Optima estadia. Maravilhosa escadinha romântica rodeada de natureza, ar fresco e animais da quinta. A cristina (dona da quinta) está sempre à escuta para nos ajudar com toda a sua simpatia. O lugar é gigantesco e lindo, e o que é óptimo é que está a 5 minutos a pé de uma entrada para o parque/castelo dos mouros. Fiz uma estadia inteira sem carro e sem transportes em comum, tudo a pé e foi muito fácil. Vim de comboio até Sintra e encontra-se a 15 minutos a pé. Recomondo a suite superior que é linda e bem grande, a banheira no chão é TOP, a limpeza impecável, dois duches disponíveis, a cama hiper confortável e o melhor é que temos um pequeno terraço privatizado com bancos e mesa à frente do quarto e também a 2 passos da quinta com os animais. Recomondo! Venham nesta epoca de epidemia que tudo é controlado e securisado e está vazio, o que é melhor.

Lugar maravilhoso, relaxante pude estar com os animais piscina magnifica mesmo muito bom correu super bem. Adorei e recomendo imenso

Absolutely gorgeous piece of heaven only 25minutes out of Lisbon! I went here for a weekend getaway with my girls and it turned out to be the loveliest stay, the host is super sweet and considerate and the poolside is stunning! We'll be back very soon :)

Très difficile d'accès. Très mal indiqué. Chambres avec très mauvaises odeurs venant des remontées d'odeurs dans les canalisations sanitaires et douche. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet établissement, même si les photos vues sur Booking s'avèrent trompeuses.

Sítio espetacular! Qualidade do quarto medíocre. Pequeno almoço muito bom! Atendimento excelente. Colchão cheio de covas... Não estava em condições para pernoitar.

Wonderful area to see but this are Hotel had much less than advertised. No swimming pools indoor or outdoor, no tennis courts, great location, though very difficult to find.

La Quinta está en obras. La habitación que era la suite deluxe estaba sin terminar con el techo sin pintar y otros desperfectos como humedad en el baño, la pintura de la pared desconchada, el agua no potable... Un HORRORRRRR!

Poor communication and lack of availability of staff to respond to simple requests. Zero email communication from the hotel. Attempted to contact through Expedia with zero success. The lack of communication was so bad we felt we couldnt stay here as if they cant respond to email and phone calls what will the property service be like. Would recommend booking elsewhere.

Quinta mal entretenue, chambre qui sent le renfermé, humidité très importante, draps, canapé, serviettes de bain humides, le bois pour la cheminée mouillé aussi, je deconseille fortement.

위치는 아주 좋았다. 숙소내 경치도 아름다웠다. 그러나 이틀동안 따듯한 물이 공급되지 않아서 찬물로 떨면서 샤워했다. 아침 조식중 전기가 나갔다. 모든 것이 아름다웠지만 아쉬운 점이 많았다

Sintra, nord di Lisbona! Bellissimo paesino immerso nel verde! Bellissima tenuta in cui perdersi nella tranquillità, a far mangiare qualche Lime alle capre! Animali da fattoria liberi ! Ampie camere ben arredate! Bei bagni! La struttura e L ambientazione sono da mozzafiato!

Great location and property however difficult to find and road signage almost impossible to see. If you miss the turnoff, you have to drive a long distance to get back as the road is one way and you can’t turn around. Also, construction works on property which meant early wake up with lots of work noise happening outside. Still, a beautiful place to stay and would return again.

Las habitaciones son preciosas y están equipadas como un apartamento. El personal es muy atento. La localización es estupenda. A 10' andando del centro y justo detrás del Castelo dos Mouros en la zona menos transitada donde hay varios paseos por mitad del bosque. Es ideal para venir con perros. De hecho todos nuestros vecinos incluían uno de cuarto patas.

Solo para el verano. Acceso por dirección prohibida. Atención al público depende de la hora y la memoria de con quién hables. Muy buen fotógrafo para mostrar sus alojamientos, que buscan más la cantidad que la calidad.

Such a romantic place to share an evening by the fire place. The bed was amazing, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and you can be around some goats and a donkey (Bruno) for some time well spent with the wildlife. Just a small note for the bathroom that is not a closed room, lacking some privacy and there was no garbage can in the room. Marvellous breakfast!!!

Maravillosa finca en el corazón de Sintra, trato muy agradable en el check in por Ruth asi como de Cristina. El lugar es un cuento dentro de un cuento. Sin duda volveremos. Además los animales sueltos en la quinta es un gran acierto. Muy recomendable.

