Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger på bra läge i Tavira. Vänlig personal och bra utbud av pool och spa. Vi testade inte maten här men tog en drink på deras roof top bar. Hade gärna åkt hit igen. Vi valde deras rum med utsikt mot poolen vilket vi inte ångrade.

Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel ca. 3 - 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Alles in Tavira fussläufig erreichbar. Bahnhaltepunkt Porta-Nova ca. 5 - 8 Minuten entfernt. Standard-Zimmer mit Balkon. Wir hatten Poolblick. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Sehr sauber, es wurde täglich nass gewischt. Service gut, zeitweise deutschsprachige Rezeption, ansonsten gute Verständigung in Englisch. Schöner Pool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Bar. Standardfrühstücksbuffet. Hierbei wäre jedoch mehr Qualität zulasten der Auswahl wünschenswert, insbesondere bei Wurst- und Käseaufschnitt. Insgesamt gutes Urlaubshotel. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Geheel gerenoveerd in een mooie stijl. Geweldige locatie binnen 5 minuten in het oude centrum Tavira. Groot zwembad en heerlijke tuin. 4e etage rooftop bar. Iedere avond gezellig daar wat drinken tegen normale prijzen. Proef hier nog het echte Portugal

Die Lage des Hotels ist super... Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, groß, modern, sauber und haben schöne Balkone. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist super reichhaltig und bietet für jeden was. Kleinen Abzug bekommt bei uns die Poolbar. Das Personal kommt etwas unkoordiniert und planlos rüber. Die Getränke haben teilweise sehr lange gedauert und waren nur halb oder dreiviertel gefüllt. Ansonsten echt zu empfehlen.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Rooms, breakfast were as expected - pretty good. I didn't use the pool or Spa do can't comment but I went and looked and they were both clean and well kept. One downer was othe rooftop bar closing at 1am or before.

A great place to go if you want a quiet hotel and resort . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food of a good standard and it was a surprise that only a handful of guests had booked half board so they didn't enjoy the evening menu. As a result , the dining room lacked atmosphere in the evening which was such a shame . The pool area was lovely and quiet and there was no mad rush to reserve a sun lounger as in most hotels. This was a refreshing change . The roof top bar was a great place to enjoy a drink before dining.

Etablissement très bien situé. Lhôtel est très propre, les chambres propres et la literie très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié, copieux et très bon. Le restaurant en demi-pension rien à dire, félicitations au chef pour sa cuisine et au service pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur attention et leur disponibilité.Je dois noter aucun point négatif.

Had our pr-wedding party in the Rooftop Bar, was an amazing night that we and our guests loved, attentive staff, great food and great service, cant recommend highly enough for any occasion. Hotel rooms and breakfast were quality also.

It was in a lovely location, very new and swish. We had a lovely view. The roof top bar was very nice as was the spa. Breakfast was good but the food we had at lunchtime suggested to us it wasnt worth eating at the hotel but there are some fab restaurants in Tavira.

