Bardzo ładnie położony. Czysty w zupełności zasługuje na trzy gwiazdki. Rozciąga się z jego tarasu bardzo ładny widok na miasteczko i zamek obronny na wzgórzu. Dwa baseny pozwalają się schłodzić w upalne dni.

Me gustaron las vistas, al llegar nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que reservamos, antes de salir de casa ya habían descontado las habitaciones , necesita una puesta al día en Reforma sobre todo el baño y el desayuno muy poca variedad.

A lovely spacious room very pretty area to stay lots of restaurants and shops also a great market for fresh produce. We took a kettle as we like an early morning cup of tea. Continental breakfast but everything you would want. Will definitely stay here again .

My wife stayed there with two little children and was attacked by a receptionist Joao ONLY because she asked him to stop shouting at 1 o'clock in the morning. He was so aggressive that my wife had to call the police to calm him down. The management of the "hotel" did nothing at all when contacted in regards to the issue.

This hotel is well placed for Silves and it is quite a pleasurable walk to the centre of Silves. The staff were very obliging and helpful with everything, the rooms are cleaned daily and you have good views from most of the rooms. The WI-FI is limited to the lobby and maybe just outside the hotel sitting on the front and rear veranda, ample parking and there is a paddling and a good sized pool on the lower level plus loungers and tables.

Un posto.molto tranquillo , bellissimo i dintorni. Con una bella.piscina, vicino al centro, ci si può andare a piedi senza problemi. L'unico problema che.non hanno un buon collegamento ad.Internet e poche prese di corrente in camera. La colazione ottima ed lo staff molto gentile

Damp bedroom; cold lounge and breakfast areas; dismal decoration. Entire place needs revamping to bring it up to an acceptable standard. No tea making facilities, poorly maintained bathroom and bedroom; condensation on internal walls and on windows - unable to look out across the Silves skyline in the morning due to droplets on glass. If you are prone to asthma then this is not the Hotel for you. Having said that the hotel is clean and tidy but day-time Reception staff need to smile more - they look depressed and thoroughly tired of dealing with customers. Not so the Reception night staff we met - they were extremely polite and willing to assist where possible - and smile.Breakfast just adequate and fresh fruit salad great - together with the Portuguese rolls. Tables neatly laid.BUT we did not pay a huge amount for our ten days so although we shall not choose to stay here again, it is close to Silves town and has a wonderful pool with great views. Bring this Hotel up to date and it will be a winner.

We love this hotel. It may be quite basic, but it is clean and the staff are welcoming and we recognise the same staff from the many years we have been visiting this hotel. One never tires of the beautiful view over to Silves Castle.Breakfast is adequate. The hotel is a short walk from the town.This hotel certainly offers value for money.

WiFi finns endast i hallen vid receptionen tillgänglig. Utomhuspool finns. Ett rimligt badrum. Bilaktivitet utanför fönstret (oljud, lukt av avgaser).

El hotel puede ser bonito, pero la habitacion pesima, con una cama de 80 en la que no se descansa, ruidoso por estar al lado de la carretera y no estar bien insonorizado, las demas instalaciones no pude probarlas

Ein traumhaft schönes Hotel.
Hat man das Glück oder einfach ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Burg gebucht oder bekommen, hat man auch eine herrliche Aussicht auf die kleine Stadt und den Fluss.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und auch das Bad ist OK. Nur die Tür stört etwas, da diese in unserem Zimmer zumindest sehr groß war und ins Bad rein geöffnet wurde.
Die beiden Pools (eins für Kinder und eins für Erwachsene) sind gepflegt, so wie die gesamte Außenanlage.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. In der Regel wird alles rechtzeitig aufgefüllt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die eigenen, kostenlosen Parkplätze runden das Angebot ab.
Abzug und ich hätte gerne nur einen halben Stern abgezogen, gibt es für die leider Stein harte Matratze, den all gegenwertigen Geruch von Feuchtigkeit und den unangenehmen Abfluss-Geruch den wir zu Beginn im Zimmer hatten.

