Buenas tardes. Hice una reserva para el 9 de abril al 12 de abril. Lo cancelamos debido a la pandemia y no hemos recibido respuesta ni reembolso. He mandado varios correos y no hay respuesta, me pongo en contacto varias veces con el hotel y tampoco me dan ninguna solucion y el trato pesimo. Alguien puede darme solucion al respecto?

Lo bueno: las piscinas , cercanía a una linda playa, lugar para parking gratuito, balconcito en la habitación. Lo malo: seguramente nos tocó una habitación sin reciclar por lo que era medio bajón. La cama y almohadas no muy cómodas. Limpieza pasable si no se entra en detalles. Pero lo que más llamó la atención es que no tuviera servicio de toallas para la playa/piscina ni siquiera pagando. La atención en recepción más o menos pasable.

Nous sommes venus en vacances ici mi-mai en All-inclusive . Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Il est situé à a peine 1km du centre moderne et 2 km du centre historique . Il y a la plage au pied de l'hôtel , on peu relié le centre historique par cette même plage (qui par ailleurs est très propre!) . Il y a tout sur place à l'hôtel , restaurant , bar , spa , et même une supérette (ou les tarifs proposés sont moins chères que dans les grandes surfaces de Albufeira !)

We arrived they gave us a dirty room and after a heated chat with manager we got a better clean room... The food is nice the rooms and hotel are very dated and need modernisation they are doing it in parts but I wouldn't stay here again... It's about a 20 minute walk too the old town and they run a free bus there and back twice during the day

Zuerst die positiven Eindrücke vom Hotel: Service: Der Service vom war ausgezeichnet, alle Mitarbeiter/Innen haben einen top Job geleistet. Sowohl an den Bars, im Restaurant, am Pool und auch alle Putzkräfte. Die Zimmer waren stets ordentlich und sauber. Lage: Ebenso liegt das Hotel mit einem traumhaften Blick sehr nah am Strand. 2 Minuten und man ist am Atlantik. In die Stadt hat man etwas nicht weit. Albufeira bietet mit der Altstadt ganz nette Ecken, die man sich schon mal anschauen sollte Pool: Der Pool und die Poolumgebung ist nett eingerichtet und man kann auch super den ganzen Tag am Pool entspannen. Nun zu den negativen Eindrücken: Das Zimmer: Die Zimmer und allgemein das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Irgendwie ist immer irgendwas kaputt, funktioniert nicht richtig, wackelt oder hat Schäden. Langsames WLAN gab es lediglich in der Lobby (Wobei, ein Urlaub ohne ständig das Handy in der Hand zu haben und erreichbar sein zu müssen war schon entspannter. Also kein wirklich, negativer Punkt ;) ) Das Essen: Das Essen war leider alles andere als gut. Eine richtige portugiesische Küche findet man nicht. Alles war irgendwie überbacken, frittiert und ungewürzt. Die Auswahl war zwar riesig, allerdings schmeckte vieles fad. Die Kuchen waren aufgetaut und heftig süß. Lediglich das Eis (auch aus dem Lidl oder so) schmeckte ganz gut. Also eine frische Küche findet man Vorort leider vergebens. Sangria war ebenfalls aus der Tüte und schmeckte auch eher nach Saft. Der O-Saft zum Frühstück war auch aus der Tüte und richtig ekelhaft. Ebenso die All Inclusive-Cocktails. Diese sollte man unbedingt vermeiden. Entertainment: Es gab abends in der "DanceBar" immer verschiedene Angebote. Für junge Paare ohne Kinder ist das allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Der Entertainer hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben und auch eine tolle Stimme. Allerdings sind die Songs und das Reportai schon eher für das ältere Semester. Manche Showeinlagen waren ganz nett, aber nicht abendfüllend. Darum sollte man wohl eher auf den Strip von Albufeira gehen, wo wirklich viel los ist und es einige gute Clubs/Bars gibt. Alles in allem war das Hotel ganz okay und bekommt deswegen auch (nur) drei Sterne. Man rechtfertigte das Gebotene eher mit dem Preis. Da es doch recht günstig war, braucht man natürlich auch nicht so viel erwarten. Als Tipp: Unbedingt Mietwagen ausleihen und den kompletten Süden von Portugal erkunden. Es lohnt sich!!!!

DESASTRE. La llegada al hotel fue encontrandonos con que la habitacion no era la que nos habian dicho, fuimos a recepción a solicitar el cambio de habitacion y nos dijeron de MUY MALAS FORMAS, que esa era la habitacion que había y que no la cambiaban porque estaban completos (que lo dudo). La habitación estaba SUCIA por donde la mirases, pero... sucia de sucia de verdad y pedimos que la limpiasen y cuando llegó la limpiadora NO VEIA LA SUCIEDAD!!! De poca verguenza, polvo en la mesa, en las mesitas, hasta las lamparas tenian 2 dedos de polvo, PELOS en las fundas de las almohadas, el vater no tenia agua y del bidé se salia que tuvimos que poner una toalla alrededor, sobre la comida, todo me supo igual la verdad, ni bien ni mal. Ginebra "Salitre" y Ron "Cienfuegos", creo que tambien lo usan para desinfectar las heridas........... El trato de la trabajadora del hotel, NEFASTA.

We have visited this property before so knew what to expect. Theres everything you need here. We go here because theres a great little beach hidden down a little lane with the best beach bar and food weve found.This holiday was for myself and my partner and her daughter and her 4 year old son. It was our daughters 30th birthday gift from us to her.I always check the reviews before I go anywhere. The reviews are not great but as I said its clean and 3 star you get what you pay for. A few weeks before we went to this property I checked the reviews and it a lot of people were talking about food poisoning. I really brushed it off. Im not daft I know most places suffer from a bout of this at some time, my thoughts were that at least they would have cleaned up their act before we arrived. How wrong I was. We had fish one evening and all three of us was poorly all night and the next day. My partner visited reception to see if they could help. She was told to call a doctor. Not very helpful they didnt even want a room number to keep tabs on who had been ill. So we spent the whole night awake suffering and listening to half of the hotel being sick. Needless to say we never eat in the hotel again. So sorry but not a very good experience this time.Expedia need to think very carefully about recommending this place to their clients in future.

