Worst place I have stayed!
Firstly when we got off the plane the driver on the transfer got lost, finally pulled up to the hotel just before midnight and they where closed, had to walk around 15 minutes to a different hotel pulling our cases to get the keys and walk back down, got into the apartment and realized we paid £400 for this place for 3 nights we had well and truly been ripped off!
The heating in the living room couldn't even warm up properly, every time we turned the heating on in the bathroom the electric tripped so that one on the living room done the whole apartment, I opened the curtains and they fell down off the way, this was definitely a get away from hell and we had to pay for a different hotel, we ended up at Vila gale and that was amazing!!

Ensemble moyen, assez bien placé mais dont l'équipement mériterait un petit rajeunissement. Literie vieillotte avec les lits de 80 cm....pas de table pour déjeuner sur la terrasse. Piscine non chauffée réservée aux gens du Nord...!!!

Pongo una estrella pero se merece 0... Acabamos de estar un par de días es horrible,para empezar nos retrasaron la hora de entrada,en nuestra reserva ponía entrada apartir de las 14:00 y no nos entregaron la llave hasta las 15:00 porque supuestamente estaban limpiándolo ja ja ja estaba todo sucio nunca he visto un sitio así de sucio los vasos,platos y muebles de cocina pegajosos,había humedades en la pared el cuarto de baño había una gotera,el espejo del baño no creo q lo hayan limpiado nunca,apenas tenía luz el baño,había pelos en todo el suelo de la casa y arena,las sábanas estaban sucias,olía fatal en todo el apartamento.Un horror vaya,no vayáis es mejor dormir en el coche!!!!

This place is a joke . Studio apartments have no beds . If u have a late flight no reception after 9pm. You have to walk to a near by hotel for your keys . Needs to be updated big time . No lifts to upper floors. The list is endless would never stay ere again

The apartments are in a great location could do with a bit of updating and have proper beds. We had a lovely stay till the Sunday before we left a group of young English blokes came and drank all day and throughout the night loud music was playing doors slamming etc apart from that the stay was great. Not far from the shops the swimming pool was great.

Ideal for those on a budget. Clean, good sized rooms and in an ideal location between old town and the strip depending on your taste. Nice pool and good staff.

Apesar dos apartamentos serem espaçosos, dei a minha entrada e dirigi me para o quarto, o quarto tinha um cheiro agoniante, abri as portas e saí por 2horas e o cheiro permanece lá
As toalhas existentes na casa de banho, estão com diversas nódoas e remendos
E a casa de banho muito suja e tudo cheio de pó!
Poucas cadeiras na piscina,
Definitivamente um sítio que não pretendo voltar
Recomendo janelas do mar

A localização é ótima! Não tem elevador nem internet. Wifi só na recepção, que fecha as 7 da tarde! Uma pena,tem que melhorar muito a estrutura!

Großes Zimmer, Küche mit dem wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kochplatten und Toaster; Kühlschrank. Alles super für den Preis. Wi-Fi im Zimmer gibt es nicht, dafür muss man runter zur Rezeption. Großes Einkaufszentrum neben dem Hotel.

We return year after year due to the location.Self Catering with a seperate double bedroom sleeping four with ease.regular maid service, staff always friendly. Across road from a major supermarket ,and a Shopping Mall, lots of places to eat within easy walking and a sports bar, junk outlets like KFC and Macdonald's, pick of the restaurants though is La em Casa ! WiFi in reception, or in all outlets round about.Dont expect luxury but beds are comfy, there's a pool,and a TV.

Suciedad por todos lados... querían entrar a limpiar antes de las diez d la mañana....si no Salias t tocaban el timbre y ponían morro.
Inseguridad total,no se podia cerrar la puerta más q con una misera cadena.
Los apartamentos a falta de renovar absolutamete todo!!!.
La cama igual q si fuese un barco....t dabas la vuelta y te mareabas(colchón sobre colchón).
Mucha falta de pintura

Cheap, clean, secure. Fairly handy with the tourist train and a taxi rank opposite. 2 supermarkets within 2 mins walk. 15 mins walk to the strip. 20 mins walk to old town.

Studio flat on bottom floor. Somewhat dated i
n fixtures but kept immaculately clean by staff. Had fresh towels everyday so far. Central for everything. Bargain price of £214 for the two us for 15 days accomodation. It's our second time here and would come again.

This was a brilliant place to stay. Cheap but definitely cheerful. I went with my 2 sisters and had a one bedroom.apartment with a pool view it was spacious and very clear. I would definitely return. Only 3.90 euros for taxi to old town

La atención fatal por parte de una recepcionista que nos atendió al llegar, nos retrasó la hora de entrada, para colmo al entrar vemos que no tiene habitación y muy mal cuidado, lo mejor la piscina.

This hotel is good for a budget! If you are after a cheap and cheerful apartment for a couple of days then this is ideal. The swimming pool is lovely, although not to the same health and safety standards as the UK. The room has good amenities to use and the reception staff are helpful. The only thing that I didn't like were the beds, as the twin beds were difficult to put together to make a double bed for me and my partner, although they were very comfortable. The apartments are situated nicely next to a supermarket, less than 1 minutes walk away. There are also a range of restaurants nearby that are very good! The beach is 15 minutes walk away too.

Apartamento limpo, banheiro com banheira, mas não há quarto se dorme na sala convertendo o sofá em cama de solteiro.

Rooms were cleaned every day. We wanted an apartment with our own cooking facilities. That was a reasonable distance from the beach for minimal money for a last min break to Portugal for a week. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was enough to get by for the week. Cleaners were polite. Tv could be updated but it didn't bother us at all. As we spent all day out and had a couple of iPads. For a cheap no frills spacious apartment which is what we wanted then this is great.

Good location; loads of food places around, little shopping centre, close to the strip, old town, the beach all within walking distance. Housekeeping everyday, reception very friendly. Apartaments clean, spacious, got everything you need. The only downfalls were the hot water tank lasts for like 3 minutes so can't take a proper shower and we were staying during the winter and it was very cold throughout the night as the heater didn't work in the bedroom. Nothing an extra blanket can't fix :)

ESTA MUY UBICADO... PERO LAMENTABLEMENTE TUVIMOS DESDE EL PRIMER DÍA HASTA EL ÚLTIMOS UNA MINIMA DE 20 CUCARACHAS DIARIAS.... NO PODIAMOS NI UTILIZAR LA COCINA Y LLEGABAN HASTA EL BAÑO...
NADIE LO SOLUCIONO.