Para el precio q pagamos aceptable, todo muy limpio pero se ve viejo el mobiliario. La ubicación muy buena con excelentes vistas, la zona del desayuno pequeña y teníamos que hacer colas para hacer tostadas y para la máquina del café. La atención buena, nos facilitaron pan y cereales sin gluten para dos personas celíacas.

Dont book this hotel! Rooms are old, beds are in a very bed condition. Cleaning service takes 2 Minutes for cleaning, bathroom remains dirty. Bedlinen arent ironed, balcon was never cleaned.
Reception people is horrible, no english, impolite and rough. Never book this hotel if you are going to spend relaxed holiday.
To the hotel: send your people to learn english, be polite to clients and stop to trick with bills, demanding the clients to pay something, what hasnt been taken!!!

Hotel w Silves małym miasteczku z przepięknym widokiem (z hotelu) na mury zamkowe. Hotel ok, posiłki bez rewelacji (kolacje); śniadania kontynentalne. Pokoje wygodne, niektóre z widokiem na miasteczko. Blisko lidl, po drodze rewelacja knajpki gdzie grillują kurczaka piri-piri (pycha!). Hotel ma mały basen i taras z widokiem.

Cuando alquilo una habitación en un hotel siempre me espero ante de todo limpieza y orden cosa que no me pasó en esa ocasión.
Nada mas que entrar en la habitación al encender la luz una telaraña , la cosa fue empeorando al entrar en el baño , pelos de anterior clientes en la bañera y al alrededor del wc , (wc que estaria bien cambiar lo que es la tapadera ya que estaba en mal estado) y polvo depositado encima de secador de pelo .y sin hablar de la escobilla del vater y su corespondiente caldo..
El desayuno estaba bien , eso si , el personal podría hacer que el area de buffett se quede limpia y ordenada ya que estan allí.
Paisaje de la terraza mirador impecable , con vista a castillo e iglesias. Ambiente tranquilo bueno para descansar.

Jolie vue et jolie piscine, mais c’est tout.Tout le reste est à revoir : les lits grincent, la chambre bruyante, le petit déjeuner est pauvre et raté (yaourts pas frais, mauvais jus d’orange industriel, pas de bol pour les céréales à manger dans une assiette), les rideaux de la chambre ne sont pas occultants, les prises se décollent du mur, pas d’etagère dans la sdb pour poser ses affaires, le tapis de bain par en lambeaux, les serviettes de bain sentent le graillon. Bref nos trois jours dans cet hôtel ont été les plus décevants de notre voyage de 2 semaines. On trouve bien mieux ailleurs pour le même prix ou moins cher.

El personal que trabaja en el hotel es muy antipático y serio. La señal wifi no llega a la primera planta del hotel, se desconecta y el desayuno es un muy pobre, poca variedad.
Las vistas si bonitas pero no disponen de servicio de restaurante para poder cenar o comer mirando al castillo.

I like this hotel. It is good value. I have stayed here as have many friends. The pool and terrace bar are excellent. Its located about 20 mins from the coast and many people like it because it offers something different from coastal hotels.

Podia ser um bom hotel se fosse bem gerido. Mas infelizmente o pessoal, além de sisudo, é incompetente.
Os quartos são antiquados e o ar condicionado normalmente está avariado.
Tem uma piscina exterior mas, mesmo em Agosto, não se vê lá ninguém, talvez porque o pessoal restringe o seu uso. Por exemplo: um passante que vá ao bar, faça consumo e peça para utilizar a piscina não é autorizado mesmo oferecendo-se para pagar o ingresso. Sabendo -se que as piscinas municipais estão fechadas em Agosto o gerente devia permitir o acesso de portugueses e estrangeiros á piscina do hotel mesmo pagando o ingresso. Por esse motivo e outros, portugueses e estrangeiros saiem de lá mal impressionados.
As entidades responsáveis deviam obrigar o hotel á permissão do uso da piscina em Agosto, mesmo cobrando ingresso.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis völlig okay, jedoch rate ich davon ab, den Kaffee zu trinken.Ich hatte einige Probleme mit dem Zimmer, ich habe sie am Vormittag dem Personal gemeldet, als ich abends zurückkam, waren sie behoben worden.

