Absolutely horrible. Stay away at all costs. Didn't even get my order and they never refunded me. No wonder you don't see Heineken restaurants in the United States.

Péssimo Atendimento, os funcionários são arrogantes e não tem interesse em ser atenciosos, como há questões sobre custa um produto, há respostas como "Não interessa". Mesas estão sujas e os clientes se arrependem após de terem comprado. A administração deste ponto deixa a desejar, isso explica a baixa qualificação. Não recomendo

Unos sin vergüenzas. No te dicen el precio de las cosas hasta que te las sirven. Una cerveza 4,50.. lo que gano yo por 1h dura de trabajo.. sinceramente es una auténtica vergüenza

Located in both Terminal 1 & 2, Heineken Grandcafe is a good spot to grab a quick drink & bite. It’s located next to McDonald’s and across from Soho in T2. Terminal 2 is where the majority of the no frills airlines depart and is a little lack of facilities but does have everything you might need. Pint of Sagres is €4.40 and the food looks pretty reasonable too. Didn’t see many people eating though on my visit to Heineken Grandcafe in T2.

Good organized Grand Cafe, nice food and staff very attentive. We had hamburger and some softdrinks. Bit expensive but I can't complain.

Demasiado caro. O café é horrível e ainda por cima pedem para arrumar o tabuleiro! Ah e o melhor: a senhora da limpeza vem limpar o pó enquanto comemos!!!

Ok - I have to admit it: The burger was so ****** good! Much better than any other burgers I ate while travelling around Portugal and this was just a random airport cafe, hahah.