Sono in questo hotel da qualche giorno. È un grande Resort terrazzato fronte mare fino alla spiaggia. È dotato di tre piscine secondo le capacità natatorie,piu una coperta e riscaldata. Un tempo molto bello, oggi necessita di qualche revisione. Purtuttavia, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo una camera molto spaziosa con salottino e bagno completo all'italiana, molto pulito con balcone fronte mare,letto molto accogliente. Anche le parti comuni sono pulite e molto curate. Ma haime' c' è una dolente nota non trascurabile , la cucina: un po' un disastro. Per fortuna, dato che abbiamo avuto a Natale una infelice esperienza in un altro hotel del gruppo Barato Group circa la cucina, abbiamo optato per la sola colazione. Cibo non soddisfacente ( sono generosa!),ripetitivo e scelta assolutamente scarsa per noi che seguiamo un regime privo di carboidrati insulinici, scelta salutistica . Da non ripetere più .Mangiamo sempre fuori. .

Nice hotel even if dated a bit, second time here nothing changed. Pleasant grounds a great swimming pools, fabulous sea views, staff friendly and helpful, food typical with a good variety. Entertainment somewhat basic. Mainly elder guests. Free bus to town and back very useful. Overall value for money.

A éviter avec des enfants ou personne handicapé ! Chambre vieillotte, vétuste... bcp trop de marches et ascenseur en demi étage. usine à touristes, plage pas très accessible...chemin mal aménagé, racines d'arbres, gravillon, bcp de marches et rien sur la plage pour boire qq chose. Vraiment déçue...

The hotel has too many stairs and not enough lifts, we could not work out how some one in a wheel chair could get to the pool area. I have a back problem which makes stairs hard work. The outside pool is a great size but absolutely freezing - unusable, you could see people getting in then getting straight out.. The room key policy is a nightmare - only allowing one key per room. When you have 3 individuals to a room it means having to wait at reception to be escorted to your room. The food was cold. The all inclusive drinks were of a very cheap nature and many of our group could not drink them.

This is one of the best holiday hotels I've ever stayed in, everything you need is available, great pool next to the beach, although it was really cold in April, fabulous restaurant with stunning views, our room had just been refurbished so can only speak for that room and it had everything you need in a hotel room, lots of steps everywhere so keeps you fit, will definitely be going back.

Wat de laatste mooie vakantie van opa en oma met de hele familie naar hun geliefde Portugal had moeten worden, eindigde in een ramp... Betekent een vakantie voor jou ziek worden van slecht voedsel en een dramatische hygiëne? Zoek dan niet verder, dit is echt iets voor jou! Zie jij je vakantie toch liever anders voor je? Breng van vooral geen bezoek aan dit hotel. Samen met de hele familie, in totaal 17 man, bezochten wij Auramar. Bij aankomst moesten we nog lang wachten voordat we de kamers in mochten, maar gelukkig kregen we in de middag dan toch de sleutels. Wat we aantroffen waren slecht schoongemaakte hotelkamers die zeer verouderd waren: badkamers vol schimmel, vieze vlekken op het toilet en bedden die sterk aan vernieuwing toe waren. Gelukkig was het weer prachtig en trokken we de deur dan ook maar weer snel achter ons dicht. Tot op de tweede dag vier mensen van ons gezelschap ziek werden: overgeven, diarree, buikkrampen, rillingen en spierpijn. De typische verschijnselen van een voedselvergiftiging. Helaas zat er voor hen dus niks anders op dan uitzieken in de sobere kamers. We hebben direct contact gezocht met de manager van het hotel. Hij gaf aan erg met ons mee te leven en vertelde ons over het Norovirus dat heerste in heel Albufeira. Wij attendeerde hem op het feit dat wij reisden met twee mensen op leeftijd waarvoor zo een virus zeer gevaarlijk kan zijn. Het feit dat we vooraf dan ook niet ingelicht werden vonden we zeer bijzonder, waarop hij aangaf dat hij zijn gasten daarover vooraf nooit zou inlichten. Zo bleek het in 2013 ook al eerder te zijn voorgekomen. Dezelfde avond brachten we een bezoekje aan de plaatselijke supermarkt waar we vroegen naar dit virus. De eigenaar reageerde heel duidelijk: no virus in Albufeira! Auramar! Hij gaf aan dat dit hotel erom bekend stond en adviseerde ons geen eieren en mayonaise meer te eten. Wij wisten genoeg en het duurde dan ook niet lang voordat de een na de andere sneuvelde, waarna uiteindelijk 15 van de 17 man in bed belandde. We zochten wederom contact met de manager en vroegen naar schone kamers. Er werd ons beloofd dat alle kamers grondig werden schoongemaakt om besmettingsgevaar te voorkomen. Ze werkten immers altijd streng volgens protocol om verspreiding te voorkomen, aldus de manager. Uiteindelijk zijn 3 van de 7 kamers schoongemaakt. Of schoonmaken mag je het eigenlijk niet noemen als je nagaat dat beddengoed vol kots gewoon een nacht op de gang heeft gelegen en er dezelfde dweil wordt gebruikt waarmee eerder het kots is opgeveegd. Tot slot hebben we contact opgenomen met de reisorganisatie (Primavera) die vervolgens gebeld hebben met het hotel. Ter compensatie kregen we de laatste dag nog vier kamers ter beschikking (we vertrokken pas laat). Op deze manier had iedereen de mogelijkheid om nog uit te zieken en te douchen voor vertrek. Nou toch nog iets positiefs aan het hele verhaal zou je denken als je dit zo leest, toch!? Niks is minder waar. Voor wat hoort wat... In dit geval betekende dat vier kamers in ruil voor het ondertekenen van een contract waarin we aangaven geen officiële klacht in te dienen. Volgens meneer de manager echte service! Wij dachten toch meer aan iets van 'angst proeven en je eigen hachje redden'. Schandalig, pure chantage! Wat Primavera hier vervolgens aan deed? Niks! "Ja dit is wat de manager vraagt. Ik kan er niks aan doen. Jullie zullen toch echt moeten ondertekenen of de kamers per direct moeten verlaten." En dat noemt zich een aanspreekpunt van de organisatie. Ik heb er geen woorden voor! Zowel het hotel als Primavera zouden zich moeten schamen voor de manier van handelen. We vinden het heel erg dat deze laatste reis voor opa en oma niet geworden is wat ze hadden gehoopt/verwacht. Ze hebben nu veel geld betaald voor een vakantie waarvan bijna iedereen 2 van de 4 dagen ziek in bed heeft doorgebracht. We gunnen dit niemand & raden Auramar dan ook zeker NIET aan!

