Very basic accommodations, but served the purpose for a low-cost stay near the airport. Receptionist was very nice, but amenities and rooms are older and outdated. Only 1 electrical socket, which was in the bathroom. Its a 7 minute walk or 3 Euro Uber ride.

Terminus is een bijzonder hotel met een mooie tuin om lekker in te ontbijten. Het is misschien een beetje vervallen maar de prijs is goed voor wat je krijgt. Het enige waar we wat last van hadden was onze niet geheel functionerende toilet.

Es una pensión, pero nos cobraron 74€+2€ por persona y noche por "tasa turística" por una habitación minúscula, antigua, con mesillas desparejadas, armario viejo y destartalado, baño enano en el que solo funcionaba la luz del espejo, no tenia enchufes en la habitación sólo uno en el baño. En el balcón una silla de plástico rota. Un despropósito. La cama era cómoda. Por fuera bonito, un jardín bonito dónde se puede desayunar (el desayuno va incluído) y piscina. El personal bastante amable. Tiene un "bar" por llamarle algo, pequeño con mesas a ras de suelo y poca cosa. Necesita una reforma a gritos.

Em termos da qualidade e o preço ...podia ser mais barato. Limpeza é satisfatória, tivermos um bom pequeno almoço. O quarto era pequeno e faltava tomadas elétricas, só tinha uma na casa de banho.
Gostei muito do jardim, tem muitas arvores e flores. Lugar de estacionamento fechado e seguro. Pessoal muito simpático. Se for mais barato (42€ - 48€) era para repetir )))

I had very low expectations of this bed and breakfast after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised that for me the negative reviews did not apply. I found the staff to be incredibly courteous and helpful. My room was plenty large enough for me, the bathroom and shower was more than adequate, it was quiet, and had everything I needed including a desk and bedside lights as well as charging port for cell phones and plug-in devices.The bed was not the most comfortable but I put a pillow under my spine to help with that and I travel with my own pillow so that was no problem. I think this is a very good bargain for someone who sleeps well and wants to stay very close to the airport for an overnight.

No es el lugar más lujuoso para alojarse pero el trato era agradable, las habitaciones muy limpias y se disfrutaba de gran tranquilidad a la hora de descansar. Incluso nos hicieron flexibilidad horaria y pudimos salir después de las 12:00.

Old outdated rooms. Everything is falling apart and the air conditioner was so loud it should be considered broken. Shower was extremely small and the doors where falling apart. The last receptionist I spoke to was not accommodating. This place shouldn't be in business until they make renovations.

80 euros pour une nuit dans une chambre minuscule, avec l'air conditionné presque aussi bruyant qu'un avion dirigé directement sur les visages. Pas de sèche cheveux et des serviettes de bain minuscules. La télé très ancienne qui marchait par périodes de trois minutes Le petit déjeuner composé d'une unique tasse de lait, de deux brioches, d'un petit pain de la veille, d'une tranche de fromage et d'une tranche de jambon. La moquette de l'endroit du petit-déjeuner était pleine tâches.

Terrible place. The air conditioner made a very loud noise. I asked for a room change and was denied as the cleaning staff had finished work. They must only clean a room if it’s booked. I told the guy at the front desk to come have a listen, he said he knows how noisy it is. So I asked why did you book someone in there then. He replied once the room is cool just turn it off and he can’t do anything. The rooms are extremely out dated, tv is tiny, air conditioner very old too with the remote taped up so you can’t change most of the settings or fan speed. The beds are very uncomfortable and small. My parents stayed here 12 years ago and dad jokingly said well the place should be renovated by now then to the front desk after he seen the swimming pool out front, the guy replied saying no no it hasn’t changed since then. We should have left just then and there. Noisy female staff member at the counter in the morning almost yelling when she is talking and laughing. Very noisy road out front. I highly do not recommend.

Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt in Flughafennähe eine relativ günstige Unterkunft mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Der Pool lag noch nachmittags in der Sonne.

Le seul point positif: l’hotel est proche de l’aeroport, environ 10-15 minutes de marche. Par contre il est vraiment vétuste et pas vraiment bon marché, nous avons payé 82€ la nuit, normalement un petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h, nous devions partir plus tôt et n’avons rien eu du tout, pas même le jus d’orange qui nous avait été promis.

