Have previously been to this office and found it incredibly helpful. On this occasion it was a different man. Never witnessed such rudeness in Portugal. He was aggressive, clearly didn’t want to help at all and we left so shocked at how we had been treated. He refused to give us any advice until we paid €15 which we didn’t mind doing at all but even after we paid he continued to be unhelpful, confrontational and overall it was such a horrible experience.

This was the first time I contacted doc Lagos. I needed to renew my driving license at short notice and did not have time to visit Faro. The gentleman in the office was more than helpful.very polite. He took my papers submitted the documents and gave me the IMT receipt after one day . I received the new license in under two weeks. A terrific service. I recommend this office and will surely use them again.

Quite rude to customers in front. Prices set in stone without room to negotiate, even if you just need little work from them. Now when it's possible to fill out online forms yourselves with financas and alfandega should be more flexible and customer oriented.
