My husband and I stayed one night in this lovely place during our honeymoon in Portugal last October. It’s very nice that the hotel manager gave us an upgrade to a much bigger and nicer room. We are happy with the cleanliness and facilities. The service is impeccable! The hotel manager made some really good recommendations on local restaurants, wine and tourist attractions in the region. He is a really friendly and helpful host, which made our stay very pleasant. We feel so happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Casa de Eira!

Un gioiello, soprattutto grazie alla presenza del gestore, che è subito sembrato eccezionalmente cordiale e gentile, nonché prodigo di consigli di ogni tipo per godersi al meglio il soggiorno. Colazione non compresa ma viene fornito un cesto in camera con tutto il necessario per una lauta colazione, quindi è come se lo fosse! Davvero un posto da consigliare ad occhi chiusi, una fortuna averlo scelto anche se solo per una notte. English: Amazing place to stay! The hotel is brand new, with cozy, superclean and well fornished room (and great bathroom with Hot water). Breakfast, at least on the paper, is not included in the price, but you will have a big basket every morning with a lot of things (sweet). One of the most important things is the kindness of the owner, that has plenty advice to give to enjoy your stay in Vila Nova. I really want to thank him as he made our visit really wonderful. :-)

Excelente alojamento com todo o tipo e oferta em quartos ou apartamentos. Excelente sobretudo pelo conforto, pelo bom aspecto e pela hospitalidade. Igualmente excelente na localização, perto de tudo e da praia mas fora das zonas mais movimentadas do centro.

Dieses Boutique-Hotel ist ein Juwel, und das nicht zuletzt wegen seiner Angestellten. Fatima und Rudolph sind warmherzige und sehr professionelle Hosts mit guter Menschenkenntnis. Ihre Empfehlungen waren Gold wert und gingen weit über Vila Nova de Milfontes hinaus. Das Hotel selbst kann sich absolut sehen lassen. Sauberkeit, Lage und Design (sehr modern zwischen Romantik, Portugiesisch und Industrial) sind spitze. Es gibt einen großen Rooftop, von dem aus man eine super Aussicht auf das Meer hat. Alternativ zum Frühstück gab es kostenlos ein kleines Brotkörbchen mit vielen Leckereien aufs Zimmer. Ab nächstem Jahr soll es im Garten auch einen Pool und ein Frühstücksbuffet geben. Auf Grund der Nebensaison gab es ein Upgrade des Zimmers. Von dort aus konnte man die Bucht und das offene Meer sehen. Die Brandung war Tag und Nacht zu hören. In nicht einmal 5min. ist man an den Dünen und am Strand. Hier startet auch der schöne "Fischerweg" der Rota Vincentina an der Küste entlang. Die Altstadt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt- dort ist das "Ritual" einen Besuch wert! Das Beste was einem auf der Reise passieren kann!

Schöne Lage, saubere Zimmer, angenehme Einrichtung. Wir haben nichts zu beklagen und kommen gerne wieder :)

This is the most charming hotel! Very nice staff who give you all the advice you need and even more. The hotel is very new and super clean. They even have a terasse on the roof with a great view over the little town.

A casa da Eira foi uma excelente surpresa e exemplo de bom gosto a nível de decoração, e excelente profissionalismo e simpatia de quem recebe. Tivemos uma estadia fantástica em 2017 e este ano voltaremos. Fiz questão de dar os parabéns ao proprietário e ressalvar a simpatia e acolhimento de toda a equipa que dá a "cara" desde a recepção ( Rodolfo e Fátima) até ás colaboradoras que tratam de algo tão importante como o nosso conforto e higiene no local. Exemplo de que se pode receber bem, e ter atitudes bonitas sem pensar sempre no negócio.

Room was very comfortable. Rudolph the manager was great, he organized a restaurant for us on short notice and make sure our experience was excellent. Perfect for short stay weekends.

Linda demais Esta Casa da Eira, as cores com que os Alentejanos pintam as Casas são indubitavelmente de refinado gosto e esta da Eira prima pelo Azul e Branco que são duas das ditas mais usadas na pintura das mesmas, claro que não é só à cor que me refiro, a arquitetura é sempre de uma riqueza assinável o que lhe confere um valor Patrimonial de grande monta.

Muy bien situada. Muy limpia. La atención de su personal. Fatima nos atendió de 10. Simpática amable y nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos. Excelente. También Rodolfo un chico que estuvo un par de noches, nos atendió maravillosamente. Tanto uno como otro nos orientaron en actividades gastronomia etc del pueblo.

Não poderiam ter uma equipa melhor que esta numa recepção!!!! E sem saber ainda tive a cesta de cortesia todas as manhãs que pude desfrutar no terraco com uma otima paisagem. Very good house, close to everything in Vila Nova. Outstanding service and people. It just lacks a pool to be perfect! And more TV channels. It is important when bringing kids with you.

This small boutique hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the old town of Milfontes as well as the beach. There is parking available on the street. Nice welcome by Fatima. Ground floor apartment was spacious lacked views but the communal roof terrace made up for this.

Perfecto para pasar unos dias tranquilos. Trato inmejorable del personal, no tiene desayuno, pero ofrecen una cortesia que llevan a la habitacion con pan, fruta y zumo gratis.

We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect. The photos are spot on. The service is excellent. If you're going to start in Milfontes this is a great place to do it!

The room was very comfortable and had a modern flair. We did not have a sea view but sea audio :-) The location is quite and the calm river beach as well as several impressing ocean beaches are in walking distance. Rudolf was working in the hotel during our stay and made sure that we feel very comfortable in the hotel and in town. Ask him for dinner advice! I would definitely come back to Casa da Eira!

Gostei muito. Casa bem mobilada com uma piscina divinal. Sossego absoluto. Os donos simpatiquissimos ofereceram pão e queijo para o nosso jantar. Pequeno-almoço delicioso. Passeio pelos montes alentejanos até à Barragem divinal. Quem quer ouvir a natureza e sentir paz não pode perder.
