Despite the historical background of the school, I'd give it a 3-star score. I agree that the architecture is stunning and the school is one of the oldest building in Lisbon, however it's really dirty. Especially the bathrooms, try to avoid them even in emergencies!
There is a small cafeteira with two employees, one of them is really nice and kind. The prices in cafeteria is really good, but few options are available!

In the Camões Secondary School, eight 'principles' envisaged appear to satisfy a profile based on the reference frame indicated in the preface to the document which presupposes freedom, responsibility for the work, self-awareness, family and community participation in the society that surrounds us. The emphasis on the qualification of young people is an indispensable for the valorization of citizens, for a democratic citizenship and for the sustainable development of the country, insofar as it promotes the education and
cultural enrichment of citizens, their capacity for initiative and their creativity. At the However, many of the most relevant aspects referred to in the proposed 'Profile' proposal
appear to be incompatible with the existing education system, at least as far as the secondary concerns. Instead of universal, differentiated and inclusive education, why should compulsory schooling, in the current model we have, on the one hand, a cycle exclusively study, which we consider very restrictive, either in in terms of the offer of curricular pathways, as regards the differentiation of interests, motivations and abilities, since it is strongly conditioned by the examinations and conditions of access to higher education, factors that directly interfere in the how the students' learning is promoted, how the teacher education. Another aspect related to the aforementioned concerns parallel (vocational, vocational, ...) parallel pathways of socially devalued access to higher education remains a mirage. In order for these principles to have a real application and support the key competences that the document proposes, presupposes that there will be a reform or a curricular revision, otherwise it will not be possible articulate these competences and their operational descriptors with the programs of the various subjects.
