They have preferencial service to their usual clients and the ones that stay in the hotel. The food isn't nothing special and is expensive. And in the Summer the mosquitos outside are horrible.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en deed zijn best maar de menu kaart werd veel mooier voorgesteld dan ze werkelijk was.Van mijn bestelde black pork met munt rijst kreeg ik enkel gewone varkenslapjes met wat chips vanuit het zakje, plus schijfje citroen als versiering.Ook bij het voorgerecht liep het mis, bij de eieren met geitenkaas was er geen smaak van kaas te bespeuren.De wijnen waren goed maar de prijs voor onze gehele menu lag dubbel zo hoog als in een klein plaatselijk restaurant in Portugal.

Accommodating staff, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious meals, peaceful and relaxing pool area, eclectic lounge area with wifi...I could go on and on, I loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private getaway in Portugal.