Despues de hacer la reserva por Booking llegamos al hotel , lo primero fue hacernos pagar y luego esperar 2 horas para darnos la habitacion,cuando volvimos nos dieron una habitacion adaptada para minusválidos,sin opcion a cambiarla por otra ya que habiamps pagado y no habia otra.esta era la mas cercana al hall de entrada, lo que la hacia muy ruidosa(a las 2 de la madrugada nos despertaron los gritos de gente borracha en el hall),al ser una habitacion adaptada no tenia ducha,el espejo era bajo,el wc muy alto,la puerta de la habitacion no tenia pestillo(la camarera de piso entro a las 10 de la mañana sin llamar y sorprendiendonos desnudos...),la cama no era de matrimonio y ademas el balcon estaba sucio,pues tenia nidos de pajaro y todo lleno de excrementos,lo qe lo hacia inservible.
Ademas el parking parecia un almacen lleno de mobiliario y polvo ,algo que me parece peligroso. nuestro coche era el unico aparcado.
La conclusion es que la reserva de booking no se ajusta a la realidad de la habitacion que nos asignaron.
No nos gusto,no volveremos,no lo recomiendo.
After booking by Booking we arrived at the hotel, the first was to make us pay and then wait 2 hours to give us the room, when we returned we were given a room adapted for the disabled, with no option to change it for another since there were paid and there was no other This was the closest to the entrance hall, which made it very noisy (at 2 o'clock in the morning we were awakened by the screams of drunk people in the hall), being an adapted room had no shower, the mirror was low, very high wc, the door of the room had no latch (the floor maid entered at 10 in the morning without calling and surprised naked ...), the bed was not marriage and also the balcony was dirty, it had bird nests and everything full of excrement, what made it useless.
Also the parking lot looked like a warehouse full of furniture and dust, something that I find dangerous. our car was the only one parked.
The conclusion is that booking booking does not conform to the reality of the room assigned to us.
We do not like it, we will not return, I do not recommend it.

We had a suite here, with a Jacuzzi on the terrace. It was a flawless stay, would recommend this hotel to even the pickiest of relatives!

Te puedes relajar en el circuito de spa que está incluido en el precio y permanecer todo el tiempo que quieras en spa y gimnasio, es ideal para relajarse. El buffet y las instalaciones son bonitas, aunque la variedad de comida no es nada del otro mundo.
La ubicación cercana al centro de Tavira hace que dar paseos para conocer el pueblo sea fácil, sin embargo las vistas no son bonitas ni está a pie de playa.
Es un hotel adult only, no verás ni un niño correteando por los pasillos ni salpicando en la piscina, un remanso de paz.

If you want a panoramic view over Tavira this is the place to go. Take the lift to the fourth floor and arrive at the rooftop terrace where you can unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple or have an evening meal for about €20 euros. Worth it for the panoramic view alone.

Hôtel très bien situé et belle chambre, en revanche nous navons pas aimé lemplacement de la chambre qui nous a été attribuée car située juste en dessous du bar et vue sur le train ce qui ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer malgré que nous avions demandé une chambre calme, cela na pas été respecté pourtant lhôtel nétait pas complet.

Äußerst aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, überall!Komfortable Zimmer mit großen Balkonen. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet, mit frisch zubereiteten heißen Speisen, frischem Obst, großer Auswahl an Tee, Kaffee, Brötchen, Brot und Bebäck. Das Angebot an Käse, Wurst und Schinken ist allerdings diesem Haus nicht würdig. Da sollte mehr Qualität in die Theke. Press-Schinken gehört da wirklich nicht hin! Das Haus würde ich wieder buchen.

Love this lounge hotel in Tavira. Rooms are clean and big. The pool is absolutely stunning plus there is pool bar. The hotel is close to the Bus station and also to the Rio Gilão where you can get a ferry to the beach.

If there is one thing that I would have liked was an extra channel in English but I don't come on holiday to watch TV .will return to this hotel

Wonderful relaxing holiday, aided by professional warm and caring staff. We were treated with respect, nothing was too much trouble.
Food was excellent, breakfasts huge choice even to a glass of Fizz! What luxury....
The Nomad Bar on the 4th floor mixed great cocktails...
Wonderful first time experience of the Pretty Algrave. Will be back....

Very Nice place for cocktails and watching the sun go down over Tavira. Been going for years. Especially when our family visits.
Unfortunately this time under new ownership, the waiter insisted we settle our drinks bill when he served them at the table instead of settling the bill when we left. Very assertive. Shame, as we then felt very uncomfortable then. We were hoping to stay for several drinks or maybe the evening, but we felt uncomfortable and so left after the one drink and went into town.

Je suis venu en février, 63€ la chambre. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre était moderne et bien décorée. Le spa est gratuit : piscine, sauna et hammam. Bref du très bon à prix accessible. De plus l'hôtel est très proche du centre ville.

