It's a great place to fill up your mind and body with new energy. Paulo is a great teacher. I must say, I was traveling a lot in several countries. Even in India I didn't meet a better yoga teacher. I visit Sesimbra 5-6 times per year and I always look forward to the lessons. Good mix of Asanas, breathing exercises and meditation. Very special is that you can hear the sound of the sea.

I was stressed out and decided to take up yoga 3 times a week during a 6 week retreat in Portugal. I kind of randomly picked a yoga place...but when I entered I immediately felt a good vibe. The facilities are great, a big spacious yoga room with a fantastic sea view. Practising yoga while seeing and hearing the waves of the ocean is a wonderful experience. The owner and teacher Paulo is very motivated and gently pushed me every time according to my capacities and limits. Every class was different and refreshing. A mix of respiratory exercices, asanas, mantras, relaxation, meditation and so much more. After a few lessons, I already felt more balanced and energised. This was a six week yoga experience which gave me an energetic boost and brought me passion for yoga. Muito obrigada Paulo pela experiencia que tive o prazer de viver no teu Centro de Yoga.
