I've been going to chá & café for many years now, and it recently changed administration. It's still nice and very quaint, and but I miss the old staff with the Italian/northen gentleman.

5 Months ago, I called this a "hidden gem", serving the "best coffee and toasted cheese in town" and rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the guy who ran it has left and we have optimistically returned 3 times this year, been served by someone different each time and always been disappointed. A toasted cheese with mayonnaise was just inedible and thick doostoppers or barely toasted or melted are not our thing. We won't be back.