Bel hôtel mérite ses 4*, petite coupe de bulles offerte en arrivant, belle décoration, belles prestations. Restauration de qualité. Personnel sympathique. Propreté irréprochable. Le spa est très agréable et était compris dans le séjour. Le bar sur le toit terrasse a une vue magnifique, on nous y sert de bons cocktails, très beau coin détente. L'hôtel est bien situé pour une découverte de Tavira à pied. Si l'occasion se présente, j'y retournerai.

Dit hotel verdient een voldoende voor netheid, personeel en locatie. Het eten is matig, ontbijt is goed. Kamers netjes, gehorig, bedden hebben plastic onderleggers en schuimrubber kussens en geen andere. Bovenin is een gezellige bar met mooi uitzicht. Grote buitenwanden en een binnen spa.

Perhaps not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties as positioned on top of a hill above the centre.

Es ist bereits unser 2. Besuch in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und sofort gefragt ob man jemand mit deutsch Kenntnissen holen solle. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Täglich frische Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurde auch sehr oft gewechselt. Einzige Kritik: das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Sehr kleiner Kleiderschrank sonst keinerlei Schränkchen. Das Frühstück entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.

Very nice staff, but if they get rain then the local ants try to get into the building's. It took 2 days to stop them. Also they don't have ordinary breakfast tea just every other type that you can possibly think of instead.
Also they have a card as a room key, about the size of a cash card. There is card holder on the wall just inside the door. If you do not put the card in the holder then the lights on or charge your phone.

Nice hotel, perhaps the only one in Tavira. Clean bright rooms with balconies and a lovely large outdoor pool with bar. Breakfasts are good but not had dinners here - many local restaurants in the town. Roof-top bar with a great view.

El personal es a destacar entre lo demás en el desayuno , recepción , la piscina las limpiadoras . No se podía ser más educado y con ganas de agradar En el spa no pudimos hacer uso de algún masaje por falta de agenda o personal El conjunto es un hotel recomendable si podía echar en falta alguna embarcación de hoteles para acceder a la playa En la semana que estuve no pude ir ningún día a la playa por el exceso de gente a los barcos que cruzan a la orilla del mar

Lo primero que recalcamos es la excelente atención del personal de recepción, además nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que teníamos. El hotel es solo para adultos y se respira tranquilidad. La habitación de buen tamaño y con todas las comodidades, nos pusieron una botella grande de agua, un detalle que no todos tienen. La piscina grande y con tumbonas para todos, con un bar en el que podías comer. En general un acierto.

Nice hotel on top of a small mountain. Beautiful rooftop bar with an extraordinary view over Tavira. Train station, town centre and boat station to the islands in short walking distance. Breakfast is good but dont expect too much. We have not had dinner, but the fee was 20€Euros without beverages. That’s high in comparison to local restaurants which are quite cheat. Pool (indoor and outdoor) and fitness facilities are new and well-kept.

I've yet to stay at the hotel itself but the Nomad Skybar is amazing - it is expensive for a drink but as long as you know that going in you won't be too surprised and when. The staff come to you when you sit down and take your order - we have always paid them when we order rather than go to the bar, they bring your drinks and change back to where you are sat and a complementary bowl of nibbles as well. They often have live music on in the bar which is lovely and the views are just phenomenal - I wouldn't recommend staying for a full night as you will be broke but it is definitely worth a visit to see the whole of Tavira from on high.

Le meilleur hôtel de Tavira. Un vrai 4*. Hôtel "adults only", pour un séjour reposant. Le bar Nomade sur le toit terrasse est l'endroit branché des expatriés de Tavira. Le seul endroit animé après 22h!

Gutes Stadthotel mit Nähe zur Altstadt von Tavira. Saubere, grosse Zimmer mit guten Matratzen und einem recht annehmbaren Bad.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit verschiedensten frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und - natürlich in einem von vielen Briten besuchen Hotel - den obligatorischen englischen Frühstücksbestandteilen.

