Woaahhh!!! Amazing! Every course was imaginatively presented and absolutely delicious. A really special treat. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, spoke great English and were lovely. Lovely views from the restaurant too on a clear day.

Incredible dinner and attentive service. A lot of textural surprises. A gazillion sides come with the a la carte so you don’t really need to get the tasting menus although the food is exceptional enough that it’s worth getting it. Some interesting flavors and thoughtful plating too. Michelin star well deserved. Very affordable NOT expensive considering this is probably half of what a big city or upscale western food in Asia would cost you.

Este restaurante é divinal! Muitas vezes temos ideia que os restaurantes com cozinha de autor e com estrelas Michelin são muito sisudos e demasiado formais. No entanto, no caso deste restaurante a realidade não é essa. O ambiente é super descontraido, acolhedor e os funcionários impecáveis. Atenciosos, simpáticos, prestáveis! Fazem com que esta experiência seja ainda melhor. No inicio de cada prato dão uma noção do que vamos comer para que saibamos de antemão. São grandes conhecedores da carta e dos pratos confeccionados pelo chefe. Os pratos, ou momentos, são incriveis. Deste que vemos o prato até que o saboreamos que estamos perante A experiência. O chefe Gil Fernandes tenta sempre despertar todos os sentidos. Os momentos estão super bem empratados, os cheiros são deliciosos e o sabor magnifico. Apesar da complexidade de cada momento, os sabores são simplesmente divinais! Escolhemos o menu degustação 3 momentos que consiste numa entrada (Lula), prato principal (carne - vaca maturada; ou peixe - raia) e sobremesa. No entanto, o chefe brinda-nos com outros pequenos momentos que complementam muito a experiência. Adorei a experiência e recomendo vivamente!!!!!

Surpresa atrás de surpresa, é só deixar fluir, a cada novo sabor sente-se uma nova vaga de frescura. Uma vista que corta a respiração, feita de quadros vivos a cada olhar renovados. Mesmo muito bom!

This is THE restaurant! First, the service. As soon as we arrive we feel ourselves as precious guests of all the restaurant team. We travel with our 6 y.o. son, so the service in general as well as kid-friendliness is imporatnt to us. Here everything was at the top level. As for the food - each and every course a la carte as well as numerous chef's compliments were perfectly cooked and, let's say, built: the picture below shows one of the compliment - octopus with cuscus and mashed potato surrounded by 2 sauses, that do not mix each other. We enjoyed several fish courses and our son was just happy with his pasta (spaghetti presented in the for of a cutlet) and grilled catch of the day. Wine list is extensive and carefully picked to perfectly pair all the food courses. My strongest recommendation to book a lunch or dinner when visiting Lisbon. P.S. The view from the dining room to the ocean is amazing!

Excelente restaurante, o menu do chefe é uma excelente escolha. O melhor linguado que comi na vida. Os pratos são uma verdadeira obra de arte, com ingredientes de alta qualidade. Ambiente confortável e elegante com uma linda vista para o mar. O restaurante possui inúmeras opções de vinho e o sommelier está disponível para auxiliar e explicar cada um dos rótulos.

Ресторан очень сложной молекулярной кухни. Постоянно приносят разные комплименты от шеф повара, специфичное разноцветное масло. Вообщем ресторан на любителя насладиться кухней, а не быстро поесть. Изысканная кухня, интересная подача и вежливые, дружелюбные официанты. Каждое блюдо делается с любовью. Некоторые из них можно назвать настоящим шедевром искусства! Вкусно, но дорого:( Но все равно ставлю 5 звезд)

Very elegant hotel with restaurant by the coast, and perfect for sunset with an outdoor area. Loses a star for serving cream tea without clotted cream. As a Brit, this is unforgivable.

Мой любимый ресторан в Португалии при мини-отеле на берегу Атлантического океана с потрясающим закатом.Очень красивое историческое здание с запоминающимся интерьером.Кроме мишленовской звезды удостоин призов за лучшую коллекцию вин в Португалии.Потрясающий сет из 4 блюд с несколькими амюс бушами до и между блюдами,поэтому больше не заказывайте.Невероятно приветливый персонал и очень уютное здание в стороне от туристических мест Кишкаиша.Рекомендую бронировать заранее.