Esta muy bien por donde esta situado las vistas el restaurante muy bien las piscinas pero el personal muy saborio la mayoria y lo qie peor esta es la habitacion sucias debajo de la cama un sujetador que sabra el tiempo que lleva por que eso no se limpiaba de cuando todo muy antiguo demasiado, para mi le hace falta una reforma sobre todo a las habitaciones y despues al grupo de limpieza que trabaje en limpiar que es lo que tienen que hacer y el cuarto de baño mejor verlo

Nada adaptado para personas con discapacidad,siendo una completa odisea trasladar a alguien discapacitado de un punto a otro.Habiandolo avisado previamente nos dieron una tercera planta dos ascensores pequeños de por medio y rampa para llegar al comedor. Camareros super desagradables, llegando a echar la bronca a los clientes cuando se desperaban con tanta lentitud. Hemos recibido un feo detras de otro. Completamente desbordados por la falta de personal. Habitacion con muy poca luz y fatl de cobertura. Aceso a la playa dificultoso.Como ejemplo del trato lo ultimo ha sido ahora a la salida que para devolver la fianza ha venido tijeras en mano la recepcionista a cortarnos las pulseras.

La comida poca variedad. Llevábamos una persona en silla de ruedas y no entraba en el ascensor, lo tuvimos que pasar por la lavandería,sala da máquina y cocina cada vez que tenía que ir a un sitio. Lo único bueno el precio.

Fantastic location, wonderful views. Very good range of meal choices for breakfast and evening meal. Great value for money. Only downside was all 3 members of our party had a vomiting bug during our stay. Lots of other guests were also sick so go prepared!! Also bring mosquito repellent!!

Le +: La vue et l’environnement magnifiques de l’hotel.Le -: Le spa est vétuste seul le sauna est fonctionnel.Le séjour fut agréable. La literie est bonne. Le personnel est sympathique certains parlent même français. Le restaurant est abordable avec des buffets à volonté 5€ petit dej, 10€ le déjeuner et 15€ le dîner mais ce sont tous les jours les mêmes. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Le paysage est vraiment exceptionnel il faut le voir !

Just come back from arumarmar hotel. April 2019. This hotel is big, like a maze untill you get to know your way round. Reception staff very straight faced. Not very welcoming never Evan asked if we had enjoyed are stay when checking out. Cleaners where more friendly than reception staff. Clean bit dated but that didn't bother us. We were room only, so if we bought a drink in one of the three bars, i felt like staff looked at us like muck cos we werent all in. Can't comment on food. The room was always cleaned every other day towels were change, my only down side with the room was very cold drafty inch gaps under all doors. But weather wasn't great an very windy. We would have had a nice view on the sea if it wasn't for a big TREE over the crazy golf area.( needs chopping down) room 411. So we had no view no Sun wind coming under the doors. No kettle or pans to boil water for drinks but we did have a tea pot, 2 knife forks, spoons, plates, cup an saucers, glasses. On the bonus there was a microwave an toaster, fridge. Two ring hob. Cooker hood but couldn't use them. Talking to some other guests they had ironing board an iron instead of microwave and toaster. The strip only 10 mins walk. Bout three quarters to old town. Train stops top end strip €3 each which takes you to old town. an a taxi cost €6 from old town for two people back to hotel. You can get to beach out back hotel, bout 5 mins to get down side rocks. But we didn't go all way down because of the wind. But you can walk along beach to old town. Also they have free shuttle 10am, 12pm an 4pm. Which takes you to old town an back again. Just as well i took my own kettle an bought some mugs.

Great hotel, clean friendly and helpful staff, right on the beach and not too far from the main strip, but not too close, so it's not noisy at night, rooms are OK, hotel food is decent but plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change, decent size pool with a bar and snack food available, great views of the ocean and its within easy walk of everything,

Beautiful place. Lots of steps to climb. Very Helpful and attentive staff. Pool area is very good. Always clean. Plenty of sun beds . Plenty of bars. Rooms are clean and comfortable and all have a balcony with Lovely views to the sea. There's a free bus service to the old town a few times a day. Worth a visit.

Just came back from a 4 night break and cannot fault this hotel at all!! The morning breakfast juice is amazing, plenty ov choice ov food all day long. All inc drinks are strong especially cocktails the side sea view is more full sea views, its clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly!!! We plan too return again may/June for another 4 night, cannot recommend auramar enough,

Brilliant place, we went here all inclusive. Food is fantastic and there is loads of choice. All rooms are seaview, great location to main strip and only 6 euros to old town for six of us in a taxi. I was apprehensive going to this hotel as the reviews were mixed. Its a hotel the location is fantastic with two beautiful beaches. Room was cleaned every day with clean towels. The view of the sea from our balcony was amazing. Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Never had problem at the bars and the staff throughout the hotel were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Pool areas were clean and plenty of beds. Nightly entertainment was average but enjoyable. I would gladly go back to this hotel its a lovely hotel.

Rooms tired needed good coat of paint , breakfast ok ,lunch and dinner not very appertizing food was not replenished quickly enough to accomodate guests, entertainment staff did not get involved with guests of an evening , I would not recommend this hotel I rate this as a 1 star based on view and pool area

ótimo hotel para 3 *... Embora precise de remodelar principalmente os quartos. É um excelente hotel com maravilhosa localização . Sistema TI bom face ao preço aplicado nesta altura. No verão o preço praticado podemos dizer que é mais fraco a variedade do TI. Tem animação, 4 piscinas sendo uma delas interior e uma para crianças exterior. Tem um pequeno ginásio embora 2 máquinas encontram-se avariadas. Resumindo, preço nesta altura / qualidade para 3* é excelente.

Hemos pasado 5dias en familia y solo puedo tener buenas palabras para esta gente..he de reconocer que viendo las opiniones de este lugar y la primera impresión que tuve al llegar iba un poco desconfiado pero las dudas se disiparon nada mas empezar a recibir el trato amable y el cariño que nos han ofrecido los empleados del hotel..mencion especial a Oxana y a Miguel una pareja super amable con nosotros y sobre todo con nuestro hijo..siempre atentos y muy cariñosos..tb la otra Oxana se portó muy bien con nosotros y por eso tengo que valorar muy positivamente la estancia..lo pasamos muy bien jugando a minigolf y en la piscina climatizada que en pleno mes de febrero es un punto muy positivo y muy divertidas las actividades de la noche..muchas gracias por todo e insisto gracias a Oxana y Miguel por vuestra atención y cariño

The area is really nice, as we went in low season Dec a lot of the club's and shops on the strip were closed, there is lost to see though, easy to get around via walking, train or bus. So there wasn't much of a night life, only a few bars were open. Also it was cold after a bit of sunshine in the morning till 3pm ish, so coats and scarf came in handy. There was a free hotel shuttle to town, or you could pay €4.00 for day ticket on the bus or the tram (train) €2.00 to various locations. Overall would go again but in high season May-July.

Lovely hotel although a little dated. All areas kept clean by the staff. Towels were changed daily and the beds were regularly changed. Meals are basic but then you get what you pay for. Outdoor pool isn't heated but I feel it would improve the experience of the holiday if it had been.