Great property with good facilities and superb breakfast . Had evening meal once it was very average and customer service poor . Rooms very minimalistic but of high quality . Loved the location too . Pillows in bedrooms soft and need to be of much improved quality . Ideal location for walking past bakers and into square .

No Rooftop do hotel está um dos bares, o Nomad, com a melhor vista panorâmica de Tavira.
Para além da vista, que é a estrela, recomendo os cocktails. Têm um menu interessante que merece ser explorado.
Os funcionários são super atenciosos e minuciosos no atendimento prestado.
Têm música ao vivo também.

Adorei tudo. Tivemos welcome drink assim que chegámos. De noite o hotel tem um bar no último andar com uma vista fantástica e música ao vivo. De manhã um pequeno almoço divinal, variadíssimo e com um concerto de piano. O spa também é bom. Não tenho nada a apontar, foi fantástico

Nesta altura do ano (janeiro/ fevereiro), proporciunou-nos uma óptima estadia. Com uma muito boa localização, a 7 minutos da célebre ponte romana, muito bom isolamento acústico, o terraço no 4.andar, além de ser uma zona de lazer e bem estar, tem uma vista previligiada sobre toda a cidade. Piscina interior (9x2.20) com boa temperatura assim como 2 exteriores (nesta altura pouco aconselhável! Enfim, valeu bem o preço que pagámos. Ah, um pequeno almoço dos melhores.
A repetir. (É preciso saber procurar na internet, pois os preços podem variar e muito para o mesmo local)

Third visit to Maria Nova and still it rates as one of my most favourite places to go. A warm and friendly welcome, great service from all staff that you meet, good food and really nice rooms. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean. This hotel has it's own pool and is a short walk from the main town area. And its adults only!! What's not to love??!!

La habitación del hotel era amplísima, muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que se puede desear, incluido un baño enorme con geles, champú, acondicionadores...Enchufes para cargar el móvil insertos en la mesa-encimera de la habitación. El precio de la habitación no fue caro e incluía un fantástico desayuno buffet además de spa y sauna. Dispone de una gran piscina y en la cuarta planta hay un buenísimo bar de copas y cócteles donde escuchamos música en vivo por la noche. Se puede disfrutar de una bonita vista de Tavira. La atención en recepción maravillosa. Nos dieron una copa de champán al llegar y el personal fue atento y simpático en todo momento.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and welcoming, breakfasts were fresh and delicious, and the buffet dinner was really delicious on the night I couldn't be bothered to leave the hotel. The indoor pool and saunas were LOVELY off season - it was great having it all to myself. Everything is clean and well maintained. The only thing that marred my stay slightly was the one morning that housekeeping walked into my room without knocking, with me naked in the open bathroom. I would like to suggest that the hotel add a double lock to the inside of the door so that it feels a little safer - a big thing for women travelling on their own.

Pour le personnel, je mets 5 étoiles, je pense que c'est le meilleur accueil que j'ai eu jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Une étoile de moins pour la chambre 1er étage côté rue avec les bruits extérieurs. Je recommande cet hôtel à Tavira, mais avec une chambre côté piscine. Encore merci à tout le personnel.

Hotel con decoración moderna, zonas comunes especialmente cómodas, con limpieza adecuada. La atención del personal es muy buena y agradable. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño adecuado, con plato de ducha amplio y terraza. No se oyen ruidos por lo que el descanso es magnífico. El desayuno es bastante correcto. Dispone de parking exterior gratuito para unas 25 plazas. En la 4ª planta dispone de bar excelente, con terraza con unas vistas espectaculares, con música en vivo los sábados por la noche. Como aspecto menos positivo el buffet de la cena que es simplemente correcto, echando en falta que tuviera unos precios especiales para los residentes en el hotel.

