Highly derogatory comments towards foreigners. Complete abuse of power by the employees of this state-run "agency" in their futile attempts to provoke a reaction on people like myself that want to get on with their lives. I was asked highly inappropriate questions by the employees of this PUBLIC institution that would have granted them, at the very least, adverse disciplinary proceedings in my country. Even when I politely asked them to stop their condescending, inappropriate and unprofessional remarks, their obnoxious employee decided to constantly ask me as to why I didn't want to become a Portuguese citizen (as I had made the decision not to apply for Portuguese citizenship despite being eligible). Why would I want to be a citizen of a highly corrupt country, embarrassingly over-bureaucratic, with a pathetic economy and third-world standards? Looking at the other reviews, it seems consensual that you are a parasitic bunch of people, stuck to your 'government' jobs without being productive. DO MORE WORK AND LESS TALK SO THAT YOUR COUNTRY DOESN'T NEED TO BE BAILED OUT AGAIN... Stop living off tax payers' money and contribute to your own country by, at least, acting as decent and responsible people towards those that contribute to pay your salaries.

Terrible service. Went there twice to get my address changed. They kept making stupid rules each time (none of which were real) just so they don’t have to do it. After that went to another office and got it done in less than 5 mins. Ridiculous!!!

1 hora de espera, lo cual es poco para este tipo de sitios. Los funcionarios podrían ser más amables pero no hubo problemas.

After 3,5 hours waiting time a handycapped person came in and received instant service. There is nothing bad about that but with queueing her in my pulled number got skipped in the System. After noticing the staff about that error I just received “pull ticket” as a response. I first thought I pulled the wrong ticket so I asked which ticket I need to get, where “pull ticket” was the only response coming from everywhere. I asked for the manager in the hope he could speak English, and he did. He responded that I was too late with my ticket and need to pick a new ticket. He also made fun of me that I would be an alcoholic (“you probably had too many B52s haha”). I just wanted to make my taxes before leaving the country and do not care about any possible money to receive, but it seems impossible to me. You can really feel the hate for foreigners in this place. If you plan to make your taxes be sure to bring a local, or else you may have spend the whole day at this place for nothing.

Tienen incorrecta la hora de cierre, y a las 15 ya cierran el servicio de cita. Pésima atención.
