Good, reliable service. One of the machines had a problem (with my clothes in it) and the owner came in 30min after a call and fixed everything. Place is clean, equipment modern. Might be a bit expensive, but it does the job well.

The machine and environment is good. The cash machine was broken and they fixed it so fast after my call.

Waschsalon mit 4 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trockner. Es gibt 2 x 8 kg, 12 kg und 16 kg Waschmaschinen. Die Trockner sind jeweils 16 kg. Ein 8 kg Waschgang kostet 4,20 Euro und kann vor Ort mit Kleingeld oder einem Geldschein bezahlt werden. Der Automat wechselt. Das Waschmittel ist im Preis inklusive und wird von der Waschmaschine automatisch mit eingefüllt. Man braucht also nur Geld und seine Wäsche mit hinein nehmen. Das Waschmittel duftet sehr angenehm. Ein 12 min langer Trocknungsvorgang kostet 1,50 Euro und kann ich verschiedene Stufen durchgeführt werden. Nach dem trocknen kann man an einem großen Tisch die Wäsche zusammenlegen. Ein Wäschekorb ist auch vorhanden. Leider kam es während meinem Waschvorgang zu einem Wasserablauffehler, so dass ich von außen den Fehler nicht beheben konnte. Erst als ich erneut 4,20 Euro eingeworfen hatte wurde das Wasser abgepumpt und ein neuer Waschvorgang wurde gestartet. So habe ich für das Waschen 8,40 Euro bezahlt. Sehr ärgerlich, aber im Hotel hätte es mehr gekostet. Ich würde meine Wäsche hier wieder waschen.

After the laundry machine took my money and having to move back and forth from the pay station and the machine, my money was taken and my clothes were not washed. I then called the number provided and was provided with an address. After showing up to the address, nobody was there and they told me to come another day... I’ve walked 20 minutes up a hill only to be refused my money. This place is a pathetic excuse of a business, not to mention they overcharge for their service. DO NOT COME HERE

Coloquei pouca roupa e no ciclo de 55min 40°C a máquina não lavou direito, as meias saíram sujas e as roupas amareladas. A secadora é rápida, pelo menos, e secou bem a 70°C. Não eletricidade para carregar o telefone.

洗いは兎も角、乾燥機は最低2回掛けないと乾かないんだ。

O espaço é agradável, no entanto, não existe uma uma ficha onde colocar o telefone a carregar :( Do meu ponto de vista é muito desagradável atendendo ao tempo que precisamos de passar no espaço. The space is cool but there is no plug available to put your phone charging so if you are thinking about going to this laundry... You better think twice (or charge or phone first)!

São 4 máquinas para lavar e 2 para secar, todas as vezes que usamos foi super prático e tranquilo.

They sell expensives washe, and there is no softner in the washs. In the end you are paying for the water. It was machine number too 2 I am no longer in Forget. Too late... forget it

Very confusing system. While I was waiting for my clothes one washer leaked and another took someones money and did nothing

Instructions are confusing and contradictory. Get it wrong and face a long trek to another part of the city to reclaim your money. Before anything, take the right coins, then choose the correct machine! Those to the left are smaller and cost less. The two machines to the right (#3 , #4) are industrial size and cost nearly double. Load it and set the program (you can't choose it later). Pay the exact coins and run back to press Start before the time expires. Yes it's that retarded. At least the end result is not bad, once you've got the hang of it. If you do make a mistake, you need to get a receipt from the cash machine then you have to trek over to the other outlet by the main railway station before midday with the receipt to get a refund.

手前4台が洗濯機、奥2台が乾燥機。8kg 通常洗い(synthetic)で25分、4.5ユーロ。洗剤柔軟剤は自動的に入る仕組み。乾燥機は一番温度高いP1で12分1.5ユーロだけど生乾きだったので2回回すか部屋干しが必要。回してる間に椅子に座って待てるが、近くにスーパーPingo Doceがあるのでそこで時間を潰すのが良さそう。

It was convenient to my hotel for the last leg of my visit and very efficient machines. A little pricey compared to US coin laundry; however, the detergent and sanitizers are automatically added to the wash, so you don't have to worry about purchasing these items or measuring, etc.

Its clean. Soap is included in your wash. And the machines directions are clear in English. Just go slow and carefully read. When/If there’s an issue there is a phone number to call and the owner will assist.

Great laundry for tourists, pretty cheap - do a 16kg load of washing for €9, instructions are clear and written in English.

(review from experience in 2016) above all, the softener smell was bad. but also, the machine eats coins. plus, the support is rude and don't care. it's like a slot machine that thing!

This lundry is a self service. It is equipped with 4 washing machines (2 for 8 Kg, 2 for 16 Kg) and 2 dryers. There is a huge table where you can pack your clothes. You pay at the automatic casher (coins and notes). Soap is included and automatically provided by the washing machine. Bring a bag with you because buckets are always escaping (maybe a need of freedom ! ) 8 seats are also available. Opening hours are from 08.00 to 22.00. Wi-Fi is also available. This laundry is very modern and clean. I do recommend to go there.

Be careful while instructions are "simple" if you make an error there is no voiding transaction and start over, you only option is to call owner and arrange refund. That said place is clean reasonable.

En pleno casco antiguo de Lisboa. Instalaciones impecables con cuatro lavadoras y dos secadoras. Para cualquier duda tienen telefono y atienden también en español. No es caro para dar un salto a Lisboa sin llevar toneladas de ropa

Espaço moderno e agradável. A roupa fica com cheiro muito bom e durante muito tempo. Relação qualidade/ preço otima

After I mistakenly set an incorrect input, the coin machine wouldn't return me 4€. I mailed them using their own free WiFi and to my surprised I got an immediate answer. We arranged to meet the next day at the laundry shop and there they were! On time to return me the 4€. The laundry machines work wonderfully, the shop is clean, the free WiFi is awesome and the staff proved to be extremely reliable. Highly recommended.

Anunciam cestos de roupa, mas eu não os vi. O placard de informação sobre os programas de lavagem não corresponde aos programas da máquina. O temporizador da máquina de lavar acusou que faltava 1 minuto para acabar, durante 10 minutos. Por mim não tem problema, mas imagino que quem venha a seguir que desespere a ver o relógio parado. Agora as coisas boas, o ambiente é limpo, a música agradável, num volume agradável. As indicações estão bem explícitas (as que correspondem).

たまたまだと思いますが、洗濯途中で止まってしまい、カスタマーセンターに電話し修理に来てもらわないといけなくなりました。マシン自体も少ないので空くのを待つ時間と、乾くのを待つ時間とでかなりの時間拘束されます。

Two washers and two dryers. The instructions to use the machines are clear enough. You'll need coins and small bills. Very clean.

Clean interior. Good location. Nice boss if you can meet her. Most importantly, WiFi provided which makes you not feel bored while waiting.
