Jeremy Hendon: Overall terrible experience. First of all, they delayed everything until the last hour (literally), when they had to file an extension for us. This is all despite the fact that we followed up with them numerous times over the course of 4 months in order to try to move things along. When they did respond (rarely), they refused to give us any guidance at all. We're expats, and they kept claiming that they couldn't give us any tax guidance, because they weren't familiar with US tax law - the problem is that we were asking for guidance with Portuguese tax law, since we'd hired them for that specific purpose. We ended up paying them 800 EUR to do nothing. (We went with another company even after paying them, because our experience was so bad). I was annoyed about it for a while, but I've delayed writing this review for 4 months to give myself a more balanced view, but I'd personally still recommend staying far away from this company.

Eles se dobram para trás para dar o MELHOR SERVIÇO, MELHOR PREÇO e MELHORES ESCOLHAS em tudo o que eu procuro. Esses caras trabalham fora do horário normal de funcionamento entregando e instalando o que eles vendem. Se algo está errado com um aparelho que veio do fabricante, eles vão fazer certo. Não podem obter esse tipo de serviço nas lojas da BIG BOX. Se você está procurando o MELHOR, então esqueça o REST. Obrigado a um milhão de gajos........ Grant Fountain.... Estou começando a notar uma tendência sobre quem recebe o excelente atendimento ao cliente, e quem é tratado e olhado como se não devesse estar em sua loja! Eu ia ligar então para diagnosticar os problemas que tenho com uma arma de fogo, mas agora eu não acho que o meu dinheiro será tão valioso, ou se ele vai gastar o mesmo... É muito perto da minha casa, então eu lamento dizer que vou ter que levar o meu dinheiro para outro lugar... Estou realmente feliz por ter lido estas críticas...
