It's a shame ! After waiting 10 min when nobody was there we received cold (freezed?!) Burger. When we complain they just put it on the grill. I know we can't have high standard for this kind of place but still, having a hot burger is a minimum !

Greasy fast food that's over priced. Good if you're very hungry or have no other alternative. Don't go for the deals: you'll pay for it with your health.
Last piece of advice: exercise more, likely you need it!

Had a quick bite here ans found their kentucky fries to be good tasting because of nacho cheese and bacon bits. Their double trouble burger wasn’t that good however. Coffee is much drinkable than what you get in Asia’s KFC outlets.

Never been on a KFC before and I must admit, their chicken wings are absolutely delicious. It won't be my last visit for sure.

Really solid KFC.
PROS: We got the duo meal, option 2. It was very filling for two people and tasty.
CONS: The lime Lipton iced tea was watered down.

Good food, but have to many people all the time and they sometimes gives you something different than what you asked for

Very quick with the meal. The zinger options are not as spicy as the UK and sauce for fries costs 0.70 euros so a meal costs about 7.20 euros. BOSS burger was OK - a bit like a McChicken sandwich

Where should I start..... How many lines do I have to explain this is a shame.
Not a smile, not motivated people, on their smartphone while a line is waiting. 25 min for a meal in an airport where it should be a quick service 'fast food' restaurant no a structure of working neither someone who takes the lead. Too many of them doing
nothing.....

É dos piores KFC que já tive a oportunidade de ter uma refeição, frango seco e sanduíches todas feitas à pressa e sem jeito nenhum. Simpatia do pessoal é quase 0, é o que faz meterem pessoal com mão de obra barata a servir... Já para não dizer outra coisa.

Je n’ai pas eu de sauces alors eu nous avons pris un bucket pour deux personnes, en temps normal on a au moins deux sauces, je suis aller demandé et on ne m’a donner que quelque ketchup. NUL

The wait for a connection to Gambia was 6 hours, so obviously we required some refreshment. We eventually found The club, London pub where we ordered 2 drinks. Upon getting these we were presented with a bill in 'euros' which we did not have as we were going to Africa. I offered UK Sterling, but they would not accept.
I apologised and went to a bureau de change and changed £20 to euros and returned to pay our debt. This only just just covered the price of a pint and a half of beer.
Why call this place a London Pub if they do not accept UK Sterling?
We also found that the smoking area was totally inadequate being a small circular enclosed area, which was very near to the childrens play area. The place was packed with smokers, and they were having to smoke outside!

Need to improve on customer service. Should be customer friendly. I know it's a busy airport but a smile or some acknowledgement wouldn't go amiss. Asked for kechup as I wasn't given any & was ignored another member of staff had to tell him again.

Un servicio muy rápido y bueno! Todo lo que he probado, está buenisimo! Todas las semanas ceno ahi... para mi, la mejor opción del aeropuerto.

No que toca à comida ou se gosta ou não se gosta. O que destaco é o atendimento, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e pacientes. Coisa rara na amadora.

Na hora das refeições o espaço acaba por ser pequeno, mas como é um local onde se come rápido, não é preciso esperar muito para arranjar onde sentar.
O espaço é bastante limpinho e asseado, quando à comida, é a mesma que se encontra nos outros KFC.

Até hoje não tenho razão de queixa sobre algo de grave como leio aqui. Isto porque antes de criticar tenho que dar a hipótese da segunda oportunidade, vejo que ninguém deu segunda oportunidade, sim já tive batatas frias e solicitei quentes,o empregado pediu desculpa e deu me batatas fritas na hora. Isto tudo também vai do português ou turista dizer por favor, se Faz favor ,obrigado ,de nada,é óbvio existe um bom dia a quem nos serve,agora eu vejo variadas vezes em variadas horas do dia em que ninguém, saliento,NINGUÉM O FAZ,óbvio que o atendimento é medíocre e lastimoso. Portanto,desta cadeia tenho a dizer os meus Parabéns desde,PACIENCIA,EDUCAÇÃO, EMPENHO,SOLUÇÕES, É ACIMA DE TUDO COM DETERMINAÇÃO. Volto e com muito prazer recomendado.

Very expensive menu and too small portion. However staff very friendly and the Fries were tasty. It's just too expensive. Special offer sign infront of restaurant wasn't available anymore...

Disgusting food, very rude, inflexible manager, ugh, the cockpit place is much better, the Pizza Hut next door was also decent. The coleslaw was just bitter, not creamy at all, they don’t even give you the wet napkins to clean your hands afterwards... WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN........ Do not go unless everything else in the entire world is closed....

The fries were really good! Nice hot and krokent! It was only because the sauce was decent i didn't gooi it meteen weg. Than my broodje. Man man man. The patty was cold and older than me probably(just turned 18) the bacon is just not baked. The cheese is verdwaald and than the chicken... man man man. With the chicken u say, what can u do wrong? Ask them. Amen

Service was pretty okay on 2016.11. 21 afternoon. But the food was below standard. The Frenchfries were cold and the chicken was really dry. I had the impression that the food was not so fresh.

Burgers ok, but service extremely slow and rude. Mashed potatoes come without gravy, super dry and no comment at the cashier.
