They have a wide range of classes as well as open gym to do your own thing. I often visit when I’m on holiday in the area and I always feel welcomed as if it was my home box :)

De férias em Portugal, decidi dar a volta ao camarote Portimão. Eu fiz um Drop In no Infante Crossfit onde me diverti muito. Uma caixa de tamanho humano com um treinador escuta.Uma "habilidade" HSPU no topo. Eu recomendo esta caixa se você quiser ser calmo e bem seguido. Também é perfeito para "ginásio aberto" .... On holiday in Portugal, I decided to go around the box Portimão. I did a Drop In at Crossfit Infante where I had a great time. A human-sized box with a coach listens.A "skill" HSPU at the top. J'ai fait un drop In chez Crossfit Infante où j'ai passé un super moment. Une box à taille humaine avec un coach à l'écoute.Un "skill" HSPU au top. Je recommande cette box si vous souhaitez être au calme et bien suivi. Elle est aussi parfaite pour "open gym"....
