Praticamente 1 hora depois de termos contatado os exmos srs, a reclamar de barulho de arruaceiros alemães que às 2h da manhã estão a cantar no meio da rua, a beber e a atirar garrafas aos carros, somos informados por um "excelente" Sr da autoridade após segundo contacto, que têm muito trabalho, tendo desligado a ligação em seguida. Temos uma polícia do melhor...

Went there to report a lost wallet. One of the nicest police officers i have ever met, was helpful and even spoke some german! Don't understand the bad reviews at all.

Dirigi-me a esta esquadra com um amigo estrangeiro, para apresentar queixa contra agressores, no dia 18/10/18 e apesar de haver dois agentes da PSP à porta me foi dito que teria que ir à esquadra da Baixa ou à esquadra do Bairro Alto. Fui impedido e desincentivado de apresentar queixa naquele momento naquela esquadra O desinteresse demonstrado pelo assunto da queixa foi por demais gritante pela parte dos agentes presentes naquela hora. Não houve o mínimo de cooperação ou de solideriedade exigido a uma força que deve zelar pelo bem comum. Fiquei envergonhado perante o meu amigo estrangeiro pelo péssimo serviço prestado Esta esquadra é inútil nestes termos

I brought two Japanese friends to this station because one of them lost his passport. After 2 hour waiting we were received with rude comments and told to go to another police station because I spoke portuguese. Neither was I keen to translate the incident that happened to my friend neither was he calm enough or fluent enough in english to tell me. Terrible experience, could have been warned before the 2 hour waiting.

I thought that getting mugged and assaulted, by three guys, while trying to find my hostel would be the worst part of my night, but then I got to the police station. The receptionist from my hostel was kind enough to walk me to the station, however I wish I wouldn't have gone. The police officer helping me out honestly couldn't have seemed to care less. I don't know what his issue was, but he was just plain rude to me and seemed rather annoyed that he had to help me out (Even the receptionist commented to me about how rude he was, and this was not normal for most police). I explained to him that I was carrying all of my baggage, when I was ambushed, punched in the face, knocked to the ground and robbed, but he didn't seem to take it too seriously since I didn't seek medical attention. The officer barely took down any descriptions (of which he got wrong). When he typed up the report, I mentioned that he got some of the details wrong and he responded with something along the lines of "It doesn't really matter." I would have understood a bit more if it was busier, however, by the time I was served I was the only one left needing help. I was in no way rude or disrespectful to the officer, so I have no idea why he was so cold with me. I felt so looked down upon, and the whole thing felt so pointless, I just wanted to apologize for how what happened to me was such a huge inconvenience for him, get up and leave. There was a second officer there, who seemed a lot nicer. Maybe I would have had a different experience if he would have helped me out instead, possibly. I know that it was unlikely that anything would come of reporting the incident, but I was hoping that they would have at the very least cared, showed some compassion and given me some peace of mind. I did not receive any of that. I ended up leaving the station even more upset than when I arrived. Treating people, who ask for your help, like this is not ok. This was near two very popular hostels as well, so for the sake of others, I hope they took my complaint serious enough to take more precautions in that area.

In Lisbon on vacation, around 11 pm A store alarm started blaring and kept going (loudly) for over an hour. One, short very polite conversation with the dispatcher and about 10 minutes later the alarm was off. Thank you!

Tanto na Esquadra da Cometis como na da Rua da Palma onde nos dirigimos em primeiro lugar, fomos muitissimo bem atendidos e a resposta mostrou ser rápida e eficiente ao furto da carteira de um ex-colega meu, americano, que nos veio visitar com a sua família. Passado muito pouco tempo desde que o furto ocorreu, enquanto aguardávamos ser atendidos na Cometis, a carteira que foi furtada na Baixa ao meu amigo encontrou o caminho de volta ao seu proprietário, tendo-lhe a mesma sido devolvida naquela delegação de Polícia, o que não deixou de nos causar uma agradável surpresa, pela rapidez e eficácia destes serviços de apoio ao turista estrangeiro, o que se louva.
