GLS service didn't even deserve a star. My package has been stocked for so many days i tried to call 10000 times in every number that has been provided in google but non of them response neither they reply to my email. Haven't seen such worst service till today. It's abosolutely rediculas,

Telefona se e não atendem !!!
Esperamos uma encomenda que era p ter sido entregue a 20 abril hoje 22 e até agora nada e pior dizem q fizeram uma tentativa e q não estávamos em casa, é mentira !!!!!
Agora entende se tantas críticas, é vergonhoso um serviço assim!

This place is shutdown, contacted the contact center many times but no answer apparently they have there’s an another place in estoi, which I found, it’s called Gls 556 faro on google maps, went there and picked up my package.

Lazy and lying. If you live outside a big city they cannot be bothered to deliver. So they say the recipient was out and return the package to the sender. When I complained to Royal Mail they told me that the best thing to do is never send anything tracked and signed for. All other mail goes by the Portuguese CTT who manage to deliver on time every time. RM says that they use GLS because of their good tracking system. What use is that if they never deliver anything ..?

This company is useless !!! They've got on tracking system they've tried to deliver and no one was at the address (funny as I live there and work from home, so I am always there or a member of the family) and they've left a card (big lie as always) !!! No one answers the phones no matter what number you use. Last time a pack from England wasn't delivered on time and we've found out latter with a call from England that the pack together with others was hidden by an employee trying to still packs. OMG !!!! Inspectors should go there and close them down for good.

Empresa de distribuição de muito má qualidade, distribuidores prestam informação falsa constantemente, encomendas chegam ao armazém de distribuição e ficam lá retidas, e depois colocam "morada incorrecta", sem que nunca de lá tenha saído para distribuição. Linha de apoio em média 30 minutos para atender e pouco ou nada resolve, completamente inútil, nem com os armazéns de distribuição conseguem entrar em contacto, ou porque já não está lá ninguém a essa hora ou porque, segundo a operadora, não respondem ao emails enviados por ela.

Hopeless. Twice they failed to deliver a correcly addressed parcel - WITH PHONE NO, and then I have waited 20 mins on hold. Wish could give -ve stars.

If any management ever check their google review status, Take a good look at your reviews and ask yourself, what are we doing wrong? I don't actually think you are a courier service I think you are a random bunch of guys with logos on your vans that drive around during the day and don't stop to make deliveries anywhere, After a few weeks driving the parcels around you send them all back to the UK, We have a massive warehouse on the main avenida in sao bras De Alportel and you cant find it !!!

Com as moradas corretas e não as conseguem encontrar
Para receber a minha encomenda, e depois de muito esperar ainda tive de telefonar para a GLS inúmeras vezes e de cada vez que telefonava ficava sempre no mínimo 20 minutos à espera que de facto me atenderem o telefone

Assim que atendi a chamada da parte do estafeta pude ouvir "Este parvalhão nunca mais me atende..." é o reflexo do profissionalismo que esta empresa tem!

A evitar ao máximo, alteram permanentemente as datas de entrega, ninguém sabe ao certo onde esta a encomenda, a aplicação online é um pesadelo, reagendam todos os dias ma a duvida é sempre a mesma. Um verdadeiro pesadelo nem sei como ainda esta a funcionar.

Fiz 40km para descobrir que o armazém desta morada está fechado á 2 anos e o telefone não existe.
Para reverem as vossas encomendas contactem o LOG 24.
GLS igual a lixo, nunca mais não merecem nem a pontinha de uma estrela.

ZERO , era a pontuação que merecem , 3 encomendas ‘’ desaparecidas’’ de Inglaterra, da Air Mail em Portugal foram entregues á GLS, até hoje nunca foram entregues nem devolvidas , atenção: eram encomendas de 3 sítios diferentes , um particular, um da Amazon outro de uma loja Cooksongold.
Uma vergonha , a da Amazon diz ‘’ entrega hoje ‘’ há 37 dias ..... FECHEM AS PORTAS ....E DEIXEM OUTROS TRABALHAR MELHOR

Tenho uma encomenda nesta empresa para distribuição a mais de uma semana para ser entregue, para onde já liguei várias vezes a perguntar pela mesma, e me dão a informação que está em armazém, agendamos uma nova entrega, isto feito vários dias consecutivos a mesma resposta e nova marcação, sempre com uma garantia de que vai ser entregue e nada, gastei tempo e dinheiro em deslocações pois a minha disponibilidade e trabalho não me permite muita flexibilidade, quem me vai compensar este tempo e €

I have no words to explain how awful this company is. A delivery a year ago was not delivered even though it had my mobile number on the address label. The package was returned to the UK. When I checked with GLS they could not give a reason why my package was not delivered. This year my partner has a similar experience, but after alot of running around and three weeks later we were able to pick up the delivery. There was no explanation as to why they were not able to deliver.

Yet another triumph for GLS Loule. Another parcel returned to the UK after no attempt to deliver it.
No reason given on the tracking but I don't imagine there is a sheer laziness category.

1. Have had to come here three times to collect parcels they have not tried to deliver, the most current has been at their depo for 2 weeks, with still not attempt to deliver it.
2. they never answer the phone, doesn’t matter what day or time you call...your wasting your time.
3. No clear directions of how to find them, they are currently based on some beaten up old farm land in the middle of nowhere.

ESta empresa de transportes de encomendas não tem qualquer fiabilidade.
Estou há 3 dias em casa à espera de uma encomenda que já esta em Loulé há 4 dias e nem sequer recebi um SMS a informar sobre a data e hora da entrega de modo a não ficar retido.
Não recomendo a ninguém o serviço desta empresa