This hotel gave me what I needed. I was essentially stranded at the airport in Lisbon for the night and I wanted a place close to the airport and reasonably priced. No more than a 15-20 minute walk away from the airport, Residencial Terminus was there to receive me past midnight local time. Since it was going to be a stay no more than 10 hours as well, I was given a lowered price by the older gentlemen behind the counter (who also speaks Spanish). The room was what you would expect from around 50€, nothing special, but nothing bad. Firm mattress, small TV in room, but a lack of power outlets. I had to leave my phone charging in the bathroom overnight which was not a huge issue.

Fue como meternos en una habitacion de hace 50 años todo super antiguo una mini television encima de un armario de madera antiguo dos camas juntas con hueco en el medio intentando hacer una cama doble,el olor tipico de las casas viejas y todo lleno de moqueta y aun por encima nos cobran 4€ mas por la cara...en fin nada bueno

Slow reception no Facilities Hole in Ceiling at reception Buckets to catch water on floor Bar was closed But they serve Me some Bottle lager which was ice cold the way I like it Room very basic Style from the fifties Also No plug sockets had to climb on chair to put TV On Which was over wardrobe On top of the wall no Wi-fi did not work did have air conditioning on wall But no hot air just made a loud noise so had to switch off So Room was like a fridge freezer Very hard to Sleep matches very uncomfortable Breakfast was included but in the morning there was no sign of it So Gave the key back to the receptionist And we left the hotel to find a Cafe It was definitely an experience

It was suitable for the purpose, it was a little cold and the heater in the room was not very efficient, in fact it stopped working a few times. Overall it was ok, have to say the staff were friendly, i would stay again.

Wer sich mal wie im Horrorfilm fühlen möchte ist hier richtig.
Alles ultra dreckig, kaputt und gruselig.
Der Inhaber wirkt wie aus einer anderen Zeit und ist im Wesentlichen mit seinen Katzen beschäftigt.
Haben uns trotz später Nacht noch ein anders Hotel organisiert.

Horrível,eu paguei 80,00 euros por 1 noite o senhor que estava na pensão tratou nos muito mau a ponto de nos sai na mesma noite do Hotel,Eu tenho uma sobrinha ai e ela foi buscar no hotel os presentes que eu levei para ela,Esse senhor foi no quarto falar coisas,minha sobrinha disse que nao iria ficar ali nem um minuto a mais...Eu arrumei minha mala é sai...fiquei tão triste

Very convenient to airport. Clean rooms, staff was very helpful and provided tourism suggestions for our short stay. Nice swimming pool. Secure location for our car. They made a wakeup call at 04:00...! And a very reasonable price..

The older gentleman who booked me in evening I arrived was very helpful and phoned ahead to a local restaurant too make sure they were open. The family run restaurant quickly cooked up a tasty meal for me, were friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately, not having plug ins in the bedroom was not great as I use a CPAP machine. As well, the sink did not drain in the bathroom and the air conditioner quit working in the morning. At the breakfast, I couldnt locate any staff anywhere so stuck my head around the corner and called out. A young woman showed up and almost rudely told me to go sit in the dining area. The breakfast was cold and not fresh but all I needed was coffee, so it sufficed. The property is beautiful as was Kiku the resident cat. However, the amenities could do with an update and the BV young lady could learn some lessons in hospitality from the older gentleman who worked in the evening.

The leoperty is very close to the airport. Although the place is VERY dated and need to be updated. Carpet covering broken tiles on the floror that click when walked on. A kitchen sink aerator being used as a shower head. Yes, seriously. Other than that the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Très pratique pour passer une nuit, pour pendre lavion le lendemain matin. Pour ce qui est de létablissement il faudrait le remettre au goût du jour. Très vieillot, pomme de douche inexistant. Revoir linsonorisation car proche dune nationale. La propreté de la piscines est à revoir aussi.

the tea pots need to be changed because when i poured my tea the hot tea sprayed down the side of the pot straight onto my feet. the lady serving breakfast thought it was funny and said we should have kept the lid open....she did not inform us of this before! otherwise everything ok.

Very friendly staff, 5 min by car from the airport (it was very important to us as we would be traveling very early in the morning), outdated hotel, 24 h front desk, good parking area in the property, simple breakfast. Good option for those that will stay 1 or 2 days in Lisbon.

