Generous food portion and staff extremely friendly. I recommend the garlic shrimp starter, absolutely delicious! Owner switched my steak for shrimp with no questions asked. Great service!! 英式和本地菜的混合，头盘的蒜香大虾重点推荐，老板娘非常好客热情。

Don't make the mistake of having a snack before you visit. Portions are huge and a deal of two main courses for €20 helps.

Tolles Restaurant mit englischer Küche und familiärer Atmosphäre, haben eine sehr freundliche Bedienung erlebt. Essen ist hochwertig und die Portionen sind riesig, Preise trotzdem äußerst günstig, zwei Hauptgerichte gibt es für 20€. Empfehlenswert ist der Codfish und der Goatcheese für Vegetarier, bei den Steaks fährt man mit dem 14oz Filet am Besten. Tisch reservieren ist empfehlenswert, auch außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Kein Vergleich zu den touristischen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Top!

What can I say, the food quality and quantity is awesome, you need to take a good appetite to this fantastic restaurant. The mixed grill is huge and could feed four not the two is served for, the starters are lovely and the desserts are big and delicious as well. We are returning for second time.

Good quality food But just ridiculous huge portions, beef pie was good but was dry and needed gravey boat accompiment, four vegetables not necessary, boiled broccoli and cauliflower not overcooked, boiled carrots bit like school dinner food and frozen peas are frozen peas, fish excellent but again more whale like than cod like, wine expensive for Portugal, on the whole ambiance was fine but sending so much food back to be binned spoils the evening, sorry will not return.

Excellent resturant the food is amazing and served piping hot. The ribs and lamb shank fall off the bone and the homemade chips are unique. Highly enjoyable couple of hours thank you x

Absolutely fantastic...a little hidden gem, the night we went we loved it so much we ended up booking for the next two nights as it usually gets booked up quick.....Food delicious and big portions....we ordered mixed grill €34 for 3 of us and it did not disappoint....Staff very nice and friendl....if you don't go here when staying in Albufeira, well then you've missed a treat

Without a doubt one of the loveliest restaurants I've visited. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic staff and the food is amazing! Really good prices and definitely worth a visit. Booking in advance is a must.

Mixed grill platter for two was amazing, washed down with a Gordon's pink gin and strawberries great quality, BIG portions and great value for money, we even got a box to take home what we couldn't finish! Highly recommend

Stuffed - cheap and ur local UK pub grub on steroids. In the picture is the steak and ale pie. I'm a big guy but this monster still beat me. The wife got the ribs she managed half of them. Book in advance it's super popular and busy

If holidaying here, this is a must.
The Giant Cod is amazing and it's actually Giant. Couldn't finish.

Cóż mogę napisać ,żałuję że nie skosztowalam żeberek ,które ponoć są hitem....Krewetki które zamówiła Moja przyjaciolka były bardzo smaczne i na tym koniec..Jedzonko na zdjęciach wygląda pysznie ale niestety łosoś mega nie doprawiony, moja ryba choć duża to więcej panierki i też bez smaku a baranina okazała się tak nieapetyczna że nie została zjedzona przez osobę ,która ja zamówiła.Obsluga bardzo miła i trzeba rezerwować miejsca, ale naprawdę zastanawia mnie gdzie tkwi fenomen tej restauracji może naprawdę te żeberka?Mnie restauracja nie zachwyciła choć deser był pyszny i krewetki☺️

Large portions, extremely delicious and you get 5 different vegetables and so fresh. Also a choice of potatoes.
I had the lamb dinner and the meat was so tender and delicious.
Good service and not a long wait time.
But my favorite is the ribs

What can I say about this restaurant, 5 stars Is not enough, the staff and the food are amazing, you can tell that love and attention is put into every dish! The tomahawk steak was the best I have ever eaten, we ate there for 5 straight nights!