Trato muy agradable del personal. Me encantó que tuvieran un pianista durante el desayuno. El buffet inmejorable. Buen ambiente en la terraza. Nos gustó mucho un duo que actuó una de las noches que pasamos, ella cantaba muy bien y era muy simpática y profesional, al igual que su compañero a los teclados. Tienen un SPA muy completo para relajarse.

Muy decepcionados del trato recibido, ni una disculpa. Equivocaciones en asegnar-nos la habitación, acceder a una habitación ya ocupada. Nos dan una habitación contigua a la anterior, que desprendia muy mal olor del baño. Mala gestión des de recepción. No nos ofrecian posibilidad de cambio sin pagar suplemento. Lo mejor la piscina. Edificio antiguo que se nota van remodelando a trozos. Mal para las estrellas que tiene. Muy decepcionados.

Je réserve une suite ..... mais très déçu .....salle de bain qui ressemble à un cachibi à balai et en plus les bonnes odeurs des égouts.....ensuite un frigo qui donne que du chaud incroyable mais ça existe à Maria longe hotel on a demandé de le changer mais jamais cela était fait il nous on dit de laisser la porte du dressing ouverte lol on a tester rien à faire ....pas de café dans la chambre on a demandé on nous a dit que cette étage la chambre 309 n’avait le droit que à la bouilloire et du thé lol après l hotel ne dit nul part que si vous avez une chambre du côté de le rue vous allez entendre les voitures et moto et le plus c’est le train ......que bonheur pour des bonnes vacances lol......nous avons pas terminé notre séjour al hotel et votre jus orange de premier prix que vous servez au petit déjeuner juste imbuvable dommage car au Portugal je crois que l’on ai dans le pays de l’orange ....donc beaucoup effort a faire .....je ne recommande pas cette hôtel

Dos melhores hotéis onde já estivemos, também foi a nossa primeira experiência num hotel só para adultos e foi o maior descanso de sempre. Pessoal muito atencioso, localização muito boa e grande variedade de serviços.
Tudo óptimo, comida, banho turco, piscina, bar, restaurante. Adorámos o jantar no exterior junto à piscina com música ao vivo.
Como sugestão, o único contra foi uma caipirinha que tomei no bar. Caipirinha boa tem gelo picado e não em cubos, quantidade mínima porque o gelo não derrete e quase não tinha restantes ingredientes. De resto tudo muito bom e recomendo. Apesar de não haver muito estacionamento, nas redondezas é fácil estacionar e de manhã há sempre lugares vagos.

Distance de marche raisonnable des points d’interet et du train.Par contre, demander une chambre loin du bar. Nous avions une chambre avec vue et nous n’avons pas pu dormir le premier soir à cause de la musique au bar si forte que c’était comme si nous y étions même dans le confort de notre lit. Très dommage que la personne qui nous a pris en charge le lendemain lors de notre demande pour changer de chambre ait été antipathique (nous a fais le commentaire que nous avions une des plus belles chambres de l’hotel et que c’est normal d’avoir de la musique aussi fort dans un hôtel en ville?!?!). Autrement, dans la chambre suivante nous n’avons pas eu de problème de bruit et les autres membres du personnel étaient serviables et gentils.

Perfect location to everything Tavira has to offer. We only booked bed and breakfast which was excellent. Staying for 5 days. We sampled the many restaurants close by which we loved. We explored Tavira and the island during the day and on returning to hotel we could always get a sunbed in afternoon around the pool which was clean and relaxing. Good size room with lovely view overlooking pool and town. We even got to watch a firework display from our room balcony. Which you could also go to the roof top bar which had superb views too.

