Análise: It's a great place to fill up your mind and body with new energy. Paulo is a great teacher. I must say, I was traveling a lot in several countries. Even in India I didn't meet a better yoga teacher. I visit Sesimbra 5-6 times per year and I always look forward to the lessons. Good mix of Asanas, breathing exercises and meditation.
