You can leave your luggage in one of the compartments and explore the city. It came in handy because we had a late flight but had to check out early.

The hard part was putting the luggage in with no help, bad faces and rude answers. After that, when we were paying, it was a little hard to organize the payment and he was stressed and rolling eyes. He was visibly bothered by we trying to adjust the payment. When he told us that you didn't accept card (which it's a bad point) we were a little surprised and we ask what we could do, again the answers were rude. He was not proactive, nor trying to help, but worse, he was making us feel bad for not having it all together. He was just rude in every opportunity he had to be nice. Very unfriendly staff! XL lockers are just available for XL suitcases. You have to rent an individual locker for each suitcase, bag or thing you want to store. Of course, since this way they would have charged four lockers instead of one. What a rip off...

Very rude staff!! We wanted to leave 2 backpack(1 small 1 medium sized) the guy told us that we cannot put it in 1 L sized locker because he might run out of them(???). We asked if the rule is that one can only use 1 bag/locker, his answer was: "Im too busy to explain". The other customers were a couple with the same "problem". Took our luggages to Luggage Storage lisbon,just around the corner. Cheaper price, very nice staff there.

If you need to leave your luggage for couple of hours, it’s a pretty good choice. Nearby the metro station, so after a pick up you can easily reach the airport.

Dealt with two different employees here and both were equally unfriendly. Prices are ok-ish, but next time I'd rather use the public lockers at Cais do Sodré station rather than dealing with this misanthropy.

Very convenient automatic storage, great location. However, plan to pick up your luggage well before your flight as the locker guard has been away for more than it was indicated '5-10min break' and did not answer the phone. BTW it is also cheaper to use the automatic locker.

Muy antipáticos. Si hablas portugués o mejor dicho si eres portugués te deja llenar la consigna con todo lo que te quepa, si no, una para cada cosa aunque la mochila te quepa con la maleta. Ni Hola, ni gracias, solo aceptan cash, por lo que nada de tarjetas. No hay fracción por horas o 5 u 11 horas. Parece que en vez de pagar por el servicio entras a molestarles, y aunque vean que la gente no llega a sitios altos, ni se molestan en ayudar o asignar una consigna mas baja

If are on the way in or out of the city, that's where it will work to leave your luggage for a few hours - All attractions of the city around and all directions transportation means also! Baixa-Chiado subway station to airport at 50 meters walk in front of Brasileira bakery and coffee shop, the Pastéis de Nata factory and tram 28 stop at 20 meters from luggage shop. The place to leave luggage!

Used on arrival for the weekend 9/11 June a godsend and very reasonable price! We were able to make the most of our limited time and explore this beautiful city uncluttered by cases!