Ive experienced many, many hotels all over the world because of my work and leisure life. The Maria Nova Lounge Hotel is an exceptional property for many reasons. The location is perfect: the hotel sits high atop a picturesque town, yet it is to reach and surrounded by local treasures. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, with caring staff and a delicious food. The pool area has a bar/snack bar and the spa is delightful. Its one of those places where you can venture out for a few hours and then look forward to coming back to enjoy the facility. The pool bar offers affordable creative cocktails and great hot snacks. The rooftop lounge has magnificent views and often features live entertainment. I understand they offer a beach package, however, I did not take advantage of it. Breakfast was a real treat; the best omlet Ive had in a long time and mimosas to awaken your palette. I decided while enjoying this hotel that it is one I will often return to and I may even book my next visit today.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich toll, es gibt viele verschiedene Speisen - von Spiegelei bis Churros. Alles super!
Die Lage ist auch hervorragend, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.

This is a good hotel just a ten minute walk from the centre of town, there's a steep hill leading up to the hotel which could trouble people with walking difficulty or wheelchair's. The hotel is modern and kept clean with very helpful, efficient and smart staff. Breakfast is adequate with freshly cooked bacon and eggs, dinner is different and is a little limited on choice . There's a great roof bar here if you like to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the view over the river and the old town. I would recommend this hotel on a bed and breakfast stay... Tavera in march is fairly quiet in the evening, there is no entertainment at all. In summary, if you're looking for a quiet relaxing break with good food nearby and some nice walks along the side of the river and through the old town then this one is for you. If you're looking to party into the early hours then you'll be very disappointed.

We knew that the hotel had reopened recently and thought that we would have lunch there.
It was quite the worst meal I had had in the ten years that I've lived in Tavira. The soup was cold and the burger was undercooked, so it had to be sent back.
Never again!!

Sehr freundliches Personal.Nette Zimmer- relativ klein aber ausreichend,da sehr schöne Loggia.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und wohlschmeckend.
Manko? Ja, es gibt keinen Tomatensaft bzw.muss dieser erworben werden und - Spaß beiseite - keinen Kaffee- oder Teekocher auf dem Zimmer.

This hotel is all round fabulous! Staff very very happy, helpful and kind. Food was very good and plentiful. Lovely having no children. Central to Tavira to explore and also near to train for trips to other Algarve places. Cannot fault in anyway!

big, clean rooms and great bar on top. avoid rooms 1-12. kitchen below and lobby aside. so its veeeeeery noisy. didn't sleep much. breakfast is ok but not more.

I would like to say that this is a clean hotel inside..the 2 weeks I've stayed here the pool area has never been washed or cleaned down,every hotel I've been to has been done every morning.
Now the main part is the evening meal which I had complained twice for it being cold..even to add to this it was chips every night there was no jacket or mashed potatos the meat i thought was awful I never saw any gravy either..Sorry but I will never return.

Gutes, für Portugal sbwechlungreiches Frühstück, Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen. Zimmer mit Klima und begehbarer Dusche. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Viele Engländer

A modern hotel in a convenient location. The pool area is good, though with a little more effort it could be excellent. The bar area facing the pool is not open (the other side is) and the ceiling is bare plyboard. A coat of white paint would have helped. There are weeds growing between some of the flag stones around the pool - one man / woman could sort that out in about an hour. The pool is cold and the maximum number of people I saw in it, at any one time, was eight. There were approx 75 occupied sunbeds around the pool most days. However these are minor points that dont detract too much from what is a nice environment.Breakfast has a great choice (orange juice is awful) and there are interior and exterior tables.The rooftop bar is great and not expensive. I dont understand why the hotel doesnt offer sandwiches and snacks for lunch. Its a short walk to town, but I think they are missing out. I would return.

Had a lovely relaxing stay and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. Pool was great and we especially liked the breakfast buffet too! Would definitely recommend a stay here

Non proprio un quattro stelle, ma la piscina è molto bella e anche la posizione a pochi metri dal centro e allo stesso tempo silenzioso. La spa è piccolina, ma quando si è in pochi piacevole

Friendly adults-only hotel with excellent pool and the all important good air-conditioning. Courteous and helpful staff. Easy short walk to centre with loads of restaurants and a great shop selling local craft beers. Train station within 10 minutes walk. Can recommend the massage. Will go again when weve fully retired and can avoid the midsummer heat! Dont miss the Camera Obscura!