The best thing to say about this hotel is that it is close to the airport and that there is a bus station right outside, from where you can take the 708 bus downtown. Since that was all re really wanted, it was OK overall. The place is a bit dated, and the room was tiny. Our room had two separate beds, as reserved, and was clean. Service was good. Breakfast was good, a sandwich, a muffin, coffee and juice; which is what I expected. Id recommend this hotel to someone who, like us, just needs to bridge a night or two between flights (due to the timing of our flights, we had decided to spend a day in Lisbon on the way home from Germany to the US) and cost is a factor. Its not where I would take my family for an extended vacation where you spend much time at the hotel. Im giving it an average rating overall.

A bed and breakfast with real atmosphere, although more of from the 60ties or early 70ties. Faded beauty not much renovated since that time. Not for persons who want modern style and good wifi. Nice, calm garden where you can sit and eat your breakfast and even a pool to cool down.
Hard mattress in bed, but at least they have now changed the old fat tv:s to the modern flat screens.
Good value for money to find a place like this if you want to stay close to the airport. One can walk there in 15 minuters, but check carefully before hand how to walk there from airport, because it is not a straitforward way. Starting point is from departues level entrance passing by arround the round car park building, crossing the street and turn right, walking along the street.

A decent , affordable place to spend a night before a flight. Very close to the airport, free parking inside their yard, continental breakfast included. The rooms are vintage, outdated, but clean and a very nice service at the reception, even after midnight when we arrived.

Sehr schlecht,keine Steckdoee in Zimmer für Handy aufladen,Betten mit Folie überzogen,sehr alte Mõbel alles quitcht,geruch von irgendwas,frühstück wird ausgeteilt und mit zwei stück Schinken für zwei Personen und zwei Stück Käse dazu ,das ist sehr wenig.

This property is no frills. We booked a double bed and got two twin beds. We asked the staff not to clean our room but they did anyway. The staff was really friendly but don’t expect much from this property. Needs a renovation.

I liked this place, the staff were lovely and it is super handy for the airport just 10min walk Fine for one overnight. Must go to cafe just in park entrance a further 5 min down road super tranquil and great good. B and B just needs smartened up has nice gardens and pool. Very noisy beside main road but it is affordable . The rooms need a power point as only one in bathroom. Breskfast is very good.I would recommend it though for a convenient overnight.

Crappy shabby horrible room with no power outlets and the TV is 12 inches tiny tiny thing from the 80ies and placed in the ceiling. Say that they are fully booked even though you can book online and refuse to cancel although it said it should be possible in our confirmation.

El hotel del terror. Todo es muy viejo, huele mal y prácticamente no tiene mantenimiento. La casona tiene un aspecto tétrico y frío. Los colchones están reventados. No hay enchufes en la habitación ni para cargar el móvil. Manchas horribles en las alfombras.
Nosotros cometimos el error de pagar antes de ver la habitación y luego nos fuimos sin que nos devuelvan el dinero. Huyan de este lugar. Es el dinero peor invertido de la historia. Parece la casa de los horrores.

A localização há 700 m do aeroporto é fantástica e através do metrô aeroporto pode ir a qualquer lugar de Lisboa.
O local é limpo e os funcionários atenciosos.
Mas precisa de uma reforma urgente porque tudo está velho. Desde os colchões ao carpete.

renovierungsbedürftiges B&B, bei meinem Zimmer schloss die Tür nicht richtig und ist nachts durch einen Windstoß aufgeflogen. Da es günstiges ist als alle anderen Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens bekommt man eben das wofür man bezahlt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der späte Check-in war kein Problem.

C’est vraiment parceque je ne peux pas en mettre zéro. Comment vous expliquez, l’insalubrité, l’humidité! L’eau non potable, casi jaune quand on la met dans un verre ou une bouteille. Le minimum d’équipements. Une télé des années 40, les radiateurs n’en parlons pas, la moquette au sol était noir de crasse. AUCUNES prise de courant !!!!!! Obliger de débrancher la télé et de ce tenir en équilibre sur un pouf pour charger un simple portable. Les draps avaient une odeur de vieux.
Passons à l’acceuil; aussi lugubre, froid et flippant que le décor..
la devanture annonce 4 étoiles, ma foie, 4 étoiles dans les années 40. Malheureusement complètement hors du temps en 2018.

Localização privilegiada junto só aeroporto de Lisboa. Dista deste cerca de 10 minutos a pé. Os quartos são muito antiquados mas limpos. A televisão é tão antiga e tão pequena como já não estamos habituados. Não tive oportunidade de tomar o pequeno almoço porque saí muito cedo.
Para quem está tão perto do aeroporto, seria útil ter um pequeno almoço servido desde muito cedo.
No entanto, para passar uma noite, para quem estiver em trânsito, é uma opção válida. Não conte com luxos.

