vorbei schauen. Parkplatz direkt neber dem Lokal. Der Schatten tut auch mal gut, besonders mit dem frischen Bier vom Fass!
