En période de Pandémie Charm Discovery ne nous a pas remboursé, ni proposé un avoir. Vous générez un chiffre d'affaires et diminuant les charges puisque vous n'occupez pas les chambres. Conclusion devenez actionnaire de ce lieu, c'est très rentable!!!

Pour avoir essayé de reporter ou annuler mon séjour à cause d’une force majeure (annulation du vol) 48 heures avant le séjour, les responsables de l’hôtel n’ont pas du tout été compréhensifs, pire ils ont procédé à la retenue d’un montant plus que la réservation et ne se sont pas suffit d’une nuitée comme c’est la pratique pour no show, ce sont des arnaqueurs.

아파트 숙소 모든 면에서 참 좋습니다. 다들 침구나 식기 등이 본인들 집보다 저 좋다고들 했네요. 단 사무실과 실제 숙박지가 다릅니다. 큰 짐을 가지고 이동한다면 꼭 실제 숙박지를 잘 인지하시고 그쪽으로 바로 가세요. 전 실제 숙박지와 멀어서 고생 좀 했네요.

CONS: -Shower door didnt work at all so a mess is bound to happen. No bathroom utilities. U can hear EVERYTHING through the walls from the other bedroom. 3rd floor no lift. Strong smell in the bedroom. PRO’s: - excellent location -kind staff (man at reception) I took this place as it was the only one available at that range of price around the area for one night stopover, but Im sure that for one night a right hostel would have done the job for a 3rd of the price.

Excelente localização, bem equipado, limpeza impecável. Anfitrião atencioso e prestativo. Único ponto negativo é não ter elevador, nosso apto era no quarto andar. Subir com malas foi uma pesada missão.

Positiva: Céntrico, económico, cómodo, personal muy atento.. Negativa: El cuarto del wc, muy pequeño.

Positive: Al centro e vicino la fermata metro baixo chiado. Negazione: Lavandino e doccia accanto al letto, 3 letto buono solo x un bambino per salirci bisognava arrampicarsi su una scala non ancorata e a 40/50 cm dal soffitto, pulizia inquietante

Positif: L'emplacement du logement. Négatif: La propreté du logement, des réparations sont à faire pour éviter des fuites d'eau dans les WC et nous n'avons croisé personne durant notre séjour pour obtenir des conseils ou même savoir comment se passait la remise des clés à notre départ... vraiment déçue...

Positive: Location was the best and Carolina was very friendly !! However, As the room It’s in an excellent location that also means the street was very busy and therefore noisy at night l. Be prepared for an early wake up call!

Positive: Excellent central location and quiet. Helpful welcome on arrival.. Negative: Studio rather cramped with no comfortable chairs and toilet not working properly. Keys for the apartment not easy to use! More communication beforehand would have been helpful to make it clearer what to do on arrival.

Positive: Best possible location. All electronic devices are there(so you only have to buy tea or coffee capsules). Usually if You are noisy and late it is what You are looking for :D. Decent place for a very good price.. Negative: No tea, No coffee, not enough towels, no toilet paper.. bed matrace is as usual in Portugal way to soft. Practicaly no sound isolation from (possibly) noisy or very late neighbours.

Positiva: La ubicación del apartamento y la amabilidad de la persona que nos recibió al llegar. Habitación luminosa. La cama grande y cómoda.. Negativa: La puerta del baño se atrancaba y costaba abrir y cerrar. El grifo del lavabo estaba roto. La pared de la habitación tenia una cristalera grande arriba y cuando se enciende a la noche o muy temprano la luz del descansillo (huéspedes que van y vienen) entra toda la luz al cuarto. Son todas pequeñas cosas que se pueden solucionar fácilmente.

Positivo: Ótima localização e área do quarto adequada para uma estadia de poucos dias.. Negativo: A limpeza estava péssima. Também é preciso aspirar de baixo da cama, o tapete já não devia ser lavado há anos, a bancada da cozinha estava suja com migalhas de pão e os lençóis não tinham cheiro a limpos.