The rooms were very clean, all thanks to the laborious cleaning staff. Also, the swimming pool area was very nice and clean.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety included such as eggs at least.
The biggest trouble was the Wi-Fi only in the hotel lobby and nowhere else. It should be improved.

Boa localização e espaço exterior da piscina muito agradável. Negativo a cisudez incompreensível dos funcionários; ruído das cadeiras durante o pequeno almoço que chega aos quartos e incomoda; portas dos quartos barulhentas e nem todos os canais portugueses estão em condições. A não repetir.

First thing you should know is that there is no wifi in the rooms here , it is stated on the websites though so I can't complain. We got a view of the castle and it was an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was continental and was nice. Rooms was okay nothing special but nothing bad. It was a decent hotel for the price paid

O hotel tem tudo para ser ótimo, pois está em um ótimo sítio com uma bela vista para o castelo.
Porém, estive nesse último final de semana (6/7 a 8/7 de 2018) e o quarto que fiquei estava com o ar condicionado avariado, com o calor que fez não foi agradável dormir. E pedi várias vezes o reparo e escutava que já tinham chamado e no final me ofereceram uma ventoinha.
Entendo que se o quarto não está 100% não se deve permitir hospedagem lá. E a forma de tentar resolver o problema não me pareceu ter sido a das mais elegantes.

Um Hotel que fui a primeira vez e nunca mais voltar.
1) Quarto reservado com o ar refrigerado sem funcionar, depois de inumeras tentativas para solucionar, a resposta foi o técnico só semana que vem e me deram como solução um pequeno ventilafor que não refrescou em nada.
2) Nunca reservem o correfor de 205va 208, fica embaixo do salão do pequeno almoço. A partir de 07:30 começa o arrastar de cadeiras que você acaba acordando e no meu caso com dor de cabeça e além disso o sol da tarde é todo voltado pra dentro do quarto, tornando uma sauna. Imagina um verão sem ar funcionando e o sol batendo a tarde toda? Pesadelo!
4) O pequeno almoço muito fraco, pouca variedade e o café preto de péssima qualidade.
5) Funcionários do turno da noite não tratam os hóspedes com o devido respeito.
Resumindo: Um final de semana que seria pra descansar e relaxar com a família, pois essa foi a proposta e ainda para comemorar meu aniversário, foi uma decepção. Não indico para ninguém esse hotel!!!

Generally I was very please with the value of my stay at the hotel. There were two major gripes however. The first, and for me the most important, was that the bed was too hard and the pillows were in poor condition: I had to take ibuprofen and half a sleeping tablet, and still didnt sleep well. Of course, that may partly be because I am over 70. They really need to use mattresses of a standard hotel hardness. When I complained they explained that they had no other type of mattress available, nor a mattress pad (they could easily keep a couple in stock), but they promptly placed a blanket over the mattress, and that helped somewhat. The other major gripe was that there was no WiFi in the rooms, although it was good in the public spaces. These days, that is a serious failing. In the room, facilities for recharging cell phones by the bedside were a bit restricted, since a convenient socket was occupied by the bedside lamp.Breakfast (included) was very good and staff were polite, responsive and helpful. The hotel was the cheapest I could find in the area, so one should not expect too much perhaps. All in all it was excellent value, being situated in a very pleasant rural area, but in easy walking distance of the historical town of Silves, and with ample parking facilities. It was misadvertised, perhaps, as being in the Loulé area: it is nearly an hours drive away, if one avoids toll roads, as foreign tourists really have to.

