Casa do pasta is well known in the Almancil area. Nuno and his lovely wife run this restaurant for years. For lunch you can choose between different prato de dias (lunches) at a great value for money. In the evening Nuno will propose you "a la carte" dinner, again at a good value for money. In the season you will need to reserve. Casa do pasta is one of the few places where tourists and locals meet. At Nuno's you will always feel welcome under the olives threes.

Ambiente fantástico, localização calma com facilidade de parqueamento é uma ementa de comer e chorar por mais. Atendimento de uma simpatia inegualavel. Excelente a relação qualidade-preço.

Always really friendly service and excellent local food, Nuno and staff work very hard and definitely worth a visit. The large beer’s are served in a frozen glass making them the coldest we’ve tried and don’t forget to try nuno’s gin and tonic or the red sangria - it is delicious.

Não é fácil de descobrir no entanto a comida é fabulosa e a preços que não tem nada a haver com o resto do Algarve, muito convidativos. O atendimento é espectacular e de facto considero uma das melhores opções do Algarve para se comer bem e a preços normais.

Only stopped off outside for a cool drink. Restaurant was busy at lunchtime and food looked good. Right by the river.

AKA - NUNOS !
Best Dressed Crab in the Algarve ... authentic Portuguese food and prices but right on the door step of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the Golden Triangle.
Not for people who want to be seen ... for people that appreciate the real algarve and everything that brings.

Good food. The kitchen is closed between 14:30 and about 18:00 (and it seems that this is happening for many places in Algarve.. so be advised )