NOT A EASY PROPERTY TO FIND! Your GPS will take you to a street that you cannot go down since it is one way, the opposite way. Even our local taxi driver could not find this property. The best word I can use for this property is quaint. The room was large enough, however, the hotpot didnt work, the locks on the doors were flimsy. I had to plug in the refrigerator and there was a used bar of soap left in the dish, a new one not provided. No amenities were furnished. The property itself is overgrown. If you are older, dont even consider this property since there are a lot of steps. The write up says restaurant available ... that is not the case. The property looks like a work in progress and may be ready in a year or two. We are animal lovers and the one quaint attribute that we liked were the animals, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and a donkey were free range. We thought the rooster would awaken us, but no, the donkey brayed at 3:07 a.m., a sound that could wake the dead!

Tiene muchas muchas posibilidades pero no las aprovechan. El entorno es espectacular. El servicio no es demasiado bueno.

Nous sommes resté 3 nuits à cet hôtel. Emplacement parfait. On sent que le personnel font beaucoup d’effort pour entretenir cet immense villa qui est assez spectaculaire. Ils ont été très receptif à nos besoins et commentaires. Du côté à corriger, étant donné que Sintra est un endroit très humide, les chambres en souffrent. Un désumidificateur serait un bel ajout (surtout pour la chambre du coin). La réception est un endroit agréable avec une très belle vue sur la propriété mais on peut malheureusement pas en profiter passé 18h. Très agréable de pouvoir choisir nos avocats directement de l’arbre et voir les animaux (chèvres, ânes, etc) se promener près des chambres. Stationnement gratuit et très proche un gros plus.

Единственный способ обогрева был камин,но когда мы его разожгли - оказалось,что дымоход не почищен,из-за этого в доме был очень сильный неприятный запах. За 4 дея пребывания там у нас ни разу не заработал интернет. Цена вообще не соответствует качеству. Заплатили звони проживание в старом бабушкином сарае

O nosso desagrado ao nos sentirmos descartados para um quartinho. Que até era melhor para o cão..... (nao deu para entender) O qual recusamos. Por acaso não moramos muito longe Além de estar imenso tempo para abrirem o portão Quem nos atendeu nem máscara tinha Pois na vossa video vigilância deve estar bem visível Para mais a notória diferença de antedimento que foi bem visível para o casal que chegou depois de nos. Já devem ser clientes habituais. Nós era a primeira vez... E a última garantidamente. Simplesmente horrível

nous déconseillons cet endroit en décembre, sur les photos l'emplacement nous paraissait sympa et atypique oui peut-être en plein été si le soleil veut bien arriver sur les lieux. la chambre et belle mais fortement humide et froide et un feu de cheminée quoi de plus romantique....eh bien pas là puisque la cheminée ne suffit pas à réguler l'humidité de la pièce nous avions réservé 6 nuits nous avons tenu 2 nuits humide et fort désagréable. Notre hôte Christina et Jessica sont très gentilles et malgré la barrière de la langue déçue de notre départ. Meilleurs voeux 2020 à toutes deux.

Lugar muito bonito e atendimento muito bom. Excelente lugar para se desligar um pouco da rotina. Fica muito bem localizado, bem no pé do castelo dos Mouros que dá para ir a pé através de uma fantástica trilha!

Pésimo total.... Desatendido....tuve un problema alas diez de la noche y ya no había nadie responsable en el hotel , mi niña vomitó en la cama y tuvimos que dormir sin sábanas ni edredón.... Nos fuimos muy descontentos por el trato por parte de los dueños.....

Warning - Scam, MOLD, Unfriendly worst experience. The place feels abandoned and requires huge improvements to meet the lowest living standard. It feels like the gettonfarm that god forgot. We did not get the room we booked. We got no explenation why. The other room we got smelled like MOLD, earth(in a bad way) and a dirty constuction site. We decided to leave. When we left the original room was suttenly avalible. We did not want to go back. We read other reviews that all of their rooms have Big problems. Unfortunately we read the reviews to late. The hotel is FAR from liveable. It is obvious that they are trying to scam tourists with images that are not like reality. Very very bad host. The host is unresonable and not seviceminded. Some people should not work with service. In a remote alley you find an unwelcoming door. Ring the bell untill your patience almost ends. Then a very unserviceminded lady will open. She will not be dressed like other hotel managers. Worn out 80s clothes that are as unprofessional as her service. Her language skills can be described as very bad tourist english. From the beginning we understood her ok but when we asked questions she suddenly could not speak that well and switched to portuguese. A great tactic if you dont want to help. We tried reasoning but we decided to leave. When we wanted our money back (we did not get the room we booked) she just told us to leave and showed us that she cared as little about us as she does about the standard they offer. The place is beond saving. The host had huge problems opening and closing the badly constructed room door. Also she could not get the lock to work. A very important feature. We would be better of sleeping on the street. A place where you as a tourist feel that you can get robbed and feel very unsafe. You simply think that you are in the worst place. -and IF you decide to go here you ARE in the worst place. Do not go here!!! PS. The relax poll looks like it will give you gonorrhea and syphilis.

