Excelente apartamento moderno e novo. Limpo. Muito boa localização. Tem lugar para estacionar frente ao apartamento. Tem um patio com pequeno jardim com churrasqueira. Tem um terraço com excelente vista. Recomendo muito.

Ein Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Mein Mann und ich haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche im Juli verbracht und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus verfügt über 4 sehr geräumige Etagen mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. 2 Balkone, eine große Dachterasse mit tollem Blick über die Landschaft, einen Garten zum Frühstücken und Grillen, sowie einen tollen Pool direkt vor dem Haus machen einen tollen Urlaub, auch mit mehreren, unvergesslich. Das Haus ist sehr modern und hell, verfügt über sehr effektive Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen und bietet viel Stauraum, sowie eine perfekt ausgestatte Küche. Supermärkte und ein großes Einkaufszentrum sind nur 5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben viele Tage am Pool verbracht, aber der Strand ist auch in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar, sowie der Hafen von Portimao. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Menschen (inkl. hilfsbereitem Nachbarn), das gute Essen und das stets angenehme Klima haben unseren Urlaub dort abgerundet. Wer ein zweites Zuhause im schönen Portugal sucht und nicht auf den gewohnten europäischen Standard verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurück kommen und können dieses tolle Haus nur jedem empfehlen!

In brief: My partner and I spent a week in this lovely three storey house with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and beautiful communal pool in July. Good location just on the outskirts of Portimao with shopping mall, supermarkets, restaurants and access to the motorway nearby. The house had everything we needed, even a Webber BBQ, and you can watch the sun setting from the roof terrace. In detail: We spent a week here in July 2017. The communication with the booking company was excellent. They offered to organise airport transfers, car hire and welcome baskets. The house is easy to find just off the N125 (or toll motorway if you’d rather) and takes about 1 hour from the airport Faro. We stopped at Pizza Casavostra in Almancil on the way (15mins from the airport just off the N125) for an awesome pizza! The house itself is situated in a gated community on top of a small hill overlooking Portimao and the pool. There is a garage in the basement with an automatic door, which is excellent for keeping the car cool in the day. The house is really well finished and tastefully decorated. The beds are super comfortable and all rooms have AC and plenty of storage. There are three bathrooms that make life easier when you are staying with many people. The garden even includes its own palm tree and a nice big table to have breakfast in the mornings. Looking forward to coming back here next year with a few friends. A perfect house for couples or families who are after a relaxing holiday and a home from home. Everyone has got their private space if needed as there are two balconies and the big roof terrace.