Lovely complex, great food. We were all inclusive, & was well worth the money we paid for 4 nights. Also a shop on the premises. Great sea views, easy access to nearest beach. Rooms could do with updating, & paid for a double, but had two twin beds put together. Entertainment not great in evening. But thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

On our arrival at the airport the reps were very friendly and helpful the coach was a nice ride to the hotel with lots to look at on our arrival of our hotel the receptionist asked our name which I give but didn't give a warm feeling wasn't smiling and just couldn't be bothered when entering our room we were hit with a strong smell of smoke the sliding doors on the wardrobes were broke, handles missing off drawers and due to the smell of the smoke we have lived out of our suitcases but in all fairness they did sort this smell out. Food is very basic. Hotel,food and entertainment needs updating. DIY jobs need updating tiles on floor loose, hand rails loose this is dangerous and could cause an injury this needs to be met by health and safety regulations. Portugal is a lovely country with friendly people outside of the hotel but they do need to make big improvements. Overall beach is lovely and would come back to Portugal again and would give the hotel another try after these improvements have been met.

Me with husband and my mum we spent 7 beautiful days there (31.01-7-02 / 19). We had there 2 large separate apartments with all kitchen equipment. Rooms large clean. Thank you from the reception for any help, also the cook for all the wonderful meals, thank you very much to all the waiter, especially Mrs. Alina, very nice always for services. The hotel is very accessible, spacious, very quiet at the same time to relax. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet. I will certainly come back there

This is our third year of coming here.The maids do a great job the rooms are cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed daily always kept clean.there is no wi-fi in the rooms just in reception. There's plenty of choice on breakfast both English and continental and always replenished. The same can be said for Dinner with two types of soup, a salad bar four or five main choices vegi options, selection of cold sweets and ice-cream and fresh fruit. There's a shuttle bus into the old town three times a day or if your up to it you can take a walk along the beach it's only 15 to 20 minutes to town. All the staff were polite and helpful, the manager seems to be there from early morning to late at night for any problems. So all in all a great base to see a little bit of Portugal.

Hotel com extrutura em geral muito boa, vista do mar e localização excelente, bom atendimento e limpo. Pequeno almoco tem um buffet bom mas falta mais atenção aos sumos e as máquinas de cafés não entregam nem perto do que se deseja. No quesito quartos penso que precisa passar por uma remodelação pois os quartos na minha opinião estão um pouco ultrapassados e desgastados.

I was in the local area to look at properties for sale and needed a cheap hotel.This was cheap but also very bad. The room was very cold. The concrete walls were ice cold. The beds were tiny single beds with very bad mattresses. I never slept a whole night. I ended up checking out before time and found another hotel because I couldnt stand it.It was clean and staff was nice but the hotel needs a make over.

Price/quality was perfect. Been there 6 days in early March making use of their all inclusive arrangement. Rooms where clean and had a nice balcony. The all inclusive arragement had fine breakfast, lunch and diner and a lot of drinks for option (with and without alcohol). The surroundings of the hotel where great, you could make a nice walk on the beautiful rocky coastline from the front side of the hotel. It also only took 2min. To go to a nice and large sand beach. The main impression of the hotel was well taken care of and sorted out good. The staff was well trained and knew the ins and outs of their job. Some small points that could be better: -Although the bathtub was normal size it cooled down very fast and the tub itself won't warm up. - the bar in the lobby was not for all inclusive, while having the same drinks... Therefore you sometimes had to walk down a lot of stairs to the pool area to get a drink. For me this ain't a problem. But for a lot of the guests, which where a lot older, it was. - The singer which preformed every evening during diner and in the dancing room wasn't that great.. he song very good songs. Only not that well. But it certainly was a nice guy. Thanks for making our holiday great!

Great hotel right on the beach. Dont need to leave the hotel to go to the beach. Swimming pool is facing the beach. A lot of places to relax around the hotel indoors and out. Has three pool tables and table tennis so great when wanting to do more than sit around. Staff are very friendly and understand english. Overall beautiful location. Has a shuttle bus to take you to town and pick you up.

Amazing place and location where we spent 4 days, we booked the all inclusive option. Enough close to restaurants bars nice place for a romantic walk. We went in February so it was really quite the place, it depends on what you prefer and like. I strongly recommend this place. We landed in Faro airport and we catch a taxi (I suggest you to book in advance with the hotel) I also suggest to book the excursions, amazing experiences. We book with #dreamwavealgarve

Obsluga restacji przemiła,uśmiechnięta i niosąca pomoc w każdej chwili(może dlatego,że nie tutejsza). Obsługa koktajl baru wręcz odpychajaca. Jeżeli jesteś choć trochę ograniczony ruchowo zrezygnuj,bo hotel okaże się pułapką, brak wind i tylko schody,schody. Sprzątanie pokoju ogranicza się do wyniesienia kosza na śmieci, wymiany ręczników i zebrania drobnych.

Excelente localização, as acomodações são boas, apesar de alguns quartos necessitarem ser reformados, falta alguma melhoria quanto ao acesso a internet, principalmente na zona dos quartos. Já a alimentação é excelente e o atendimento feito pelo staff é excepcional, são realmente atenciosos para com os clientes. Recomendo..

Probleme de climatisation a l arrivée dans la chambre donc froid en ce début decembre !Mais problème pris immédiatement en compte par la réception appel de la maintenance immédiatement ?chauffage de depannage et changement de chambre le lendemain. Probleme avec la navette 30 un jour d affluence contact avec la sous directrice probléme reglé le lendemain par un bus de 50 places sinon taxi 7 euros pour centre ville donc navette tres pratique.. A noter la gentillesse de tout le personnel antonio de la maintenance et ses collégues, ainsi que Maria et toute l équipe de restauration a l écoute et anticipant nos désirs et toujours avec le sourire, merci a la femme de chambre qui a fait toujours la chamnbre a fond sol et lit etc. bref rien a dire sauf du bien du personnel. Par contre attention beaucoup de marches dans l hotel si handicap attention. 20mn a pied du centre ville a pied trés belle vue de l hotel

Hotel super antiguo. Recepción bien. Desayuno "aceptable", ahora el café malisimo y colacao no existe. Almuerzo y cena horroroso y no es que pida.....mucho. Una paella por la noche puffff con eso lo digo todo.Eso si patatas fritas te podéis artar. el postre os puedo recomendar que es lo mejor del hotel a quien le guste los helados estaban buenos lo demás jajajajajaja sin palabras. Camareros estupendamente. Si sois listos comer en el bar junto a la piscina es donde más cositas hay. Las habitaciones super super antiguas y no muy limpias por no decir sucia. Un desastre en un lugar bonito. Bebida garrafon, comida insipida y algunos trabajadores xenofobos odian a los españoles dando un servicio nefasto y para nada amable, presencie tres peleas agresiva con un camarero pelon que o va de encargado o tiene a la plantilla acojonada. El desague del complejo cae directamente a un bonito acantilado sin depurar. De juzgado de guardia vaya. Una porqueria. Es barato si, pero no esperes nada mas.