Gran hotel que me sorprendió por su situación geográfica en la zona, a dos min del centro andando. Trato esquisto, todo su personal es de 10!! Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y comodas, la nuestra miraba al mar y era espectacular tanto de día como de noche. El resto de instalaciones muy bonitas y acojedora. La comida es exquisita no es un buffet muy variado pero la comida y el servicio de 10. La piscina esta muy bien y la terraza pub en la azotea es genial y de noche espectacular con actuaciones en directo. Vamos que pronto nos veremos de nuevo sueguro!!!

We stayed here in May. The hotel is very well situated being just a 5 minute walk from the bridge leading over the river to Tavira town centre. The hotel has a nice pool and also a rooftop bar which has both outdoor and indoor seating. The views from outside on the rooftop over Tavira town are nice. There was music entertainment in the bar every evening which was not always to my taste but still good for background and unusual for a small hotel to make such an effort. The restaurant and food were good and our deal provided half a bottle of wine free with dinner. Tavira is a lovely town and I would recommend this hotel as a base to explore the region. I noticed this business listing has not been claimed yet so the owners need to claim their business listing in Google so that they can update the information for telephone numbers etc. and reply to reviews.

Me ha encantado este hotel, es igual que en las fotos. Un hotel nuevo, el desayuno genial y el personal encantador. Te reciben con una copa de bienvenida gratis, aparcamiento,spa gratis y gimnasio. Si volviese a Tavira volvería al mismo hotel sin pensarlo.

Das Hotel hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Angefangen vom Empfang, freundlicher Service, Willkommensdrink und Bringen der Koffer aufs Zimmer. Überrascht auch vom modernem Design und Einrichtung beim Betreten der Lobby.Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls modern eingerichtet mit schönem Bad, auch wenn die große Glasdusche nicht immer allem gerecht wird (leichte Überflutung). Der Blick vom 3. Stock auf den Pool und Tavira lud zum Entspannen ein.Frühstück ist super, der Orangensaft jedoch verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und mit einem Lächeln kommt Ein´s zurück. Das Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt, da man in Tavira viele gute Restaurants finden kann. Ein Highlight des Hotels ist die Bar im 4. Stock, tolle Drinks und toller Ausblick. Wir hatten Glück, während unseres Aufenthaltes ein Feuerwerk über Tavira zu genießen.Der Poolbereich ist wohl noch nicht richtig fertig, aber hier gibt es viel Potenzial. (Die Liegen sollten auch nach Funktionalität überprüft werden), Handtücher gibt es gegen Kaution an der Rezeption.Vom Hotel kann man das romantische Tavira per Fuß erkunden und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Den Strand haben wir mit dem Mietwagen besucht, Richtung Spanien, da braucht man keine Fähre etc.Alles in Allem - es war bestimmt nicht die letzte Reise nach Tavira.

Zimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Nur mit lautem Krach. Fahrstuhl ratterte und kam sehr langsam.Im obersten Stockwerk lag zwei Tage ein Handtuch auf dem Boden.

Had a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help you. There is generally an older crowd at this time of year. The hotel has an upmarket modern feel but without the high price tag or the stuffiness that goes with it.

Comfortable room, good air con, pool looked nice. Good bar at top of hotel with terrace overlooking the town. Excellent selection of food at breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Be careful when having a shower as we managed to flood entire hallway!

Exzellenter Service, sehr gute und ruhige Zimmer mit guten Betten. Gut sortierte Bar mit herrlicher Aussichtsterrasse. 48 verschiedene Cocktails und 18 Sorten Whisky. Sehr zentral gelegen auf kleinem Hügel. Eine nach Umbau und Neugestaltung gelungene Wiedereröffnung. Schöne In-und Outdoopools. Leider war der Aufenthalt zu kurz um das Wellnessprogramm auszuprobieren.
