I worked for Teleperformance Portugal for 6 years and I can say that this is one of the worst places I have ever worked. This company has grown out of proportion in recent years to the detriment of the quality of work and the ability to manage personnel and facilities. HR and Employee Support staff is totally incompetent, distracted, stubbornly rude. They are the absolute negation of all the basic HR skills: no empathy, no basic legal knowledge, incapable of listening, even when you are talking in their own language. They are not able to answer to their employees' questions and solve their problems. They often spread incorrect or unverified information and errors in payrolls are frequent. Teleperformance Portugal has several buildings in the Lisbon area: all of them are overcrowded, with frequent air conditioning issues (too hot or too cold). Poor cleaning, and minimal or barely adequate sanitary installations in relation to the high number of employees on the floor. Salaries are too low for a city that is becoming more and more expensive due to the massive tourist boom. Good health insurance, yet it is activated only after 6 months.

A lovely building. I heard that next to the other location which is in entrecampos, this building is considered as the most beautiful location of Teleperformance Portugal. I even heard that the whole building is powered by solar energy. Close to the building, you can find a lot of restaurants and even a mall with a big supermarket and a lot of stores.
