I've done yoga with many teachers around the world, and Ericeira Yoga is top of my list for the quality of instruction provided by the teachers I experienced here. The style is nurturing and careful, while still being challenging and vigorous. The teachers expertly help one to find that beautiful balance between inner calm and external effort that makes yoga so unique and fulfilling. I can't say enough good things about the teachers, the studio and the approach. I wish I could import the whole studio to my home town!

He estado en 6 clases con 4 guías distintos. Cada uno me ha enseñado algo. Trato exquisito, ambiente perfecto para una sesión de yoga. Altamente recomendable. I assisted to 6 classes with 4 different guides. Each of them has tought me something. Perfect place for a yoga session. Highly recommend.
