Excepcional acolhimento e tomada em consideração da nossa situação; Carlos, falando francês, encontrou uma maneira de ver o médico oftalmologista imediatamente com um RDV dentro da hora: impensável na França! o médico muito atencioso fez o teste óptico para encontrar a melhor solução com lentes diárias; não tendo em estoque, teve a gentileza de verificar as existências numa outra loja e de reservar a última caixa disponível de 30 lentes em multiopticas no algarve Shoppping em GUIA , Fizemos a viagem tranquilamente sabendo que esta solução nos tinha sido reservada, e a equipa do GUIA permitiu à minha esposa literalmente recuperar a visão! Esta equipa salvou as nossas férias no Algarve , mais uma vez, graças a eles! Thank you! What a great team! The very attentive doctor made the optical test to find the best solution with daily lenses; not having in stock, he was kind enough to check the stocks in another shop and to reserve the last available box of 30 lenses at Multiopticas in Algarve Shoppping in GUIA , we made the journey serenely knowing that this solution had been reserved for us and the GUIA team allowed my wife to literally regain the view! This team saved our holidays in the Algarve , thanks again to them!

Amazing!!! I came on holiday and forgot my contact lenses, so I called and they spoke perfect English, super kind and friendly, had my prescription in stock & open all day!!

Ao trocar as lentes de uma armação para outra, trocaram a lente esquerda com a direita...ao constatar isso (pois as graduações esquerda e direita são diferentes) fez-se referencia ao facto e o funcionário, com arrogância extrema, declara que está tudo bem, seria um problema de sujidade das lentes. Foi outra colega que resolveu o problema mais tarde, numa visita posterior... Demasiado mau para ser verdade...