Magical place! Atmospheric, beautiful landscape and friendly stuff. Loved it! Definitely for nature lovers. Perfect for 1/2 night stays. If you are and chain hotel person - you won’t appreciate this place probably. But take a chance, my husband and I loved it.

L’endroit pourrait être joli ! Mais rien est entretenu, et pas grand-chose ressemble aux photos que l’on trouve sur les sites de réservation ou le site de l’hôtel ! Les chambres, quand on vous en donne une pas trop vilaine, sentent l’humidité ! En plus elle ne ferme pas à clé : des gens ont pénétré dans notre chambre en pleine nuit ! Heureusement que c’est quand même propre.Quel dommage avec pas grand-chose ça pourrait être vraiment joli. Pour le prix, près de 100 €, au Portugal, sans le petit déjeuner, c’est clairement pas à la hauteur, pour pas dire : une arnaque !

Amazing space and grounds- a work in progress, but beautiful as is. Very neat to explore.Negatives included a strong mildew smell in the apartment, old/tired feeling furnishings, and a clunky check in- the host had a hard time finding my Hotels.com reservation at first.

Probably the WORST place I have ever been to. This is not how it looks on pictures! The nature around was rather burnt, not to mention the pool that was more of a pond with frogs. "Countryside style" doesn't mean you don't take care of the place you're giving your clients. My reservation was cancelled LAST MINUTE once I arrived at the property, although being confirmed several times both online and via phone! The worst part was the lack of respect they had, they did not even apologize. They only said we could book a small room for 120 euros (lol), which my friend and I have of course not taken. Sintra is full of beautiful places to stay, don't go here.

Este sitio no se como no está cerrado...nos dieron una habitacion con humedades el las paredes, el olor al cerrar las ventanas insoportable. Nos encontramos dos arañas como puños...limpieza directamente inexistente. Dos dedos de espacio entre el suelo y la puerta ( que daba a la calle)por el que tranquilamente se podría colar un ratón...una serpiente y demás bichos. Por la noche hacia frío y pedimos un calefactor ya que no existía ningún tipo de calefacción en la habitación...solo nos dieron más mantas. No soy muy exigente en cuanto a los alojamientos que voy ..viajo mucho y no voy buscando las vueltas...la mayoría suelen estar limpios...pero esto es que es penoso. Hay cuadras en mejor estado en España. Teníamos 4 noches en este sitio, reclamamos a la agencia y la segunda noche ya nos realojaron a otro hotel.

HORRIBLE!! NUNCA HABÍAMOS TENIDO TAN MALA EXPERIENCIA!! Cogimos la suite superior, pagando lo que a ello le corresponde la noche, y nos encontramos con una habitación llena de humedades, con paredes descascarilladas, con un olor a humedad y cañerías insoportable, al que no quedaba más remedio que acostumbrarse, y sin agua caliente. Lo hablamos con la trabajadora del hotel, que hacía de intermediaria con el responsable. El responsable básicamente nos dijo que si no nos gustaba, nos invitaba a irnos, devolviéndonos el importe de la noche que nos quedaba y que, si nos íbamos, no pasaríamos allí, algo que nos molestó por dejarnos tirados en nuestras vacaciones, pero antes de pasar otra noche en esa habitación, lo aceptamos, poniendo una hoja de reclamaciones, claro. Primero nos dicen que la hoja de reclamaciones se la quedan ellos, supongo que intentando aprovecharse de nosotros por ser de otro país, insinuando que no conocíamos cómo funcionaban las cosas allí, así que pedimos que llamaran a la policía para aclarar el tema. Tras más de una hora de la supuesta llamada, la policía nunca se personó, por lo que nos tomaron el pelo una vez más. Por el hecho de haber puesto una hoja de reclamaciones (derecho de todo consumidor), reconocido por la intermediaria, le habíamos "tocado las narices" al responsable y nos echaba sin devolvernos un solo euro por la noche que no dormiríamos allí. Tras comprobar que no nos moveríamos sin nuestro dinero o sin la policía para aclararlo todo, terminaron cediendo y devolviéndonos el dinero de la noche que tuvimos que irnos por la pésima gestión y resolución de problemas del incompetente del responsable. NUNCA RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL, SI VAS DE VACACIONES, ES PARA ESTAR BIEN, NO PARA VIVIR ESTE TIPO DE SITUACIONES.

