I was in Cascais for a few days of vacation and wanted to work out. I was lucky to find this place. It is small but has all the equipment you need for training (good quality). The two trainers were very attentive, interested and knew how to motivate people for a hard workout. Plus, they were very open and welcoming and we could speak English and Spanish. Highly recommended and thanks to them I got interested in the concept of crossfit.
