The owner, Ana Lucia, gave me a wonderful pedicure after I had walked 800 km on the Camino. My feet are good as new! She was very nice and professional. ❤️

I coloured my hair and wanted a blow dry, i had dry, coloured natural curly hair. They painted it and instead of a blow dry they made it with a straightner straight. After a week i mailed because my curls still did not come back and 29 cm down my shoulders it looked dead. I could not come because i do not live in Lisbon. They called and said they did not do nothing wrong. 2 weeks later i went to my normal hairdresser , she was shokked indeed my long hair from my shoulders down was dead . She had to cut it all off. And even though i had send pictures they still said they could not see that there was something wrong and did not want to pay me back!! This is a bad salon. I also did gel nails there at the same day and within one week 5!! Of them went of, broke on the point where they where glued. Never again!!

Terrible gel nails. After one week 3 nails got broken, another different forms. I just came to get appointment and she said sit and I can do it now. Im not surprise that she didnt have customers. Master cut my skin 2 times painfully, blood got started to run. This master said that I can pay by card. I ask 2 times in the end I couldnt pay its only cash. Seriously? The manicurist took a photo before nails and after. Only students do photos before. Ofc she didnt upload this terrible work for internet. Nail polish palette was very dirty i couldnt understand even what exactly colors is.. And finally they charge me 35e! Like in a very good salon in Lisbon! I understand if she is just starting to work with gel and she needs practise but dont charge it like from professional work!! Also she did it 2.5h normally everybody do it in 1.5h. Pity its not possible to upload photos here i have improvements.

Super salon d'esthétique et de coiffure. Service au top. Je suis arrivée avec une photo de ce que je voulais, et c'est tout à fait le résultat. Elles m'ont demandé si elles pouvait faire des photos et j'ai dit oui, j'en poste une ou deux pour vous faire une idée!

I went to Ana Lúcia Estética e Cabeleireiro to do Brazilian waxing. The master Ana is really professional and friendly. The other ladies were really nice as well and made me feel welcomed. The price is really worth it. I highly recommend it!

During our trip to Lisbon we decided to have a pedicure in this salon. I have to say that the staff was friendly (tho don’t speak any English) and welcoming. After few days my boyfriend had a pus in his big toe and he could explode it after 2-3 days. However for me it started once we arrived back in Luxembourg. I am writing from a hospital right now, I hope it’s nothing serious however it is almost impossible to walk for me, the pain in the big toe is too strong. I have almost no doubt that it is coming from pedicure as we didn’t touch our nails with anything else and wore closed shoes. I’m very sorry to write a negotive feedback to these nice, welcoming guys but it is very important to keep your equipment clean and dezenfected at all the times.
