I had an excellent experience. I had a bag full of laundry that I needed done before the next day as I was taking off to another city. I called around 12:00 and dropped it off at 12:30 and they had it ready by 7:00PM the same day. The laundry looked and smelt great. I will admit they were a little pricey but so worth it for the convenience.

Left a tshirt to wash on a Thursday afternoon, to pick up Friday afternoon. Friday I was informed they gave my shirt to another costumer by mistake. I needed my shirt to wear on a sport event on Saturday morning. They call me Saturday saying they can’t retrieve it even though they located it. They promise it will be returned on Monday. I came from the Azores to attend a sports event on Saturday and Sunday and brought my only gym staff shirt for it. And now I can’t use it. They even admitted they didn’t ask for the ticket to the costumer that took my shirt as he was a frequent costumer. Avoid this place.

Empregada mal educada e antipática

Fui muito bem atendida. Estava de passagem por Lisboa e precisei limpar um casaco branco com manchas de vinho tinto. Fizeram um excelente trabalho em tempo recorde! Obrigada!

Péssima! Atendimento precário, atendente cobra antes de pegar a roupa além de antipática e a roupa voltou com poeira e calça sem vinco. Nunca mais irei lá! Uma pena pois no Chiado não contamos com mais nenhuma lavanderia.Na foto veja como a roupa voltou toda com pelos