Just got back from spending a weekend here with my partner. The rooms are a little dated but clean, large and airy. The food is basic n not very hot (just warm at the most). Theres a lot of steps around the property. Everything around the area is closed at this time of year. Great view from the room A418. The lifts are tiny feel squashed with just 3 people in it. I would not return here

Comentar del hotel Aura mar que nada tiene que ver con lo que publican...supongo que según fechas estarán más saturados a más...yo he estado con mi pareja y mi hija una semana y decir que tanto la ubicación es fácil.. las vistas preciosas (según la habitación que pagues)unas calas con vistas al mar increíbles.. el hotel es precioso y enorme...juegos,jardines,piscina climatizada,tienda,pista tenis,..no hay nada X lo cual no aburrirse pues yo estuve en estancia completa y todos los días salía y esta rodeado de tiendas,bares,karaoke,ambiente bueno..si tuviera k decir algo para mejorar seria el.jacuzzi y spa k supongo k tendrán algo mejor para mejorarlo ..y decir k súper contenta X el trato de personal d Buffett,y bares,en especial nombrar a YURI de animación que es un gran profesional..y es la alegría d ese hotel...nos hizo pasar muchas risas...y nos hace divertir juntos tantos a mayores como a niños... Samen met mijn broer 5 dagen verbleven in dit Hotel. We hadden een mooie kamer die volgens mij niet heel lang geleden is gerenoveerd. De rest van het hotel laat wel wat ouderdom zien. Het zou mooi zijn als ze het gaan vernieuwen. Het eten is okay. Niet heel bijzonder maar goed genoeg. De ligging is fantastisch. Strand nagenoeg voor de deur en mooie indrukwekkende kliffen. Over het strand loop je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Albufeira.

The hotel is very dated and at this time of year there is nothing round about that is open. Food is pretty basic. Lower than average. The all inclusive doesn't open till 5pm! Drinks are poor. Warm wine, no tonic. We were lucky enough to get a newly refurbished room which was lovely. The rest of the hotel is old and dingy and everything is a trek. Staff are not very accommodating. Entertainment is pretty basic. I wouldn't go back.

Nice hotel, rooms need updating bit tired. The main restaurant was closed but the room they used whilst we were there was bright and airy. Food was delicious great choices with starters, main course and puddings. Well cooked staff were friendly and helpful. There was all inclusive but we went breakfast and evening meal but if you fancied paying for lunch the prices seemed reasonable. Only a 20 minute walk to town either down main road or down the beach.

We have been before ..Feb 14....and had quite enjoyed the holiday...it was our first time abroad as a family...the hotel is a little dated..had reservations about returning ...but have thoroughly enjoyed it..Perfect sea view in room...food choices were very good...right on the beach..definite bonus...cleaners were in every day...for what we paid for holiday...3.8 star would be acceptable as a rating...definitely coming back to auramar...

Do dyspozycji gości również minigolf tenis boisko do kry w piłkę, pingponga czy bilard. Obsługa recepcji często bardziej zajęta rozmowa ze sobą niż z gościem hotelowym, jednak po upomnienia się o uwagę załatwia większość spraw o które prosisz.

This to be honest was an ok hotel it had everything you needed but very dated. We went b&b and to be honest they food wasnt anything to write home about it wasnt bad but was same every day no change. This hotel I would say is not the best for little kids it's very steppy. And we never saw much in the way of entertainment for kids. We went for our honeymoon and as a adult it was a lovely relaxing holiday the beach is amazing and it's in a really good location

I stayed in the Auramar hotel for two days at the end of a longer trip to the Algarve as we were meeting up with my partners family. Firstly, believe the other reviews... this hotel is terrible, it is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. I dont understand who this hotel is aimed at. It was built in the 70s and has not seen any upgrades since. It is on the wrong side of the beach for Hens and Stags that want to go to the strip in Old Town and it is as far from relaxing as you can get for couples and families. The decor is what you would expect to find on an early 90s budget family holiday, from the rows of plastic green chairs in reception where guests hang out because its the only place to get wifi in the hotel, to the tacky entertainment areas.. the only thing really missing is the 35 year old in a red jacked by the pool trying to initiate booze filled games.Theres a 10 euro cash deposit that must be given to secure your one and only key fob to your bedroom, as you walk towards your room down the hospital like corridors you are met with the bathroom sounds of the residents as the only front window is from the hotel room toilets... The flat screen TV they boast has 18 channels but it wont keep the kids entertained as the only one in English is Sky News. The included breakfast is worse than the re-heated pizza you had in your student flat that will lead you one way or another to bathroom to get it out of your system...Bottom line - Dont stay here

ASQUEROSO! En pocas palabras, me metieron en una habitación en la otra punta del hotel , con mosquitos , cucarachas en los pasillos , sin gel de baño olor a humedad , no me la limpiaron en 3 días ... mas antigua que .... y que decir de la comida si cuando estoy comiendo pasta había bichos negros con patas en ella .. se lo digo ala camarera se lleva el plato y ni las disculpas te dan . No volvería ni aunque me regalaran la estancia aqui . Idioma pésimo ..

No drinks available between 10-11, then drinks were only available down the many many many stairs by the pool. No entertainment board by pool, entertainment frequently didn’t start on time. Friendly reps, not so friendly reception staff. Great games available. Pool good but mostly a deep pool, not much shallow end for Non swimmers or hand rails round sides of pool. Food lower than average for an all inclusive (and we don’t expect much). Great free shuttle bus to albufeira and amazing location

I have to say i have been coming to the auramar hotel every year for the last 8 years and myself and my partner woukd not go anywhere else, its location is amazing to sit and have your breakfast/lunch/ dinner and look out onto the ocean is breath taking. Their pool area is spotless and you never have a problem getting a sun bed. To be able to walk down to the beach and back is great and all very accessable. The food is great and plenty of variety to suit everyones taste buds, you wont go hungry... and if you do its your own fault. As for the staff i cannot praise them enough, they are friendly oblidging and cant do enough for you. All in all to me its 5 star in our eyes, long may it continue

Habitación muy deteriorada. Terraza reventada. Baño con techo de aglomerado Q se ven trozos saltados. Limpieza nula, un fregado por encima y no hacen más . El baño no lo limpian. Y no cambian ni toallas ni sábanas. No hay jabón . Ni gel solo una pastilla para las manos. . Las zonas comunes bien. La zona de lis peques abandonadilla. Menú repetitivo y recepción y trabajadores desastroso, no se enteran de nada. Buen acceso playa.

