Greatly managed AirBnb. Everything was clean and in perfect order when we came. Huge bathroom, nice private balcony with a view, very comfy bed and pillows. Smooth check in and check out. We were also lucky that no other rooms in the apartment were rented during our stay, so we had bathroom and kitchen for ourselves only.

Totally disappointed. I 've walked around for long looking for this "hotel" , no sign anywhere and people seems don't know anything about it. Very upset!

As portas dos quartos fazem demasiado barulho, (muito antigas) estando aproveitar a beira mar até mais tarde (ex. 01h da manhã) acordamos sempre quem está nos quartos vizinhos ao regressar. Ou pelo contrário quem se levanta cedo para aproveitar o dia (ex. 7h da manhã) ouve tudo como portas, pessoas a falar, o microondas da cozinha que é partilhada. Existindo apenas uma casa de banho (partilhada), temos que esperar uma organização entre todos. Tem pouca arrumação nos quartos, não tem local para pendurar as coisas básicas, toalhas do banho por exemplo, a não ser no estendal da rua (e é preciso não estar a chover ..) Apesar de tudo é um local simpático!

Excelente localização. Atendimento simpático e disponível. Para uma estadia curta a casa é bastante cómoda e com facilidade de estacionamento, visto que há um parque público logo em frente.

Het was een heel plezierig verblijf, mooi schoon, lekker ruim. Alles aanwezig. Mooi uitzicht. Kortom een hele goede mogelijkheid om heerlijk te onthaasten. Wel rumoerig in verband met het drukke verkeer, maar het went snel.

Gostei. Muito perto da praia. Tem 2 supermercados à porta, multibancos, cafés, restaurantes.

Ｉreally love As Mimosas. There is a supermarket opposite the apartment. It's really convenient for tourists, and the food in the supermarket is fresh and cheap. The host, Christina is really kind and considerate to tourists. Clean the apartment everyday. I enjoyed staying there for more than 20 days.

Os hóspedes fazem barulho batendo com as malas na escada e tocam à campainha dos condóminos. É uma vergonha .

Great stay ! Was exactly what it said it'd be, room and shared bathroom are both clean, balcony has good sun exposition. For less than half the price of a regular hotel in the area it was totally worth it

Had a wonderful holiday here.August 2017.Beautiful room comfy bed and pillows! Lovely clean room and bathroom with so many extras body wash tea coffee cereal honey ...just fantastic definitely would stay again. Oh and great balcony lovely breezein the evening. Thank you for a truly nice place.

Boa localização quarto muito agrdavel com uma vista maravilhosa apesar de ser um treceiro andar as escadas são amplas.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in schöner Lage, der Strand und das Meer gleich vor der Haustür, gute Restaurants, was will man mehr. Komme gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder und freue mich schon darauf.

Such a beautiful spot, very clean and relaxing, with such an amazing view. The location is perfect as is the beautiful village.

Sehr nette und erstaunlich preiswerte Unterkunft inmitten der Altstadt von Sesimbra. Alle Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - vor allem aber den herrlichen Strand gleich nebenan. Ein Pareo über den Badeanzug, und schon geht es in wenigen Minuten ins kühle Nass des Atlantiks. Besonders zu empfehlen, wenn man in Gruppe reist und die 3 Zimmer mit Freunden besiedelt sind. Für Fitness sorgt das Treppenhaus ;-)