This place has incredible potential if it was better taken care of. It has everything from small pools, fruit trees, open areas (sadly unused) and more but all in bad and dirty condition. Good news is there was some repairwork going on, although there is a lot that remains to be done. The staff were great and we would gladly come back, but only if they fix up the place.

Great location for the historic sites and very helpful staff. I was disappointed that the room was sold as having a garden view but the door to the garden was sealed shut.

Nette ruime kamers, maar vooral een prachtig uitzicht! Toen wij aan kwamen had het net geregend en hingen er nog veel lage wolken. De tuin leek wel een tropisch regenwoud. Er zijn ook beestjes, zoals kippen, een haan, geit en een ezel. Helaas is het wel slecht onderhouden. Als de tuin netjes zou zijn is het net een sprookje. Wil je een rustig plekje in het midden van toeristisch Sintra? Overweeg quinta do castanheiro dan. Echter, de muren zijn dun en bij luidruchtige buren heb je er last van. De bedden zijn helaas flink doorgezakt. Meer dan twee nachten hier verblijven raad ik niet aan voor je rug...

Foto's zijn mooi, realiteit is helaas totaal anders. Vervallen interieur, gebouwen en tuin. Grote puinhoop. Drie appartementen zijn tegen rotswand gebouwd met erboven de receptie annex onbijtzaal. Extreem vochtig en geen ventilatie ondanks de grote kieren in de schufdeuren aan voorzijde. Alles binnen klam en vochtig, dus ook schimmels en zeer ongezond klimaat om in te verblijven. Bed keihard en vochtig. Zeer onaangenaam! Na 2 nachten blij weer weg te mogen, maar wel ziek, zwak en misselijk. Alle kleding in koffers nog dagen klam. Kortom: NIET DOEN! Bij vertrek dit gemeld. Antwoord: weten we. Volgend jaar maken we airco erin. Hebben we nu niets aan en eerst zien dan geloven. Maar men is wel nieuwe appartementen aan het bouwen.... foute prioriteit en de nodige overlast van de aannemer. Conclusie: idee is leuk, slecht uitgevoerd en men vindt het prima zolang het maar verhuurd wordt. AFRADER!!!!

Un lieu magnifique, il y a des travaux effectivement mais les photos sont identiques à ce que l’on réserve. Le petit déjeuner est servi avec les oranges pressées du domaine, on peux flâner au milieu des citronniers et des orangers. Le jardin n’est pas un jardin à la française taillé au cordeau mais il a tellement plus de charme comme cela. Le personnel est très sympathique et très accueillant. Et la piscine est un réel plaisir, se baigner sous les étoiles dans la douceur de la soirée, c’était magique. En résumé le rapport qualité prix est excellent! Et ils prennent les cartes bancaires.

Pros: good location for hiking to castles and nice quante outlook onto property and camping look and feel with fireplace in rooms. Cons: very little privacy. Curtains did not shut fully so anyone walking by the the room could look in, bathroom and shower offered little privacy as doors did not fully shut and only locked from the outside. Rooms were cold and damp.

Acogedor y romántico cerca de todos los monumentos en Sintra

We arrived at 9pm and we had to wait 45min for someone to show up with keys. The room was absolutely freezing. Bathroom door didnt lock properly, and the toilet / room divider wasnt sound proof.

This place is really fun with fresh fruit trees, donkeys, chickens, ducks and a goat which our kids had a great time getting to know. The hosts were fantastic and such a pleasure to meet. They were very accommodating and made us feel at home. We had fresh squeezed orange juice and eggs from the farm’s chickens for breakfast! Our only criticism is that the property overall could be cleaned up a bit. Our room was very clean and nice, however.

Espaço sossegado com boa localização e os anfitriões são bastante afáveis e prestáveis. Ainda falta alguns pontos a melhorar dentro dos quartos

Cadre magnifique mais tout est en chantier ! Pas de chauffage, très humide.... Tout laisse à désirer. Bon courage pour trouver l'endroit, aucun panneau .. Prix pas du tout justifié et cher. Le seul point positif : Juan, le réceptionniste et Christina, une femme de chambre sont très sympas et serviables.

Estes senhores deveriam estar presos. Quartos sem condições mínimas de habitabilidade.

This is a very interesting historical place already under reformation but has excellent potential in the village of SINTRA

Hôtel dans la forêt assez simpas. Seul bemol assez humide et manque d entretien extérieur. En cours d'agrandissement il serai surement bon de mettre de l ordre avant de vouloir agrandir. Attention aux supplement chambres double avec deux enfant vendu sur booking mais lit en supplement !et supplement facture ! Et surtout ne prenne pas la carte bleue!!!
