We had last November a very bad experience with Kaza Portugal. We booked through Booking a very nice appartment in Lisbon for a 3 days stay. Unfortunately, as we were visiting the city, someone entered the appartment ans stole my wife jewels, a laptop, an iPAD and a smartphone. As they were no signs of break in and the door was locked when we came back, we asume the robber had the keys of the appartment. Knowing there were some robberies in the neighbourhood and considering the renting price (130€/day), we consider Kaza Portugal should have taken appropriate measures (install a safe, lock the door with a secured key...). Our lost was approximately 4000€ and we asked for a full compensation. Kaza Portugal only accepted to refund the price of the renting as we decided to move into another place due to the lack of security of the appartment. Knowing that, we advise you to be very careful before renting an appartment through Kaza Portugal.
