Análise: It is a small cafe in a small town serving mostly locals. Typical Portuguese food. On a positive side - they were open while other restaurants along this road were closed. The server was willing to substitute rice for a salad. I saw them carefully desinfecting chairs and tables after customers leave. The wait after we entered was acceptable.