Hotellet bedagat, har sett sina bästa dagar. Oerhört lyhört.
Personalen (receptionen) fullständigt oengagerad. Orkade knappt lyfta huvudet när man ställde en fråga.
Vid utcheckning kl 8:30, brådaste tiden i en reception, var receptionen tom och ingen kom trots ringning i klocka.
Frukosten var usel.
Ingen restaurang, bara en bar som var öppen ibland.

It was a clean hotel outside of Silves with a simple breakfast buffet in a nice and spacious eating area. The linens were a bit thin and worn, the coffee machine caused long lineups due to its snail pace. The town was easily reached by a 10 minute walk across the bridge.

Partes positivas: Está bem localizado perto da cidade de Silves. Funcionários são simpáticos. Quartos limpos. O pequeno-almoço não é nada demais. As coisas menos boas neste hotel é a nível sonoro. As cadeiras começam a arrastar as 7h da manhã no pequeno-almoço e não se consegue dormir mais. Nos quartos ouve -se o barulho dos corredores e dos outros quartos. Tenho mesmo pena.

Consegui preço otimo por conta da baixa estação, mas tambem fiquei em quarto onde nao se podia abrir a cortina do janelao de vidro, pois dava altura da rua e se via tudo dentro. No mais o hotel é lindo, com vista para o Castelo de Silves. Precisa subir uma ladeirinha (colina entendem?)

We only needed the hotel for a night before heading to the airport for our flight and got a last minute deal. I could not imagine spending a few nights or a week at this hotel. Se escucha muchisimo ruido en la habitación, huéspedes, tuberías,...y el olor del baño a cañería es muy fuerte. no hay colacao en el desayuno ni aceite de oliva, aunque si pides aceite te lo traen. Poca variedad en el desayuno aunque lo que hay esta rico. El bar de la piscina esta cerrado, la recepción siempre muy apagada y oscura, la habitación muy antigua aunque contábamos con una terraza con unas vistas al castillo estupendas. El aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien, parking amplio para aparcar, y el agua del baño muy calentita

Love Silves and have wanted to stay at this hotel for a long while as it looks so lovely. booked as a surprise birthday treat for my husband...terrace with view of the castle is stunning, pool is good, what a terrible disappointment the room was, must admit they were clean but were SO old fashioned and basic not the word, literally nothing but the beds ( which could've fallen apart any second and made such a noise, you couldn't move all night. ) but the most dissapointment of all was there was no evening food available at all so had to drive over the bridge and eat in one of the absolutely fabulous restaurants .. (which again was fantastic, but my parents are disabled and this made awkward) something to eat on the terrace would have been perfect overlooking the castle) the hotel was deserted because of this so lacked any atmosphere at all. They should replace the Hotel sign to B&B or even better Hostel. What a shame and waste, could be stunning.

Very disappointing. Having stayed at Alte Hotel Alte a few times I thought, as they are both 3 star they would be very similar, but no. Hotel Colina dos Mouros was very, very basic. Could not believe that they did not serve an evening meal. The Contintal breakfast was fine, but let down because coffee machine and toaster could not cope with the volume of guests. To add to this, the room had a toilet seat in the bathroom which needed attention and, much to our dismay, one of the twin beds seemed about to callapse. Not very good for a disabled, elderly couple, or anyone at all for that matter.

Sadly fading horrible venue. Staff aren’t interested at all, act bored to death, snacks for dinner, 1 coffee machine at breakfast. Pool & location are the 1*. Avoid if you can.......

Ottima qualità prezzo. Buona posizione. Albergo pulito e spazioso. Il paese può essere visitato tranquillamente a piedi. Colazione senza dolci. Ampio parcheggio e belli spazi esterni con grande piscina.

Struttura vecchiotta anni 70, copriletti a mio parere poco igienici, lavandino nel bagno piccolissimo, assenza di prese nelle camere, (solo 1) tv con canali solo portoghesi, colazione molto scadente, niente di dolce se non una tortina e marmellata, divani nella zona comune vecchiotti e macchiati. Personale non cordiale

Ter o cuidado de pedir quartos virados para Silves. Os quartos da frente são muito ruidosos por causa da estrada em frente, as caixilharias respectivas deveriam incluir corte acústico. Alojamento algo datado. O café expresso não está incluído no pequeno almoço, uma pena. De resto, é um hotel sossegado e próximo, a pé, do centro de Silves, que é uma cidade bela.