Positif: Proximité du centre ville. Négatif: Arrivee devant fermée et accueil au bout de 10 minutes par la serveuse du restaurant de à côté Chambre petite Sanitaires lamentables: tout petit lavabo avec robinet casse sur meuble moisi et douche dans la chambre sans séparation toilettes sans aération et exiguëes Beaucoup de bruits sur la rue avec les trams Fenêtre au dessus de la porte d entrée laissant la lumière dans la chambre

Positiva: Está a dos minutos andando de la plaza del Rossio.Muy buena ubicación.El apartamento es grande y cómodo.. Negativa: Todo nos gustó.

Положительный: Если Вы любители сетевых отелей и стерильных функциональных пространств - вам точно не сюда) Атмосферная, очень маленькая квартирка в самом центре города, очень удобно расположенная. Хозяйка - милейший человек) . Негативный: Нет лифта - для меня не недостаток, но для многих - вполне определенный, тк квартира на 4-м этаже..Душевая прямо у входа в квартиру, в прихожей..)

好意的: 対応してくれたスタッフが素晴らしい！日本が好きらしい。部屋は1人だと十分で、一人暮らしの部屋って感じの作り。もちろん日本のホテルのような感じではないが、旅慣れてる人ならば問題ないと思う。立地は駅に近いし、観光場所にも近いのでいいと思う。. 否定的: ホテル名は実際行くとCharm Discoveryという名前だった…

Positive: La pulizia della camera, la disposizione del tavolo e le sedie sotto la finestra ed in generale la cura dei dettagli. Carolina è stata super gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione della camera è fantastica per chi vuole godersi la città.. Negazione: La doccia perdeva acqua dalla base, il parquet è molto rumoroso, in camera si trova una macchinetta del caffè senza cialde (poco utile) e un phon dotato di diverse bocchette ma che ha l'estremità fusa che rende le bocchette inutili e il locale dove si trova il wc è talmente piccolo da non riuscire a chiudere la porta.

Положительный: Отель расположен в центре. В пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей. Попросили ранний заез и без проблем его получили. Нас встретила очень весёлая приветливая девушка , все рассказала.. Негативный: Очень шумно в номере!!!!!!! Окна выходят на оживлённую улицу. Спать вообще невозможно! Убирается номер тоже посредственно. Постельное белье в пятнах. Выселение в 11:00, но когда мы пришли в 10:50 за вещами уборщики ждали нашего выселения уже под дверью+ звонок хозяина с просьбой покинуть номер.

Positief: Heel centraal, 3 straten lopen en je bent in de hoofdstraat. Fijne ontbijtplek in de straat. Lichte kamer. Aardige hostess.. Negatief: De kamer mist wat faciliteiten. Een spiegel boven de wasbak, een kast. Sommige dingen zijn raar uitgekozen. Maar de kamer heeft veel potentie

负面: 位置很好，走路的话，地铁站5分钟，升降机10分钟，教堂15分钟，城堡20分钟。价格也很有优势。checkin和checkout都在楼下的饭店，比较方便，房主也可用WhatsApp随时联系。. 正面: 隔音不好，楼下电车过的时候有噪音。来的几天一直在下雨，房间里很潮湿很冷，洗澡的地方临近窗户所以尤甚。厨房里没有刷碗的用具。厕所有点小不通风。白天周围游客相当多，但夜幕降临的时候商店关门，下城的小街给人一种不安全的感觉，不过有时可以看到警察，但仍然千万不要在晚上往martim moniz地铁站附近去，我们去那附近的一个中国超市买东西结果背包差点被偷，还好被我们发现把东西要了回来！

Pozytywna: Świetna lokalizacja.. Negatywna: Śniadania w tawernie na parterze budynku teoretycznie od 8.00 ale w praktyce później. Niesprawne urządzenia w kuchni. Brak noża do krojenia.