We arrived at 8:30pm for a connecting flight at 10:55am the following day. This hotel served our purpose perfectly. It's just about 1 km from Terminal 1. You can walk for 15 minutes or take a taxi for 5 minutes to get there. The taxi charge is 5-6 euro. Breakfast is included in room rate. If you just need a place to sleep for an easy transfer, this is my recommendation for you.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Einfallstraße ins Stadtzentrum - 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Airport - es ist also laut. Es wurde vermutlich in den 60ern erbaut, zumindest scheinen seit diesem Zeitpunkt keine Modernisierungen mehr statt gefunden zu haben; auch das Mobiliar stammte aus dieser Zeit. Das Bett war so kurz, dass mein Freund nicht hinein passte, länger hätte es allerdings auch nicht sein können, da das Zimmer zu Ende war. Die einzigen 2 Steckdosen befanden sich im Bad oder waren für den Fernseher vorgesehen, der übrigens etwa A4-Format hatte. Die Zimmertür ließ sich kaum schließen, allerdings könnte dies auch daran liegen, dass die Tür völlig verzogen war. Die Dusche kaum nutzbar, da der Duschkopf eine Küchenbrause war.

Very nice and beautiful place.Unfortunately in the room there was only one power socket available in the bathroom. Additionally what isnt mentioned - you have to pay for the first night on arrival.Otherwise hotel looks better in real life than on the pictures.

Exactly what we needed for an overnight stay to catch our flight out of Lisbon. I did not use any of the amenities, checked in at 9pm and out by 8am. Very convenient for what we needed. Staff was helpful with all our luggage, and finding a place to eat at that hour.

Älteres Hotel, ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber tip top sauber. Personal entgegen einiger Bewertungen die Freundlichkeit in Person, so etwas habe ich noch nicht zuvor erlebt. Frühstück absolut ausreichend, einzig die Tische und Hocker in der Bar waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (klein und tief).Kostenloses WLAN im Zimmer mit seltenen Empfangsverlusten. Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel, gute Verbindungen in die Innenstadt Lissabons. Einziger unglücklicher Kritikpunkt: Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten am nahen Flughafen von Lissabon war die Hauptlandebahn gesperrt, somit landeten die Flugzeuge in der Zeit zwischen 0 und 6 Uhr genau über dem Hotel. Anzahl allerdings geringer als 10 - wenn aber eines kommt ist es sehr tief und setzt gefühlt auf dem Hoteldach auf (Höhe noch ca. 100m).Diese Baustelle gibt es noch bis voraussichtlich 31.08.2016, täglich außer in der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag.Insgesamt Preis/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung, ich würde wieder übernachten!

Very well located if you have to stay close to the airport (10 minutes walk alongside of a busy road with pedestrian crossings), friendly staff. The room I got was very basic though.

A nosotros nos anularon un vuuelo y estuvimos hasta las 2 de la mañana con los tramites.
Por ello nos toco pasar unas horas tirados en el aeropuerto.Fuimos hasta este hotel sobre las 11 del mediodia y ya nos dieron la habitacion.Precio ajustado y muy serviciales.
La habitacion muy limpia pero muy tronada.Para una noche bien.
Nos indicaron sitios para comer cerca y contentos por ello.
El jardin muy tranquilo para pasar la tarde.
Nos entraba el desayuno pero no lo aprovechabamos porque nos ibamos a las 4.30 para el vuelo.
MI queja es que nos cobraron hasta un cafe por la tarde sabiendo eso.

Für eine Nacht, soweit ok. Im Bett liegend roch es nach Urin und warm Duschen war auf Grund eines angeblichen Wasserrohrbruches nicht möglich. Da der netter Hotelier an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, habe ich mich noch ganz gut beherbergt gefühlt.

80 € la habitación doble, mido 1,77 y no entro en la cama, todo muy antiguo y roto, sólo 1 rollo de papel higiénico, antigua casa de lujo transformada en hotel, la casa muy guapa, piscina grande y aparcamiento.

Servicepersonal war nett.Anbindung zum Flughafen perfekt.Mit Taxi für 8€ in die Innenstadt,auch gut!Hotel mit Gruselfaktor.Bettdecken,Inneneinrichtung, einfach alles aus den 70ern.WLAN funktioniert nicht.Keine Steckdosen im Zimmer.Zum Glück War ich nur einen Abend dort.