Listening to some people’s comments they want 5star at 3star prices .myself and my brother have stayed at the colina mourns for the last 5Years and we always look forward to return.The breakfast buffet serves all our needs and the help from the reception staff you can’t fault. We will be back next year.

Hinta-laatu suhteeltaan erinomainen. Todella edulliset hinnat etenkin off-season aikaan. Noin 3 tähden hotelli ei ole fiini, mutta perussiisti. Pihalla uima-allas ja näkymä Silvesin keskustaan ja appelsiinilehtoon.

Hotel avec un tres gros potentiel et une bonne situation mais tres mal exploité. Personnel sans le sourire, manque d'idée (préparer des tables pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse). Canapés éculés au salon et sur l'espace detentz de la terrasse. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Faisant soi disant de la restauration mais uniquement pour les groupes, le reste ce sont des plats vite faits (omelette, salade... et très cher). Avec un peu de travail, des sourires et un vrai service à la clientèle, ce serait bien.

Hôtel très vieillot qui ne doit sa troisième étoile je pense que grâce à sa piscine. Les chambres sont correctes mais sans plus. La literie est indescriptible. J'ai encore mal au dos deux jours après. Le petit déjeuner est très spartiate. Pas de choix de plats chauds et le pain et les viennoiseries très moyens. Pour finir, pas un sourire du personnel de ni à l'arrivée ni au départ... Le seul point positif est la vue époustouflante sur le site château de Silves.

The man at the check-in desk seemed more annoyed at my presence than gracious that I would be coming to visit. I also received a room with what was probably the worst view at the place. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. Great location, though, and nice pool!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf die Stadt mit der Burg.
Das Hotel ist sehr preisgünstig so daß unsere Erwartungen nicht
sehr hoch waren. Trotzdem waren wir verblüfft, daß zum
Frühstück neben Brot, Wurst ,Käse und Müsli nur Instant-Kaffee und Dosenobst angeboten wurden. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war o.k.
Seltsam empfanden wir das Verhalten des Personals. Es zeigte
ein gleichgültiges Desinteresse an der Grenze zur Unfreundlichkeit.
Wenig hilfreich waren die Herren an der Rezeption von denen der
Älteste (mit Lesebrille) eindeutig den Beruf verfehlt hat. Er sollte
sich als Gefängniswärter bewerben.

Eine Kanutour auf dem Rio Arade führte uns nach Silves und für die Nacht suchten wir eine Unterkunft. In der Altstadt von Silves war nichts zu finden und so schauten wir zum anderen Ufer des Flusses. Hier liegt das Hotel Colina dos Mouros mit schönem Ausblick auf Silves und die maurische Festung. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Amazing little village. Close walk to Piri Piri BBQ or park across street. Our cheapest hotel in 20 days. The washroom was impeccably clean. Most of hotel same including pool itself but everything around pool including furniture and change rooms needed some attention. Ask for a room with view. We booked 4 months ago and looked at the road BUT we could see our car and felt secure about that ... who stays in the room for the view? Safe broken and plastic on mattress but remember 50 USD, 70 CDN.A night on the road ... and BBQ.

Rooms very clean. Friendly service. Old and audible bed unfortunately. Air conditioner too loud. Rooms from the front very loudly when window is open. Nice nearby garden and swimming pool.

Wände derart dünn, dass man dem Nachbarn beim Fernsehen und Unterhaltungen zuhört. Wir waren an einem Montag hier und konnten das hoteleigene Restaurant nicht nutzen, da es aus unbekanntem Grund geschlossen war.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal. WLAN vorhanden, so manches Zubehör könnte jedoch verbessert bzw. erneuert werden. Silves ist ein sehr schöner Ort und dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.