Para tener la categoría de Resort creo que se an quedado cortos en muchas cosas... Para empezar no hablan casi español, la habitación antigua con muchísimos MOSQUITOS si van lleven su repelente de mosquitos por que ay cuesta 5€ también. Llevar su gel de Ducha no ponen nada en el baño ni un secador si quiera la bañera pésima azulejos sucios, la limpieza pésima arreglan las camas por ensima... Los show que Dan cada noche muy pobres para un hotel resorf muy poca profesionalidad, vamos parece una fiesta de escolar..... La comida buena pero muy repetitiva, el zumo de naranja no es natural sabe a jarabe para la tos jajajajja.... Pero lo que más nos indigno es que en ningún cartel tenían ESPAÑOL..... POSITIVO las vistas la ubicación... Nos quedamos una semana y no recomendaría el precio por lo que ofrecen....

Niestety hotel mnie bardzo rozczarował A szczególnie jego obsługa. Szczególnie manager który miał ze wszystkim problem. Pretensję o to, ze do stołówki wchodzimy w krótkich spodenkach i wiele innych. Wakacje zniszczone. Nie polecam tego hotelu. Położenie tez wcale nie jest rewelacyjne, owszem hotel ma swoją plażę ale do najbliższego miasta i jakichkolwiek knajp trzeba iść przynajmniej 40 minut pieszo. Warto poszukać lepszego hotelu za te cenę.

All inclusive food was at best cafeteria food. Very bland. The resort needs an update. Rooms were clean. No safe in room have to pay 25€ extra for them to fit a locking mechanism. Close to the beach. 10 min walk from ' the strip'. Alcohol served in all inclusive was terrible. ... bottom of the barrel stuff. Has a shop on site that isn't too overpriced. If you are on all budget this place works... wouldn't recommend all inclusive as you will eat out for most of your meals anyway.

Al llegar al hotel nos encontramos que la entrada es a las 15;00 horas, bueno es la política del hotel, a dicha hora nos dan la llave de nuestra habitación que la cogemos con toda la ilusión del mundo para disfrutar de estos dos días en pareja, pero ni por asomo nada de disfrutar la reserva fue una pesadilla. Entramos en la habitación, la cual no la encontramos sucia completamente..... increíble pero cierto, el baño sucio, la bañera con una cuchilla de afeitar, el batter salpicados de orine por todo lado, una rejilla abierta, moho en las paredes, sin toallas, sin gel de baño etc..... llena de polvo, el armario sucio, el hueco de la nevera con los azulejos rotos. IMPRESENTABLE POR DONDE LO MIRES.... La habitación no se corresponde con nada a lo reservado. Y de la comida mejor ni hablar, mala calidad, del arroz cocido y de la pasta no salían, nada de variedad.... etc La única solución que me dieron fue que me la volverían a limpiar y dicho día de entrada perdido completamente, una vez confiado en la limpieza por quejarnos, llegamos de nuevo a la habitación y volvía a estar sucia....... pedimos la devolución del dinero y me saltan con que no devuelven nada...... NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL NI A MI MAYOR ENEMIGO SE MERECE UNA ESTRELLA, UN HOTEL NO PUEDE ESTAR EN ESTA CONDICIONES. NO RESERVÉIS ESTE HOTEL

Pésimo hotel. Las instalaciones súper antiguas, las fotos no se corresponden con las habitaciones que luego Dan. Muy poca limpieza. No ponen ni jabón de manos en el baño,de vergüenza!! tuve que ir a comprar un bote de gel y me cobraron 5€. El buffet poquísima variedad y baja calidad. En resumen no volvería ni con la habitación regalada.

*Pequeno almoço --> Pão péssimo - não é fresco - duro; *Má organização no restaurante --> deveria haver uma orientação estruturada no serviço. As pessoas andam à pesca de mesa, gera-se muita confusão. Por 4x tive de arrumar mesas aglomeradas de loiça para conseguir ter mesa limpa enquanto esperava para ser atendido; *Sobremesa --> a mesma fruta e bolos durante uma semana; *Atendimento --> alguns funcionários sem formação e antipáticos e outros mas poucos atenciosos; *Mau isolamento dos quartos --> ouve-se cadeiras a arrastar, as portas dos outros quartos a bater que tal como a nossa tinha de bater com força para fechar; *Colchoes e almofadas duras *Limpeza -->Torneiras das casas de banho sujas mal chegamos (sujo de pasta de dentes dos anteriores clientes); * Hotel Velho --> em particular o Bloco A muito velho a precisar urgentemente de remodelação; *Falta espaço ao ar livre para almoçar. Têm uma varanda enorme sem nada. *Compramos on-line um quarto com vista lateral para o mar e não tinha e nem batia o sol na varanda. *Horário do bar do lobby apenas até 19h ainda por cima é o único local onde se apanha internet Wi-Fi; *Atividades noturnas a desejar - sempre com o mesmo músico animador durante a semana com a mesma playlist de músicas a semana inteira; *Horário do fecho do Dancing Bar (23h) --> começarem a arrumar e a apagar as luzes cá de fora quando as pessoas ainda estão a conversar e a desfrutar a noite. Para o preço ficou muito a desejar, não vale o preço que se pagou.