Fantastic meal, this place is a must if you are near this location. It is so popular that without a booking you won't be able to eat, they are normally booked up days in advance, that is how excellent the food is. The staff cannot do enough to make your experience a most memorable one.

We found this place on our last night I wish it had been the first we probably would have eaten there for the two weeks.
The staff were so friendly and helpful we had the fish and chips we all said it was the best fish we had ever tasted. Although I left half of mine it had nothing to do with the food it was the portion it was enormous and that was just the normal size .
It was very good value for money and a restaurant you should seek out it is up a side street it was reccomended to us.

Its the best place in albufeira to eat. Very friendly staff "english owner " the food is excellent.how they make a profit for the amount of food you get is beyond me.its a must for everyone. Booking is a must.

Ein unscheinbares Lokal mit den besten spearripps die ich jemals gegessen habe. Die schicken whings genauso. Das Steak am Nachbartisch hat uns bewogen gleich nochmal zu reservieren. Theoretisch Cockerei ist auch jetzt im September auf mehrere Tage ausgebucht!! Das sagt wohl alles in einer Gegend wo du vor den Lokalen angesprochen wirst ob du nicht herein kommen möchtest.

This restaurant has an English menu with Portuguese and Mediterranean dishes also. The atmosphere is great for families and the service is fantastic, friendly and efficient. The food is cooked to perfection with large portions. It served the best chicken piri piri I tried in any restaurant around the area and the chocolate fondant and Oreo ice cream was one of the best desserts I've had in any restaurant anywhere. Thoroughly recommended but worth booking as this place is deservedly extremely popular and the prices are so reasonable considering the quality of the dishes here.

My family all enjoyed their food but I got food poisoning I had Prawns but this may have been down to my having a low immune system so I cannot tolerate any little germs particularly re food where people with no probs like this would not be affected. Staff lovely and friendly. Restaurant seemed very clean and was highly recommended to us.

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal und riesen Portionen für angemessene Preise! Beide Mahlzeiten, wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen sind, kosten zusammen 20 €. Espresso nur 1€. Also wir würden sicherlich wieder hingehen.

Make sure you don't miss this place as it's not directly on the strip and remember to book! The portion sizes are huge and worth every penny as there is a menu which is two meals for 20€. We're glad we found this place at the beginning of the holiday as we plan on coming back again in a few days!

What a fantastic place the food is second to none you have to make reservation you can not just walk in it is always very busy and we could not eat it all you get to much we asked them to put the rest in a takeaway box so all I can say thank you very much for a lovely meal we have booked in for Sunday and next week as well

Fantastisch ! Preis und Leistung top. Wir hatten Spareribs und Fisch, dazu die Pommes (typisch englisch) knusprig bis zuletzt und keinerlei Geschmack von altem Fett. Der Cod war richtig gut, absolut knusprige Hülle und dick Fisch innen.
Die Spareribs sind ebenfalls klasse.
Beide Gerichte für zusammen 16,95€
Fazit:
Geschmack top, sehr große Portionen
Preis unschlagbar

Great place to eat when in Albuferia, best to book a table as the restaurant is normally very busy. Closed on Monday. Two main meals for€16.95. Huge portions. The owner and staff are really nice, always try to accommodate your every wish. Was there three times last week, one of those nights it was my 60th birthday and they organised a birthday cake for me. Highly recommended.

I walked in to the restaurant to notice reserved signs on every table. I spoke to the hostess who said she was full and couldn't fit us in. We asked if we could sit outside and she was more than happy to accommodate us. I had my 19 month old with me. I mentioned that I did not need to eat but he did so she arranged to feed him first, and catch up with us when she could. We were served within minutes for drinks and then about 20 for food. Amazing. You'll understand the other reviews when you see my pics re food. Service was outstanding, food brilliant, cost was nothing for the experience

This restaurant serves food like an old fashioned English pub. Massive portions, but also great quality. It has a family run feel about it, and the staff are superb. It's very small, and pre booking is essential. Highly recommended.
