Staff very usufull and friendly. Design of the bedrooms is top and smells like new - and it is! Perfect for 1 night close to the airport.

Building looks poor.But inside from 6th floor the rooms are excellent.Great value for money for a city hotel near a major airport. Would stay again for a 1 or 2 night stay

The front desk never notified me of the strict check in/out times and the employee was extremely rude. Also, there is no place to leave one’s luggage while exploring the city.

The 2 euro Portuguese tax was very frustrating because they will give you a hard time adding it to your credit card. Also there was very loud music at night and loud banging noises in the morning. Other than that the rooms are cute and the place is very clean. In terms of location it’s the perfect place to go if you missed your flight. Don’t expect to see any restaurants and stores it’s kind of situated in the middle of nowhere.

We booked a room at that location because it was close to the airport. However, it was hard to locate since the rooms are located on the sixth floor of an apartment building. We did not feel that it was located in a nice neighbourhood either. Staff was friendly but only available as of 4pm which makes it impossible to get service before that. We arrived earlier and could not reach anyone and were stuck outside the building. Rooms are nice and clean and a kitchen is available. All in all, the rooms were ok but I do not think it is worth what we paid for. We could have found something better for less.

Accueil sympathique, chambres très propre. Pratique si vous êtes de passage à l aéroport de Lisbonne. Nb: il s'agit d'un appartement transformé en chambre d'hôtes. Rien n indique de l extérieur qu il s agit d un hôtel. Il faut prendre un taxi depuis l aéroport.

Good location near the airport. Shower drain was completely clogged, we had water flowing on the room floor.

La habitación estaba muy bien, la decoración muy bonita. La cama era muy cómoda y se dormía genial.

The reservation was paid in full using hotels.com. However; upon check-in, there is an additional 17 Euro fee that needs to be paid Per the receptionist Margarida before getting access to the room. Although we didnt mind paying for the fee, we simply asked for a receipt as this was a business expense. The hotel lied that they never received the payment which is a clear indication that hotel pockets the money under the table.
