Nieuw modern appartementen complex . Zwembad wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt . Weinig keuken apparatuur. Schoonmakers die de kamers doen wel oké. Veel Engelsen.

Hotel/apartamentos muy recomendables en el algarve portugués. Buena atención, habitaciones grandes y modernas y instalaciones muy nuevas! Hay una discoteca enfrente pero tienen bastante controlado el tema ruido.

Es un apartahotel precioso la verdad. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y son muy confortables. Hay de todo para cocinar.
El personal es muy agradable y facilitan mucho todo. Cerca del hotel hay una playa increíble. Sin duda volveremos.

Kind staff. They were very very accommodating to the needs of an elder guest. Five start service for that. Apartment layout is excellent. Building has a good layout with most rooms having pleasant views. My only complaint is with the mattress. I nonetheless find this to be excellent choice if you wish for a full apartment in a modern, updated building close to beach with full time reception.

Muy buenas instalaciones aunque en 3 noches el mecanismo de descarga del inodoro se estropeó dos veces. La piscina y jardines están muy bien cuidados.
Todos los empleados súper simpáticos.
Volveremos a este hotel seguramente.

Location is just off the strip and a 20minute walk to the old town. The room is equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday but with all the various eating options nearby why bother. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, and remembered my name from staying last year also.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. The bed was quite hard although that seems to be the norm in The Algarve. The food at the pool bar was surprisingly good and the bar is not too over priced.

Piscina para crianças muito boa, bem como todo o espaço envolvente. Apartamento muito acolhedor, bem decorado, limpo... só o chuveiro é que é fixo e para pessoas altas torna-se menos confortável o banho, mas é um pormenor...

Just had a week in this very nice complex. It met most of our needs as we wanted the peace and quiet of a family holiday without the boisterous activities that can be attributed to Albuferia. The apartments are clean and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The staff are friendly, supportive and responsive to the needs of the guest. The pool area is well serviced and the gated facility feels very safe. Easy access to "old" and "new" town depending on your choice. As a guest with "special needs" the facility lacked some basic needs and management should look at upgrading their existing facilities to meet 21st century requirements especially with regard to bathroom and general showering for people with disabilities. Would I recommend Areias Village.......simple answer.....YES

Hermoso complejo, con confortables departamentos muy bien instalados, luminosos. Muy buena pileta, próxima al restoran. Entorno amplio, espacioso. Buen espacio para estacionar. Muy buen desayuno. Personal muy atento en la recepción.

Nice hotel with large comfortable rooms good location 5 min walk to the Strip and 5 euros in a taxi to the Old town only complaint would be some of the Decking round the Swimming pool was lose and quite dangerous. Staff were friendly and efficient would book again

Beautiful hotel super clean friendly staff but rooms ready late we arrived at 10 didn't get room till 3'30pm and check out is 12 with near £80 for extra hours on leaving day . But as a hotel it's really nice beware there is a club opposite that's open 1am - 6:30am

Apartahotel recomendable en Albufeira. A diez minutos de la playa a pie. Enfrente hay una discoteca pero bien aislada del ruido. Habitaciones amplias y limpias con cocina equipada con todo. El baño podría ser renovado y quizás seria mejor un poco más amplio. La piscina espléndida y muy limpia.

Pleasant hotel, good for a family. The breakfast is not glamorous but tasty. I did not try the english breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room/apartment are a good size for a family of four. The only downside is that if you are facing the pool side, you might hear the music from kiss nightclub at 3:30am to 7am. It's not loud, if you are heavy sleeper . This hotel is located about 1km from main location, which is good because its loud in that area. Free car parking in the hotel. Pools are clean and nice. Balcony with the rooms are nice. I would go back out of season, lots of tourists in the main/old town, young people partying.

Beautiful hotel / suites. We have nothing to complain about. The staff are very friendly, the room was spotless, we slept well. All the talk about the nightclub over the road....... Forget it! We never had any problems.
I only have a minor irritation ; the drink menu says a pint of Sagres.... It's not a pint as advertised. So we paid €3 for something around 330ml.
Enjoy your stay, we certainly did.

Un apartahotel espectacular. Todo muy moderno y muy limpio. Muy bien ubicado, esta cerca de las mejores zonas de restaurantes, discotecas y playas. También hay muchos supermercados cerca. Ni siquiera hace falta mover el coche. El personal muy amable y profesional. Volveremos seguro el año que viene.

Nuovo. Perfettamente tenuto. Parcheggio interno. Spiaggia non vicinissima a piedi ma comunque raggiungibile e ben attrezzata. In hotel 2 piscine: una per bambini, una alta max cm 130. Appartamenti con ogni comfort

Super séjour, l'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et souriant. Et le soleil était au rendez-vous. Je reviendrai :-)

Has went downhill badly, seems to be a haven for stag parties or groups of pissed up brits who let their kids run riot until the early hours. Noise was awful. Apartment had ants crawling about. 3rd year in a row we stayed but this time was the last.

First impressions were that this place is extremely clean and everything seems to be in excellent condition. The cleanliness really stands out especially in the open areas. The apartments are spacious although there are no double beds. You'll have to push beds together which is a little annoying but doable. The pool bar is lovely and the pool area itself is also quite nice, calm, clean and relaxed. The staff I met were very helpful and friendly and the location is great. 5-10 mins walking to the beach & strip.

Hotel muito bom. Quartos bons e em bom estado. Staff é muito prestável. Perto da praia e do centrol. Tem estacionamento. Pequeno normalmente não incluído e custa 8€ por noite. Piscina com tamanho razoável e tem piscina para crianças.

Overall pleasant stay but not overally impressive. Good location, rooms clean and nice pool area. Unfortunately our room was not pool facing and in turn had a rubbish view. The TV in the room was marginally bigger than my phone. The room itself was pretty basic with no iron or ironing board, or over which you would expect in an apartment. OK.

Lovely hotel nice and clean however a few small issues. Sunbeds can be a battle management don't enforce rules or do but sporadically.
I'm double room beds are two singles and in my opinion wasn't that comfy.
Apart from those two issues location is good 5 min walk to strip and 20 mins to old town beach is near by also.
Rooms are a good size and are modern. Would be 5 stars if not for the bed situation...

Nice apartments for the price, set in very nice garden area. On the Falesia side of Vilamoura but is accessible by cycle or walking via a path that runs along just behind the beach, takes about 10 mins on the bike or 25 mins. If you feeling really energetic take the best option and walk along the beach, takes a little longer due to the sand but its well worth it. There are a few kiosks along the way.

For a hotel in the Mediterranean, this is about as good as you can get. Modern building and built to a very high standard. Lovely modern rooms, impressive reception and restaurant. It reminded me of decent hotels you would find in European city centres.

Myself and my girlfriend both found it a lovely & comfortable stay. The room was amazing, very nice, spacious & bright and the photos dont do it justice. It really had all we needed and more. The hotel staff were also very friendly & accommodating. Would highly recommend even tho it is a slight distance outside of town centre but shouldnt pose any real problem.
