I had a evening meal at Joe's bar I had swordfish and my wife had salmon it was exceptional. He was very attentive and it was a fair price and gave us a complimentary drink.

Excellent little place well worth a visit. Josef is very welcoming and the food is very good, in generous portions and very reasonably priced..so good we visited twice in a week.

Good fresh Portuguese food. Nice outdoor sitting. Reasonably priced. We paid €36 for 3 beers, 1 starter; sardinas, 2 mains; lasagna and calamaris and a lovely coconut cake. Obrigada sir Joseph.

Very friendly place. Good tasty & large portions. Good pricing. Always a free taster of almond liquor or another liquor.

Small family run bar with outside terrace. Good Portuguese, often caught by the owner. Give it a go if you want to recording something away from the corporate feel of the old town.

Just had dinner 6 people best lamb, sea bass & fish & chips. Joseph is awesome & his wife is the chef. Here for 1 month will be back several more times before we leave

Just returned from having the best meal in Albufeira. Very personal experience. Joseph was front of house. Extremely friendly and hospitable man. Josephs wife did all the cooking on her own which was fabulous. Shrimps and sea bass plus vegetables and potatoes cooked to perfection. Great place to visit, so glad we didn't miss it

Visited a few times while on holiday with a few friends, great place for a few quiet drinks (Tagus on tap never disappointed) and a game of pool. Good place for sport as well. Food is also good. The best feature by far is Joseph himself!

Lovely peaceful cozy friendly little spot away from the madness food is amazing and lovely staff what more could you ask for.

Shhhhh. Don't tell too many people!! Amazing food and run by a lovely couple who let us taste local liqueurs. Well worth more than one visit. Had peppered steak, breaded chicken and amazing lamb chops.

Joseph is lovely very welcoming, we sat on the beautiful sun terrace, our food was perfectly cooked and delicious, also very reasonably priced, well worth a visit

If you do one thing when you visit Albufeira you must visit Josephs. The food is amazing and we have sampled most of the menu between us. Joseph and his wife are so friendly and the setting on the terrace is wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

The owners cannot do enough for you to make your experience memorable. Outstanding value for money. Joseph's wife is a Brazilian chef. Even the rice was amazing. One of the reasons we made a return visit in 2 years.