CONTRAS (muchísimas): -Habitación: si tienes suerte y te toca alguna habitación reformada pues bien, pero la gran mayoría del hotel es MUY MUY ANTIGUO. La habitación tiene pinta de sucia, hay incluso telarañas y polvo, el techo del baño se levanta, la puerta del baño no cierra bien. Pedimos una habitación triple para 3 adultos y nos pusieron una cama supletoria en la que yo no cabía ni de broma, nos tuvieron que poner otro colchón grande encima. En el baño no hay secador, tienes que ir a recepción a ver si te dejan alguno. NO HAY WIFI ni en las habitaciones ni en las piscinas. Si no pones el cartel de "clear" en la puerta no te la limpian ni hacen las camas. Además hay muy poca luz. Es un poco laberinto ya que el hotel está dividido en 4 zonas, y para llegar al C desde recepción hay que bajar algunas escaleras porque no llega el ascensor (muy incómodo para llevar maletas pesadas). -Piscina: NO HAY SOCORRISTA, lo cual es muy peligroso (incluso creo que ilegal) ya que es bastante profunda (hasta 3,8 metros) y hay muchos niños. Tampoco hay nadie que regule el reservado de hamacas, así que o te levantas temprano a poner una toalla encima o te quedas sin sitio. -Comedor: MUCHÍSIMO CALOR, hay algunos ventiladores pero es horroroso el calor que hace, la gente y camareros allí sudando, habiendo aire acondicionado y no lo encienden. NO HAY NADIE QUE REGULE LAS MESAS. En todos los hoteles hay algún camarero que va recibiendo a los huéspedes y los va colocando en las mesas que se va preparando. Aquí la gente entra y se coloca como quiere, hay muy pocos camareros, no da tiempo a que preparen las mesas ni a apuntar la bebida. PROS (alguna cosa buena hay): -La comida es buena, hay dos buffet, uno en el restaurante y otro en la piscina. Además de un grandísimo salón. -Buena localización, tiene acceso propio a la playa. -Piscinas: tiene 2 buenas y grandes piscinas. EN RESUMEN, este hotel podría ser bastante bueno e incluso subir de estrella si estuviera reformado y hubiera más trabajadores, ya que la falta de personal desencadena la mayoría de problemas. Yo no volvería a este hotel.

Habitaciones horrorosas, nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación en dos días, una chorreaba agua del techo del baño, la otra salía agua sucia del lavabo,de la ducha. Las camareras muy antipática no dan ni los bueno a días y todo de mala manera. Lo único bueno las playas y la ubicación.

Las habitaciones tienen más años que el sol, los camareros pasotas pésimos y lentos, en la piscina no ay socorrista, en resección no te Asen caso, la comida siempre ponen lo mismo y además no está buena por no decir la poca variedad, el acceso a la playa pesimo, las camas súper incómodas, escaleras por todos los lados, la único medio bueno que tiene es la ubicación y los exteriores.

Óptima localização Acesso directo à praia dos Alemães e à praia dos Aveiros. Boas piscinas Animação diurna pobre e animação nocturna razoável. Comida e paisagem do Restaurante excelentes. Pena a desorganização do serviço de mesas. Empregados simpáticos, na sua maioria (embora alguns tenham muito que aprender para lidar com clientes). Quartos um pouco antigos, mas o colchão e a limpeza são muito bons. Regime TI deixa a desejar porque o bar no lobby não está aberto à noite e, mesmo durante o dia, só serve café e água.

La habitación horrible todo en muy mal estado la limpieza pésima encontré hormigas ,mosquitos y para colmo la última noche una cucaracha.reserve una semana del 9 de agosto al 16 2019 Page 1700€ , el día 9 de camino no pude llegar al hotel por un accidente de coche , llame para comunicarlo y pedir que ese día me lo pasarán al día 17 de agosto ,me dijeron que ese día se perdía por normas del hotel total se quedaron con el importe del día . Sinceramente me siento estafada en todo .este hotel no lo recomiendo .lo único bueno la playa pero el acceso desde el hotel no es bueno y otra mentira en la página del hotel ,no tiene parking privado solo tiene una pequeña zona de aparcamiento a la entrada del hotel . espero que con mi opinión no engañen a nadie más

Nous avons passé une semaine. Par ou commencer... Hôtel est très vieux, les chambres sont remplies de problèmes, électricité défectueuse, écoulement des eaux (fuite sous la bombe du lavabo), portes qui grincent, cafards, climatisation encrassée et qui ne fonctionne pas, Télévision H.S Le personnel n'est pas du tout acceuillant à par quelques personnes, ils faut les comptes sur les doigts d'une main. Le staff de la réception est complètement à revoir, vous arrivez après minuit, attention votre chambre n'est plus réservée.. Voir pas prête. Les chambres sont très mal indiqués, personne ne vous accompagne..La chambres ne vous convient pas (voici la réponse de la réception revenez demain à 10 hrs on verra si on a des chambres de libre et hazard le lendemain c'est plein) Nous parlons plusieurs langues étrangères est nous avons appris que l'hôtel gardé quelques chambres de libres pour des personnes de passage. Vous souhaitez amener vos enfants en bas âge, attention aux multiples marches, aux visses qui dépassent de partout, .... Autour, des piscines le carrelage est hyper dangereux, la moindre goulette d'eau et c'est la chute assurée. Le repas reste correct. Le all-inclus, ce n'est que des boissons très sucrées et pas très bonnes en goût, tout le reste est payant et attention plus cher quand France. La piscine ferme à 18 heures, et 18 heures 05 ils mettent les produits chlore à forte doses. La vue de l'hôtel est assez sympa sur la mer. Attention, les eaux usées de l'hôtel se rejettent dans la mer à proximité de la plage. La vie a Albufeira n'est pas donné, un resto a 4 c'est 80 à 90 euros, le pain, l'eau , les olives et les couverts c'est payants autant mangé a l'hôtel est c'est meilleur. Bon voyage.

No te limpian las habitaciones, solo te hacen la cama sin cambiarte las sábanas y las toallas del baño. La comida y desayuno son escasos, siempre ponen lo mismo y se acaba haciendo muy repetitivo. La atención hacia el cliente no es mala salvo de algún trabajador. Esta todo en 4 idiomas menos en español.

Le falta reforma, aunque la habitación donde nos alojamos no estaba del todo mal. Limpieza todos los días. El Bufet, repiten algunas cosas, las carnes todas muy tiernas. Le doy un negativo a la bebida, sobretodo al zumo de naranja. La recepción muy bien, la chica que nos atendió habla en español, hay otros que no. Hay que madrugar para dejar la toalla en las tumbona de la piscina ya que la gente las reserva de esa manera y cuando dices de bañarte está todo ocupado y no puedes tumbarte, el caso es que puede estar todo el dia la tumbona con la toalla puesta y no haber nadie utilizándola, sin dejar a los demás que la usen. Aparcamiento ajustado, pero siempre hay algún hueco. Pocas actividades para los niños y la animación por la noche muy monótona. Mismas canciones. Buena ubicación, playa bonita, piscina grande y limpia. En general no está mal aunque tiene sus "peros".

Krásný hotel. Krásná pláž, která je hned u hotelu, jsou zde slunečníky s lehatky za poplatek. Pokoje čisté, hezky zařízené. Jídlo exkluzivní. Personál milý, vstřícný, ochotný. Do města Albufeira se dostanete krásnou procházkou po pláži, vyjedete do města skleněným výtahem a můžete si užívat barů, restaurací nebo suvenýrů.

