Top notch in every aspect. Food- well, let's just put it this way, I ate so much I couldn't finish my dessert and I never leave a morsel behind of dessert. Plus Who knew Portuguese Gins were so spectacular?! Well this restaurant's most knowledgeable bartender/mixologist does!! Super proud to say the Chef is a fellow South African and a Queen in the kitchen. All round spectacular experience. A good quality Gin and tonic you looking at €12, the priciest main meal on the Sunday set menu was €12. Just for little perspective. Service- It got 5 star review, need I say more!!

Amazing Valentines Staying at the hotel next door we decided to celebrate St. Valentines at Artisan. What a wonderful dining experience we had to finish off our romantic day. The service was faultless, food was so exquisite, cocktails to die for, ambience and decor was tasteful with romantic valentine's songs being sung all evening. Fine dining tucked away which you must take the time to find this jewel if you are in the area. Not being a reviewer I felt this restaurant deserved my time for a review. I must reiterate how lovely all 3 courses were presented and cooked to perfection.

I attended on opening night. The Artisan is oh soo stylish. I love the decor and relaxed vibe. The staff i must say are impeccable with attention to detail and service. I really enjoyed the menu selection and the food was excellent quality. I will definitely be back

Well we were suppose to celebrate New Year’s Eve , 4 people. Got our booking confirmed by email and were kindly asked to pay 25% in advance. We showed up at the restaurant as promised, but the restaurant was closed and suddenly no one answered the phone or replied on our messages or emails ?!!! On the 31th of December we finally got a phone call, they had to cancel because the chef had left Saturday !!! She told us she had sent an email.. well I don’t know if the chef really had quit his job or if it just was a silly excuse for not being fully booked on NYE .. or if she really had been writing an email, I didn’t reserved any (!) , but it for sure left us in a super annoying situation and she could at least have answered our phone calls, messages or emails !!!!

Attended this new restaurant on opening night. Food and wine were exceptional. Great service and smashing ambiance. My only thought would be that the small plate concept may not be enough with food that tastes this good. Can't wait to return.

Last night, we went to Artisan on their opening night and my guests and I were very impressed by the food and the service. Great wine list with national and international wines to choose from. A warm ambiance, vintage decor. A very nice addition to Olhos de Agua
