Traumhaft schöne Anlage in der Nähe eines der schönsten Strände Maria Luisa. Der Pool ist schön groß.Das Personal ist liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Bitte keinen deutschen Perfektionismus erwarten.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Inclusief ontbijt is zeker een aanrader. Het word netjes aan je tafel gebracht dus je hoeft nergens overna te denken. Je kijkt uit over het rustige en heerlijke zwembad met daar achter uitzicht op zee. De kamers zijn ook heel ruim en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en regelt het voor je als je iets nodig hebt. Als je opzoek bent naar een vakantie om tot rust te komen is dit absoluut een aanrader!

Uma linda vista, uma piscina grande e bonita e grandes jardins. A piscina não tem muita manutenção pois tem no fundo vários papéis, um isqueiro. Tem um parque infantil que não é limpo frequentemente. Tirando isso é muito bom.

The villa is really nice except for the mowing noise. Beware, there is daily noise in the mornings from petrol powered lawn mowers and chainsaws, taking care of the garden.

Lovely well resourced resort. Really happy with the apartment which is large and well decorated. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is a short walk from the resort. I would recommend Villas A'gua to anyone.

Quant à Vanda, elle a été parfaite pour mon mari. Il serait bien resté comme moi tout l'après midi ...
Mais je pense qu' il leur faut reprendre des forces avant de recommencer ...

Wat een fijn vakantie adres! Mooie luxe en schone bungalow en een keurig onderhouden tuin met prachtig zwembad met uitzicht over zee! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Bij het resort zit een minimarket die eigenlijk alles heeft wat je nodig hebt. En daarnaast een heerlijke spa!
Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Mooie ligging, vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie, rustig, beetje onderkoeld soms zelf, restaurant is daarom niet echt gezellig, appartement is ruim en net, tweede bed in living beetje primitief, enkel geschikt voor kinderen, wifi op kamer is er wel maar valt weg en is zwak, wifi in resto is uitstekend. Al bij al mooi uitgangspunt om buurt rond drukke Albufeira te verkennen vanuit een rustige uitvalsbasis. Olhos d'agua is te voet bereikbaar en restos en bars zijn binnen wandelafstand.

Het complex bestaat uit 52 appartementen waarvan ca. 20 privé bezit als vakantieverblijf. Appartementen, type A, zijn geschikt voor 2 pers. en Type B voor 6. Het complex ligt op rustige locatie met receptie, restaurant, pool, bloemrijke tuin en eigen parkeerplaats per app.. We hadden het Type B, bestaande uit: woonkamer, eethoek, keuken en meet ca. 40 m2 incl. de trap naar het beneden gelegen slaapkamers. Op de woonverdieping met open keuken is aanwezig: openhaard, KTV, wifi, slaapbank met 2 fauteuils, tafel, 6 stoelen en 2 opbergkastjes. De keuken heeft: magnetron, koel/vrieskast, wasmachine, vaatwasser, elektr. fornuis, kookgerei, borden, kopjes, glaswerk en bestek. De beneden verdieping ca. 35 m2 heeft 2 slaap- en badkamers met voldoende kastruimte. Het terras, ca. 40 m2, met tafel en 6 stoelen is bereikbaar vanuit de slaapkamers. Hier zijn 3 airco units geplaatst.'

My wife and I love Portugal. We have been there 10 times.We discovered Villas D'Agua and went there at least 8 times. It was fantastic. In 2019 something happened that saddened us and disappointed us. We had registered at Villas D'Agua to visit from mid-Feb. to mid-Mar. I had purchased our airline tickets and made a deposit of 619 Euros to Villas D'Agua.. On Oct.30 I had surgery and my doctor advised me not to travel from Canada to Portugal for six months.I immediately cancelled my airline tickets and phoned Villas D'Agua to cancel our reservation. Within a Week I received a refund from the airline. I was told by Villas D'Agua that I would receive a refund shortly.It never happened.I made a number of enquiries and was even told on one occasion that the funds had already been transferred from their bank to mine. This was not true.I would never tell people not to visit Villas D'Agua but I would advise them to get a written statement regarding the cancellation policy before making a reservation and paying a deposit

Pour la fête des pères, nous avons réservé en ligne. Nous avons été super bien accueillis, le repas à la carte varié et nos plats étaient delicieux. : Vivaneau sur risotto aux palourdes, filet de steak, tataki de thon...la vue sur la piscine et la mer nous ont ravi. A recommander. Merci

Uma agradável surpresa com uma vista simplesmente extraordinária e paradisíaca onde o mar da continuidade à piscina. O atendimento é de uma simpatia totalmente genuína e transparente onde sentimos que o staff tem todo o prazer em nos receber e ficámos largos minutos a conversa. Fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos com peixe fresco acabado de apanhar e não resistimos (nem era opção do menu), tornando se numa agradável e fresca refeição. As amêijoas a bulhão pato estavam uma maravilha. É de facto um restaurante a ter em conta e apesar de ainda não considerar excelente (alguns pormenores a melhorar), tem potencial para tal. A repetir sem dúvida !

Heerlijke week gehad. Ruim app. Mooi uitzicht. Enige minpunt was de badkamer, deze was aan een opknapbeurt toe.
Geweldige ligging tov dorpje en strand, leuk dat er een eigen toegang is tot een strandje.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Great place to stay, been here 10 days with my gf. Staff is really helpfull and kind, made sure our stay was great. I really recommend this. Great views over the sea and the pool is very nice and clean. 10 minute drive from Albufeira, 5 minute walk to the tiny Olho D'Agua center which has some great restaurants. Supermarkets in walking distance.

Een fantastische vakantie, fijne mensen. Een schoon apartement, die wat te klagen heeft weet niet beter, want thuis is het is het ook zo. Deze mensen willen voor dubbeltje op de eerste plaats zitten,en liefs voor niks groete

Le SPA est incroyable, Massage Full Body pendant 1h avec vue sur la mer, un moment relaxation que je ne suis pas prêt d'oublier ! L'accueil du couple propriétaire est incroyable : deux Hollandais parlant incroyablement bien Portugais (notamment) et installés depuis 13 ans.
Leux equipe de masseuses incroyablement gentilles et à l'écoute !
Je recommande sans réserve aucune !

Lovely accommodation. The villas are very spacious, spotlessly clean & well equipped. The Air Conditioning was very welcome as it was very hot when we arrived (17.06.17) The gardens, pool & surrounding areas are lovely but there aren't too many sun beds. There is good wi-fi but only in the reception & bar area it is not available in the villas. There was no entertainment provided by the hotel & both the pool bar & main bar seemed very quiet. There is a mini market on site & also a Spa with gym for guests. Local bars & restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away but there is a good choice. There is a small beach in the resort of Olhos d'Agua but we found the much larger beach at Falesia, a further 15 minute walk to be much more to our liking. The walk back to the resort up approx 200 steps is not for the feint hearted though!
We would thoroughly recommend the Villas d'Agua & would definitely visit again. A lovely quiet place to stay in the Algarve.

Huisjes zijn opgeknapt. Voorzien van eigen wasmachine vaatwasser enz...
Prima appartement en service.
Minpuntje, veels te weinig parasols voor bij het zwembad. Gasten gingen zelf een parasol kopen in het dorp. Jammer.
Ze beloofde nieuwe aan te schaffen. Hopelijk gaat dat snel gebeuren .

Service is heel goed. Prachtig hotel met vriendelijk meedenkend personeel. Zwembad is super mooi (wel wat weinig schaduw). Zee, restaurants, supermarkt op loopafstand