Perfeito para umas férias descansadas em família. Ótima localização, a poucos metros da praia,com piscina interior e exterior! Transfers gratuitos, boa relação qualidade preço, refeições muito bem confeccionadas. Recomendamos o regime tudo incluído neste hotel. É de salientar a simpatia do funcionário Miguel, que recebe as pessoas todos dias com um grande sorriso no rosto e mt sentido de humor. Únicos pontos negativos, wc sem gel de banho e shampoo. (Secador tb não tem, mas é possível pedir na receção), desagradável ser atendidos numa receção de hotel no nosso país por uma funcionária, que nem fala nem percebe a nossa língua. Fora isso, tivemos , sem dúvida, umas férias maravilhosas!

Positiv: - freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel - ein schöner Strand der auch zum Spazierengehen einlädt (es gibt auch algarvetypische kleine Felsenhöhlen und vorgelagerte Felsformationen an der Küste) - gepflegte Außenanlage - schöner Meerblick direkt aus dem Restaurant - schöner Pool Negativ: - bauliche Zustand, das Hotel ist überall renovierungsbedürftig und besitzt 70-80er Jahre-Charme - riesige Anlage, man fühlt sich etwas wie in einem aufgewachsenen Krankenhaus mit verschiedenen Bettengebäuden A-D - ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Interieur - ab 7 Uhr morgens hört man (bedingt durch den Schließmechanismus der Hotelzimmertüren) überall das Zuschlagen der Türen, was wahnsinnig in den Fluren hallt, dann ist es auch mit der Ruhe vorbei - Internet nur in der Lobby bei der Rezeption verfügbar (viele sitzen verzweifelt und gefrustet in Häufchen dort und versuchen das sehr langsame Internet zu nutzen) - das Frühstück ist immer gleich und erinnert in Qualität und Quantität schon sehr an Massenabfertigung Fazit: Als Pärchen würden wir dort nicht wieder hinfahren. Die Clubatmosphäre lädt weniger zur Erholung ein. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern sicher besser geeignet, da die ganze Anlage umzäunt ist

Non capisco le buone recensioni. L'albergo è vecchio anzi vecchissimo!!! Offerta all inclusive non ha niente! Lunghissime code per prendere l'acqua da bere in bottiglia di 33cl!!! I lettini intorno la piscina hanno vissuto prima guerra mondiale. La vista mare bellissima, l'unica cosa positiva. Le camere sono piccole, bagno trascurato, abbiamo trovato un enorme scarafaggio in camera.... Non ci tornerò né anche pagata. È la mia prima così negativa opinione e purtroppo anche sincera.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, wird derzeit jedoch stückweise renoviert, was auch dringend notwendig ist. Wir hatten ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer und der Blick auf das Meer waren super, obwohl wir keinen Meerblick gebucht hatten. Lediglich das Bad muss dringend repariert werden. Das Bad müsste dringend repariert werden. Unter anderem gab es einen lockeren Abfluss aus dem am ersten Abend eine Kakerlake krabbelte. Wir haben Flaschen darauf gelegt um den Abfluss zu befestigen und so wieder zu verschließen. Der Pool und der Zugang zum Meer sind perfekt. Wir haben lediglich das Frühstück gebucht gehabt. Davon waren wir aufgrund der billigen Qualität nicht begeistert. Was uns bei den All-Inklusive Gästen aufgefallen ist, war die massive Müllproduktion aufgrund von Einweg Plastik-Bechern, -Tellern und - Besteck

Really enjoyed my stay here as far as all inclusives go I can't complain. the price was fair and the location was great, minutes to the beach and about ten minutes walk to the main strip with all the bars all clubs. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms they were lovely, modern and clean with a great seaview, the cleaners were brilliant and cleaned the room everyday. The food I was also pleasantly surprised by as it can be hit and miss with all inclusives we had some very tasty meals there would be a variety of different meat dishes with chips, pasta, potatoes, rice etc. There were always delicious fresh salads. There would also be a variety of different cakes and ice creams. The staff were usually freindly and helpful although on one day they restaurant staff were rude and ignorant to me however another member of staff witnessed it (possibly a manager) and later we had a bottle of champagne and a fruit bowl in our room which was a lovely surprise. The entertainment wasnt great but i don't go on holiday to sit in the hotel all night however it seemed to be good if you had kids. The pool area was nice... seagulls a bit annoying but you are right by the sea. Overall I would highly recemend this place it's great value for money, the food was great and the room was lovely I would definately visit again!!

El hotel necesita una buena reforma. El cuarto de baño, muy anticuado, retrete de plástico, no hay mampara, sino cortinilla. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Pero lo peor de todo son los camareros del restaurante: son lentos, pasotas, tardan una eternidad en montar las mesas y en servir las bebidas (muchas veces cuando ya estamos en los postres). Y una cosa que me pareció rara: no hay socorrista en las piscinas.

Uma localização e hotel 5* para umas boas férias em família descansadas, com um excelente serviço prestado pelo pessoal (principalmente tuga). A única coisa que poderia ser melhorada é a qualidade do pequeno almoço. O quarto onde passei a estadia foi renovado...e ficou de meter inveja a muitos hotéis "superiores". Boa relação preço qualidade.

Hotel antigo , ao que parece estar a ser renovado, tive a sorte de ter um upgrade de quarto, o qual me agradou bastante. Está bem localizado para quem procura fazer praia. O hotel disponibiliza transfers gratuitos para o centro de albufeira. A nível de serviço deixa um pouco a desejar relativamente à qualidade da comida e a organização do serviço no restaurante ( pouco pessoal para tanto trabalho). Um grande defeito encontrado foi só disponibilizarem wifi na zona da recepção.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff are rude never smile look at you like you are dirt the blonde girl in the pool bar and the chap with short hair need some customer service training. They pull faces and make you feel you are interrupting their chats. The food is terrible nothing at all for vegans or vegetarians when asked abruptly told Salad. I paid all inclusive never had a thing to eat. The waiters and waitresses are also rude. The rooms are like prison rooms cold and very outdated. Blanket stink don’t think ever washed toilet seat hanging off. People were checking out and going on booking.com to find something better. I complained but no one cared. The air con is a small fixture on the wall. Oh and if you expect to get a drink be prepared to wIt 15 mins in a long queue be told one drink per person and be given the smallest plastic cup possible. I have never known all inclusive with so Little choice. The night bar is the same one drink per person and always a big queue and so Lille staff. The staff they do have make you feel like an interruption to there work they don’t realise you pay there wages. Trust me I would not go here again if you paid me nearly £600 for 5 nights waste of money spent £400 eating out. Pool so cold no one goes in it seagulls flying and sh——— everywhere and stealing peoples food those who can stomach warmed up previously cooked food. Stay clear. . .
